It gets bonus points if you also fancy a bit of high end (window) shopping, as it’s located in Høyer Eger shopping centre, which houses some of the most expensive fashion items money can buy. Steam is nicely decorated and serves delicious coffee and light food, all made without preservatives (and the coffee beans are roasted in Norway , too!)."

Fantastic coffee, and the cinnamon buns - oh my word! So good! A great place to stop and chill when walking around Oslo. We visited during the summer, and were fortunate to have sunshine and be able to sit outside and enjoy it.

More of a medium roast espresso with a nice body. The space is very nice with plenty of seating and a good music selection. They also have some nice pastries if you want a snack.

They make good coffee and have a good selection of pastries. They also have nice looking sandwiches and wraps but they are pretty expensive. There is nice seating in the passage a bit past the coffee bar. I'd recommend ordering coffee and finding the seating area down the corridor to the right.

Filthy place, the terrasse is not cleaned up, no personnel is cleaning the table, so you have to sit at a table like that... Pigeons eating garbage keep you company though.

Fun staff, busy place for the city but still upholds the values of a great coffee spot without the chainy-city centre busy vibe. The roast there own and have a wonderful machine. Batista's are well educated and fun.

Coffee is good as hell. Maybe this works as a to-go place. Honestly, if you wanna sit here, get ready to get disgruntled. Inside is cramped, outside... Well, they put in heat-lamps on their very tall screens. I was freezing AND worrying about the environment, while sipping some super-exclusive Brazilian forest flavoured polish coffee.

Amazing dark hot chocolate from Belgium, cookies are extra, the brownie is a little bit too sweet for me but the place, service, beverage and food are excellent
