"Fresh, high-quality all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi awaits at Taiyo Sushi’s Longueuil location. Like at many all-you-can-eat spots, Taiyo’s tables don iPads which allows guests to order multiple rounds of sushi without having to wait for a waiter. What’s more, the ornate design and light-flooded dining space makes it an ideal spot for a cozy daytime date." - Kaitlyn McInnis

Price and service are probably the only benefits here. That's if you choose to come in at lunch hours for 28.95 + tax. Otherwise you're paying a fat 50+ dollar cost, which isn't worth it for the quality of food given. Picture #1 - Bland udon noodle dish with no flavor. Picture#2 - Heavy amount of fried skin on shrimps, ended up making me feel sick just by eating it. Sushis are just as heavily fried and do not taste good. Picture#3 - Lack of desserts for the overall menu, they even removed the banana split from the prior one. Not to mention that I was given a mean stare for taking some of the free candy on the counter.

It’s an amazing sushi buffet restaurant. Food is super fresh and delicious. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is free and easy to find.

Best place for all you can eat Japanese food. The variety of choices is impressive even in the (cheaper, more restricted) lunch menu. Service is always kind and efficient. Their salmon sashimi is the best I've ever had.

Taiyo AYCE Sushi is a great spot! Depending on when you go, I personally prefer the dinner/weekend menu, overall a fantastic menu. The variety of options during those times is usually top-notch! Also a great presentation with the dry ice from the insta baes 🍣🥢

Every month at least once I go there and always have the same standard that something find hard nowadays. They have a fast and efficient service always smile when they see the customers. Not only the sushi also the side dishes are strong and delicious. Even the restaurant is small and tight, the menu is spacious.

I went there sometimes despite the high prices, because I have to admit the food is (most of the time) good. On the other hand, there is one person who is unpleasant every time we go there with my family and friends. I don't know if he's the manager or just a waiter, because he takes care of the cash register, as well as table service sometimes. The last time, however, was one time too many. We come to pay and I'm the last. My friends pay and tip with their card. When I come to pay, I don't tip with my card, because I want to give it in cash. And then, this person looks at me before I can even take my money out of my wallet and nastily says, loud and clear for the whole restaurant, that the tip was not included in the price ($50+) that I just paid. Plus, he says it with attitude and rolls his eyes. I still gave cash for the tip, since one of the waitresses had been particularly attentive and kind during the service. My friends told me that I should have not given any money at all, but I found it unfair that other workers were penalized because of one person's lack of manners. I worked in the restaurant business and this attitude is unacceptable, regardless of whether the person had a bad day or whether or not the customer tipped. Above all, it's disappointing that this consistently only comes from one member of staff. It's decided, I won't come back.

The price is a bit high but food are pretty good and the service was very nice and friendly. It’s my second time eating here and it’s very recommended. But better to make a reservation before going.

The best all-you-can-eat sushi in the South Shore. The food is fresh, tasty and well presented. The service was fast, friendly and the ordering process was quite simple due to the touch screen menu. It might be a little pricey, but it's all worth it. The sashimi, the tempura, beef tartare and beef ribs were my favorites of the bunch.
