We are hunting the sunset, unfortunately last minute the dark clouds coming. we really enjoy the food, very delicious. enjoying the time while eating with super scenery. it really worth it. this place most amazing. Many people enjoying the same experience

Great atmosphere with breathtaking view. The staffs were really friendly. Very good service. The cocktails and spring rolls were delicious. Great spot for sunset viewing, but it may be affected by the weather (mist) on unlucky days.

-Hokkaido scallops were divine, I would go back for this dish solely! -Truffle chips were large and moreish -Soft shell crab was overcooked unfortunately -Cajun crab croquettes lacked cajun and any flavour -Red Sangria was probably the worst I’ve had, it has put me off ordering this drink -However, staff were friendly and attentive -The views were great for Hanoi - Based on the atmosphere and service, it gets 4 stars, but if it was food alone, it’d be 3 stars

The claim of best view in Hanoi is not without merit. Gorgeous environment, excellent service, refined drinks. If the outside deck is full, enjoy the indoor space, and the staff can move you when something does become available.

Good food, nice drink, great view. But I gave 4 star only because of unprofessional staffs. There was only a man I felt professional, an offer and introduce the suitable food to order otherwise we may get trouble in food taste. Thank you. But I wish the staffs should have not asked guest to take a photo of their credit cards. Because who could be respond for the guest information if someone else saw that picture 🥲 the way talked to guest should be more formal as well.

Nice view why lacation is near west lake. Food and drinking price is cheaper than other 5star hotel. Good place for enjoy June.2022 visit again Still beautiful landscape day and night time. But about 1830 time is still so hot . Staying Inside is better than outside.

Enjoy weekend here and love the atmosphere a lot! It’s airy and fresh with full landscape of West lake at the 20th floor. It will be windy or cold a little bit so you can ask the staff to get fireplace or bring the coat with you. Food are delicious and good service!

Come here when it's nice weather. Stunning sunset and night view from the 20th fl. It's 5* price of course. U may have dinner at 2nd fl at Ming Restaurant then come up here for chilling. Cocktails quality is just avarage. Location is more worthy. Dont forget it's openned at 4pm
