We visited this hotel as a couple August 29th-September 2nd, arriving at midnight the first night. In advance we contacted the hotel to confirm the late arrival, which was confirmed. Upon arrival, they were expecting us and had our room assigned. It was room 402, a junior suite with a view to the front of the hotel of the boulevard. The street stays busy. The room was very clean and well appointed. Both the AC and Heater worked well, although you really didn't need either. The bed was comfortable and memory foam pillows and extra towels were provided as requested in the hotel app. The junior suite has a king bed, desk, small sitting area and 180 degree views in a combined area. If you are looking for a lot more space and multiple rooms, choose the suite category.||The bathroom had a large soaking tub (6') and rain shower. The water gets quite hot if you let it. Bathroom amenities were good and they think of pretty much everything.||Remember you are in a trendy location that stays busy so it is not completely silent, but noise was not a problem for us. If noise in any amount is a problem for you, perhaps an area like Usaquen might be more preferable. Park 93 and a multitude of restaurants and bars are in easy walking distance. Multiple currency exchanges are within 6 blocks.||Breakfast (which was included in our rate), was top notch and cooked to order, with a breakfast bar, juice, and coffee to enjoy before hand. I recommend the eggs benedict. ||The rooftop bar is great to enjoy the sunsets with a beautiful view, but will get busy later at night on the weekends so I suggest going early to enjoy the sunset. We visited 3 times during our stay and never had a complaint. The service and drinks were good, and food as well. It is more of an American menu and vibe (music), so if that's not your cup of tea, you may look elsewhere.||Shout out to Victor, in guest services, he took care of everything we needed!||On checkout we had very late flights so we booked and transferred to their smallest room so we could rest until the late evening. Late checkout was not available because our room type was completely booked for the day to check in. The transfer was seamless at noon checkout to the XS type of room. They combined our bill so we could handle incidentals on final checkout.||The room had a queen size bed (really comfortable) and same basic amenities of the junior suite except the sitting area and coffee maker. It did have a small padded bench for a place to sit. Rather than a bathtub/shower combination, it just had the rain shower. Like the junior suite, it had both a shade and blackout that were electronic. ||Both rooms had a safe and mini-bar refrigerator. The first stocking of the mini-bar (excepting liquor and water, which is on the table) is complimentary. ||There is a 24/7 OXXO literally next door. So, if you need any basic supplies such as your own water, beer, juice, soft drinks, basic food) it is convenient. On the other side of OXXO are two drug stores, the closest one also having really cold water, soft drinks, and ice cream).||We used ride-share app to navigate to Park Jaime Duque(make sure the person that takes you waits for you to take you back ;)--we did), Monserrat, and Candaleria/Plaza Bolivar without issue. Each time we chose the "comfort" option it was a white tourism taxi that arrived.||For a four night stay the hotel checked all the boxes for our needs. We will definitely return again, even with so many other options nearby, because of our great experience. No complaints.
