Sur Plaza Hotel

During my stay I have changed 3 rooms due to AC issue , very bad experience and they have not able to fix the issue. Very old building and poor breakfast is provided

Excellent staff. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable bedrooms||Excellent service from Rishi and his staff in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated like royalty.||The food was delicious and plentiful, especially the chicken & fish main courses.

We needed to leave another hotel and arrived at night. The receptionists were extremely helpful, understanding and nice to us. The place is very nice and well maintained, it was a pity that we didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel also has a nice bar, where you can get alcohol. The breakfast is a nice buffet, but I think they could extend on the offer of warm dishes. Also, no coffee machine only filtered coffee is available.

Loud music coming from downstair indian bar all night long. Sounds gets louder after midnight. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep. There are better choices available

Very good service, clean rooms, quiet.

We spend a wonderul night. Especially the evening was more then perfect. Mr Rishi was a great host at our table. Not only paying attention to details, but also very kind taking pictures of us. He really made a difference in completing a wonderful diner and smoking the sisha :-)

Super nice hotel in Sur! Very clean and with a nice pool. The restaurant is very very good and Sukanta Ghosh is a super professional waiter! I highly recommend it!

We spent one night and I would personally prefer a different hotel while staying in Sur again. The hotel was empty, we met nobody other than our small group there, not even at dinner (between 7 and 9 p.m.) or breakfast. This gave the whole experience a weird undertone. Personnel were friendly and diligent.
