The Click Clack Hotel Bogotá

Sorry this in English, my Spanish is rudimentary. I love this hotel. This is the place I stay when in Bogota. I have been coming here for 10 years and it has been consistently glorious the entire time. I consider it my home in Bogota. Colombia is a big and beautiful country with many sub-cultures. For me, the Click Clack embodies the best of certain aspects of Colombia. Hospitality, elegance, design, music, food, drink, i can go on. Simply love this place. While all the staff are amazing (I am ashamed to admit I can't remember everyone's name), special shout out to Julian and Gustavo at the front desk. Thanks for the experience and the lively "exit drink" bottle of water I received on leaving.

Another 5* stay. As a regular traveller with my work, this hotel surpasses most. The team offer an amazing service and are always ready to help with a smile. From my airport pick up, to delicious room service, local recommendations and pillows and lavender oil from the 'sleep trolley', their thoughtful and creative touches make this such a fun place to be. Breakfast is a delight (so much to choose from and I love their fresh juices and vitamin shots) and the evening food and cocktails are the perfect way to end the day. A special thank you to Paula, Carlos, Gabriel and Sebastian for their warmth and hospitality. And for all their help with my requests! I will be back soon.

The service was impeccable, from the front desk (Gabriel, Mariana, and Sebastian, who worked almost every day we were there) to the restaurant staff. In fact, they sent us a survey half way through our stay asking if anything could be improved and we strained to think of anything; the one thing we came up with was fixed immediately. The room— “M”—was cozy, but well designed; it came with a terrace with a fire place: highly recommended. The breakfast everyday was outstanding as well. The entire experience was well worth the modest price.

A brunch review. Myself and a friend went to another place for brunch on the 85th called Santorini. We left immediately and instead headed to the Click Clack hotel after explaining the entire thing to the manager at the door Gustavo, who then later spoke with senior manager Maria. They were so kind and understood our situation after having such a terrible experience at another place. The service was fantastic - the folks there were really trying to take care of us and just simply cared. There was space to move around and we weren't packed in like sardines. The drinks and the food were good and we were able to stay until 4. You know, while in Colombia I'm just going to tell people to go to the Click Clack hotel for a better experience because these other brunch spots in Colombia are not up to par ( at all). Do yourself a favor and just go to this hotel and don't waste your time at other spots. You can thank me later. -V

I was only here for one night but it was a great stay after my exhausting hike through the mountains. The bed and pillow selection were amazing. The room and hotel itself are very hip and artsy. The shower felt fantastic but you do have to step inside to turn it on without getting water everywhere. I usually let the water heat up a bit before getting in but because the door swings in to the shower you make a mess. Anyway, they have a lot of thoughtful and fun extras. I got in late and was starving and luckily the rooftop serves food until 11pm so I had a good burger, potato wedges, and cocktail for $96,000 pesos. The included breakfast was also so good! Coffee, fresh juice, fruit and pastry buffet and an main plate all included. I will stay here next time I'm in Bogota or anywhere a Click Clack is located.

The Click Clack Hotel was exceptional with the food, the rooms and most importantly the level of service. They provided us guidance on hikes and even arranged for a dentist to do an emergency tooth repair. Leonel’s customer service skills at the front desk were particularly superb. Unbelievable and would highly recommend!!!

The service was great! Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby that was excellent. They also helped us with our transportation and more. The hotel location was great. The food was amazing. We stayed three nights and had the chance to try different plates for breakfast. Everything delicious. We also had the chance to have a few drinks in the rooftop. The views were great and the ambiance excellent. My only complaint would be that the showers were see through on the standard room which was a very uncomfortable thing to have when you share a room with someone. Almost a deal breaker to be honest. Thankfully we managed to change to a room that was partially cover (barely). Another thing is that there was no A/C so the nights were somewhat hot. The temperature in Bogota is normally cold so it wasn’t truly bad but I did wake up a few times sweating. Overall I recommend the hotel. Great location. Great staff. Great vibes. But maybe do not share the room unless you are traveling with your partner.

We loved staying at the Click Clack Hotel. The staff was super friendly and always there with a smile. We stayed in a nice room on the second floor with stair to a patio overlooking a lush green wall. Too bad we didn't have time spend there. ||The breakfast was great, a selection of fresh fruit, bread, juice and a meny of tasty dishes.||The location suited us very well, not too close but too far away from anything. The restaurants around Parque 93 just around the corner made dinner choice hard :-)||I would absolutely stay there again!
