Chef Paul McCabe is an Arizona native from Sedona's red rock country who's inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. His menu abides by fresh Mediterranean principles and features grown-up takes on comfort food. The bolognese, for example, is made with rabbit and sits atop a bed of edible flowers, while short rib-stuffed ravioli is paired with scallops, chanterelle mushrooms, and a little peach for sweetness. Brunch is a popular draw, too, with sweet and savory options that include lemon ricotta pancakes and a pancetta omelet."

My husband and I ate here for my Birthday while staying at the resort. Both the pork chop and the filet were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend eating here for dinner. We also dropped by for breakfast in the morning and were happy with our experience and food. I don't often recommend eating at hotel restaurants but this is one I do recommend.

My 2nd time eating here while in town. Our waiter was amazing. They worked with me and my food sensitivities. The Sea Bass was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their steaks. Bread pudding and the Sundae were a hit and I enjoyed my Afigado.

This restaurant is one of the best we experienced on our girls’ trip! We were greeted warmly and promptly. Rodrigo, our waiter, was knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all our questions. We ordered the short rib, the NY steak, and the bolognese. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection. Some of the best spaghetti I’ve had and I’ve been to Italy! The Argentinian wine paired beautifully with my pasta. The focaccia with pesto was the missing touch with the pasta. Needless to say we were pleasantly impressed.

An elegant setting nestled against Camelback Mountain makes this an intimate and wonderful spot especially for out of town visitors. It’s easy to miss the turn, but once you arrive you won’t want to leave. A relaxing patio welcomes you with a fountain, tiles and plenty of bougainvillea. Inside, try the side room off the bar for low lights and big vibes. Nice wine selections and drinks await. At the restaurant, any of the selections are solid from short ribs to salmon. The garlic potatoes steal the show. And the salads are wonderful. But the real star might have been the house bread with homemade pesto. Amazing.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant, and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations! The food was exceptional - properly seasoned and freshly cooked, not microwaved like most restaurants nowadays. The attentive waitress even warned me that the plate was hot and to be careful. The service was impeccable - our waiter was polite, patient, and attentive. And the ambience was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this restaurant for romantic date or special occasion.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and the service is outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious. Went for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed everything about this place. When you arrive they have complementary valet. The atmosphere is so beautiful. The service is top notch. Our server Rodrigo made our evening so delightful. He was excellent and telling us about the different items on the menu. Had excellent suggestions for drinks and dessert. He also surprised us with a delicious slice of anniversary cake. Everything we ate was delicious. Highly recommend if you're looking for that special place, with romantic atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!
