The Click Clack Hotel Bogotá

I was only here for one night but it was a great stay after my exhausting hike through the mountains. The bed and pillow selection were amazing. The room and hotel itself are very hip and artsy. The shower felt fantastic but you do have to step inside to turn it on without getting water everywhere. I usually let the water heat up a bit before getting in but because the door swings in to the shower you make a mess. Anyway, they have a lot of thoughtful and fun extras. I got in late and was starving and luckily the rooftop serves food until 11pm so I had a good burger, potato wedges, and cocktail for $96,000 pesos. The included breakfast was also so good! Coffee, fresh juice, fruit and pastry buffet and an main plate all included. I will stay here next time I'm in Bogota or anywhere a Click Clack is located.

This was my fifth stay at the Click Clack in Bogota, and I can genuinely say it’s the best hotel in the city. The rooms are modern, spotless, and offer amazing views. The location is perfect! But what truly sets this place apart is the staff and service… I’ve never met more attentive and kind people. They always go above and beyond to make you feel special and welcomed. I’ll always choose to stay here when visiting Colombia. Thank you!

The service was great! Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby that was excellent. They also helped us with our transportation and more. The hotel location was great. The food was amazing. We stayed three nights and had the chance to try different plates for breakfast. Everything delicious. We also had the chance to have a few drinks in the rooftop. The views were great and the ambiance excellent. My only complaint would be that the showers were see through on the standard room which was a very uncomfortable thing to have when you share a room with someone. Almost a deal breaker to be honest. Thankfully we managed to change to a room that was partially cover (barely). Another thing is that there was no A/C so the nights were somewhat hot. The temperature in Bogota is normally cold so it wasn’t truly bad but I did wake up a few times sweating. Overall I recommend the hotel. Great location. Great staff. Great vibes. But maybe do not share the room unless you are traveling with your partner.

We loved staying at the Click Clack Hotel. The staff was super friendly and always there with a smile. We stayed in a nice room on the second floor with stair to a patio overlooking a lush green wall. Too bad we didn't have time spend there. ||The breakfast was great, a selection of fresh fruit, bread, juice and a meny of tasty dishes.||The location suited us very well, not too close but too far away from anything. The restaurants around Parque 93 just around the corner made dinner choice hard :-)||I would absolutely stay there again!

I found this property through Mr & Mrs Smith collection, And i decided to give it a try. I booked the XL suite, size was good, bed was comfy, but the pillows were to die for. Employees were very helpful, always asking if we needed anything. My only issues i had was the courtain behind the sink was so dirty with toothpaste marks, water marks, needs to be cleaned in deep, some trimming on the restroom was old, moldy, cracked. The pressure from the shower was amazing ! Also, when cleaning the rooms, make sure they vacuum the carpet on living room, it Was gross. |Breakfast was good, place somewhat warm because of the fireplace. Overall good experience, just some more attention on cleaning details. Yes I see myself staying here again, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Click Clack hotel and would love to return! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was a huge plus and so delicious. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy the rooftop and bar. Both looked very cool. Everyone was very nice and the service was great. We will be back!

I loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we experienced the most excellent service (shout out to the amazing Gustavo, Marianna and Victor who went above and beyond to make the stay for my difficult girlfriends as wonderful as possible). The rooms are small but perfect. The beds are comfortable. The mini bar snacks healthy and unique. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. The area is safe and easy to walk to so many great bars and restaurants. It was a fantastic location to base our stay in Bogota. I highly recommend this place!
