Absolutely fantastic, amazing wings just like back home in Upstate NY! Juicy and huge burgers! Caesar salad was perfect and huge! Service was top notch!

Google
Food / drinks / service is phenomenal! Everything I had exceeded expectation! Tons of TV’s with all types of sports on. Atmosphere is everything you want from a sports bar. So glad I discovered this gem- definitely my go to spot moving forward. Keep up the great work Standard Station

Google
This is a typical sports bar. Lots of televisions to watch any sport imaginable. The service was excellent. The servers were on the ball and checked in on us at the right amount of time. The food was typical bar food. Their happy hour menu was good.

Google
First time dining here is okay service atmosphere cleanliness etcetera and to maintain as normal. Have done 99 percent of all total business at this time I say no more after unless have good reasons for in this case now only because it's first time here so Restaurant is aware. For Happy Hour keep all menu items under $20 per menu item and before thereafter depending on but not to exceed $30.00 per menu item tip is standard 15 percent and then thereafter decided by the customer. At certain places and this can be subject to change gratuity automatically is included. Different Areas Regions States can vary some. This also includes discounts and coupons as applied. Each time and at all times and anytime that do anything it makes it better know exactly why because there's not day I'm wrong message is nice and clear have to back it up with also to shut mouths that need to be really fast as one of a few examples which is all okay with. For those businesses that do not have Website Forms and or email addresses then review sections are read instead.

Good food, great atmosphere! We especially liked that they were decorated for Christmas, it felt very festive and warm! Cindy was our server and she was awesome, so friendly and she was one step ahead of our very need! Food came out really quickly, was very hot and hit the spot!

Google
Great spot. Good food. Open concept. Bright yet cozy. Heaters outside for when it's cold. Water station outside, too. I had the fried green beans. Delicious with the sauce! Good spot for parties. Friendly, attentive staff.

Solid food and drink options, hard-working service, and lots of TV screens for sports. Taco Tuesday is a great deal. $6 breakfast sandwich is a good value.

Yelp
Great Food, Endless TVs, and a Sports Lover's Paradise If you're looking for a place to grab some fantastic food, enjoy a solid drink, and catch every game happening on planet Earth, Standard Station in El Segundo is your spot. I went with a group of friends and my girlfriend last night, and while the service was just okay--not bad, but nothing to write home about--the food and atmosphere more than made up for it. The food? Absolutely on point. Whatever they're doing in the kitchen, keep it up. From appetizers to mains, every bite delivered. The beer selection was strong, and their drinks were well-crafted--a perfect combo for a casual night out. But let's talk about the real MVP here: the TVs. They're everywhere. Seriously, if you're a sports fan, this place feels like you've hit the jackpot. Whether you're following one game or trying to keep track of five, Standard Station has you covered. It's a great place for groups, good vibes, and a chill, sports-centric evening. Just don't expect white-glove service--it's more about the food, drinks, and wall-to-wall action here.

Yelp
Was visiting the area wanted to watch some football near the hotel. Local place very small inside over crowded with tables. Sitting on top of the person next to you. Outside sitting is in the street? Very loud place, with a mixture of old and new TV's that are hard to view. Friendly staff however service was very slow. Restrooms were filthy, seems the male patrons don't know what a urinal is for. No one cleans the bathrooms. Someone got sick in it and no one cleaned it. The food was over priced, nachos were horrible burnt edges with chicken that was dry, guess that's why they got sick because of the food. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, I'm sure there other better places in the area. But when you see 4 stars you trust the reviews, this time I shouldn't have.

Rudy R.

Yelp
We took some friends there for a late birthday celebration. Service was good. Beer selection was more than adequate. We were able to move our party to a booth which was much more comfortable. Parking in this area is very limited. Plan accordingly and use the side streets if you can. Get there early for parking and seating. Outside seating is an option if you don't mind. They have some good burgers. They ran out of pasta when we were there. But their sliders are delicious.

John Y.

Yelp
I've been here before and told myself I wouldn't be back. If you're not a local with a drinking problem, you likely won't feel like it's worth the money. Service is slow, food is so-so but expensive, the only good thing is drinks, but how can you mess that up? The recent C health score confirmed my suspicions that it's equally disgusting in the kitchen as it is in their bathroom Going from an A to a C pretty much sums up the current management here. Definitely won't be back now!

Yelp
Met a friend on a Saturday afternoon. Literally talked for hours! My friend is a regular there so they didn't rush us. Always there for baseball, birthday, etc. at first they were playing radio music, which was too loud for me. I could hear my friend talk. Minus the 1 star. I know... I'm in a bar. Then they had a guy in the corner with live music after. Which is nice! We both weren't too hungry and wanted finger foods to graze on. I loved the tots! Nice n crispy! Chili was delicious, could have eaten a bowl of that! Servers knew my friend and stopped to chat. Nice to have friendly people!

Jenna L.

Yelp
This is your typical town bar where all of the locals hang out! I like how they have outdoor seating with patio heaters which is a nice touch. I ordered the churros which were delicciioouussss but I could only eat a few because they were loaded with sugar (obv). They were also Drizzled with caramel & came with vanilla icecream on the side. Oh emmmm geee! lol. The music they played here was amazing. Old school r&b and some oldies mixed in!

Cindy D.

Yelp
Nice, local, "dive-ish" sports bar with friendly patrons. They offer pretty good selection of local craft beers and appetizers/food. The prices have increased significantly in the past couple of years (like everywhere else). It gets crowded in weekends so it can get pretty loud inside. Street parking only for the most part.

Yelp
I limped in here with my Mom and her 3 friends after Tuesday evening Pickleball as they had me sprinting all across that 44 x 20 slab of asphalt. This is their go to happy hour spot after whacking that little wiffle ball around for 2 hours, so I thought it'd be fun to tag along. As we entered, they said hi to their favorite server and said "just the usual please" before we even sat down. They really DO this ahahaha. After sitting in a 4 person booth along with the "Moms Mafia," as they dub themselves, I began to take in my surroundings. Named after the Standard Oil Company (before it was renamed to Chevron in 1984), The Standard Station is the perfect mix of a divey sports bar, but without being too grungy. It is clean and well kept, but you can feel the character and just the overall soul of El Segundo in here. I love El Segundo so much, it reminds me exactly of what Manhattan Beach was 20+ years ago. Did you know El Segundo got its name because it was the site of the second Standard Oil refinery on the West Coast, when Standard Oil of California purchased the farmland in 1911? Because I didn't. Learn something everyday, damn... But I digress-- The happy hour menu is ELITE, as everything on there is $7 or less. Felt like I had warped space time reality to travel back to 2008 with this pricing. We opted to get nachos, popcorn shrimp, and the tots. The food was solid for sports bar food, slightly better than what you would expect...AMPLE portion size though you gotta LOVE that. I ended up walking into an ambush with the Moms Mafia, as they began to pepper me with questions about my new girlfriend. As I was alternating between bites of chicken nachos and popcorn shrimp I would have to answer everything from "So what does she do for fun?" to "Can we see some more pictures this is just one?" to "So when did you know that you LIKE like her"........ but it's okay cuz tbh I'm kinda smitten and like talking about it hehehehehe. All in all, I loved this place like I love El Segundo. So much soul, so much character. Ideal place to watch a game, to post up on a Saturday/Sunday and watch football, or to come after a good Pickleball sweat with the Moms Mafia. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Yelp
I recently went back for the first time since 2019 and there has been great improvement! The staff was much more attentive, helpful and pleasant. They now offer a nice heated outdoor sitting area. I was there for happy hour and had the popcorn shrimp and Italian meatballs and both were very tasty. The shrimp was my favorite between the two. The only downside is that it seems like they still don't have enough staff to help cut down on wait time

Yelp
Met up with friends to watch Game 4 of this year's MLB World Series between the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Arrive several hours before the game to take advantage of the Happy Hour (3-6). No dedicated parking lot. At least nothing marked and no mention of it by staff or signage. Street parking available but there's a two hour limit until 6PM. Don't know if parking is strictly enforced. Not something I like to test. I parked on a side street that has no restrictions and walked a block to the station. No worries about tickets. There's a Rite Aid parking lot but there are signs reading for customers only. Park at your own risk. Service was excellent all staff who served us. Caught the shift change so I'm referring to both the day and evening crew. They were attentive. Friendly. All the usual even when business picked up with other sports fans as well as people coming in to hang out for Halloween. Food was standard - no pun intended. Meaning not gourmet but decent enough for the setting. See pics. The only knock I have is that I ordered Chicken Wings with Nashville hot and it didn't register or even tingle. I even asked the staff if I was given the right order. The server told me it's hot for the clientele and brought me out a cup of what he referred to as the spiciest sauce the kitchen has. Still didn't register but had a nice char flavor that I enjoyed. Lots of TV's to where we could watch the World Series, a NHL hockey game and eventually the Clipper game. Lots of seating with booths on the edges and both bar height and standard height tables, plus a bar and bar area. There's also outdoor seating too. Liked the place. Definitely be on my list of places to go to watch games

Yelp
Terrible service. First time visiting and the girl at the bar with long black thin hair has terrible customer service, she looks like she hates her job. I stood at the bar and was ignored, we were helped eventually, but a "I'll be with you in a bit" goes a long way. Ordered a few Jameson and cokes, they were good, but my last drink wasn't as strong as the first few ones, not consistent, I really dislike that. We ordered wings and sliders, got the sliders before the wings, I kid you not, we got the wings almost 30 minutes later, I was ready to cancel the wing order but the husband is better than me and wanted to be patient. Overall, I wouldn't come here again, I felt like an inconvenience, sliders were good, but better at chilis, along with the service.

Yelp
(Dined 10/31/2023 TU @ 3:45pm): This station was kind of standard for a sports bar! A friend suggested a bunch of us caught up with each other at The Standard Station Sports Bar & Grill to accommodate another friend who lived closer to the area and apparently they had a decent happy hour menu. This was definitely out of my usual range, but I haven't hung out with this group of buds for awhile, and someone did say "happy hour"! When my friend mentioned this place, my first thought was, "Isn't that an oil company"? Sure enough, I was correct, although I couldn't determine what the connection was outside of the respective logos being similar. Would this place be your standard sports bar!? PURCHASE Pabst Blue Ribbon "PBR" American Lager Beer Schooner 33.8floz Draft ($9.00 HH): Golden amber color, malty aroma, low body, light malty watery flavor, clean finish, and light malty watery aftertaste - it was this or a Coors Light! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=NNbAvyijPnfWJdSeearr0Q&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw Popcorn Shrimp ($7.00 HH): A plate filled with lightly-battered crunchy fried ocean bottom feeders served with a side of marinara dipping sauce (not remoulade as advertised), this was a nice way to start the grubbing and sharing although I elt these were simply frozen from a bag. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=hzkF1Wnt1YpWlngroGkGaA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw Green Chili Chicken Street Tacos 2pc ($7.00 HH): Each of these were packed with a ton of chicken and other ingredients, I wished they were more flavorful and spicier (I added Tapatio), but they were filling and did the job. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=cnMbpi39i7pScpfwr38pdg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw All American Sliders 2pc ($7.00 HH): Your "standard" sliders of beef patties, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, and some kind of sauce. They lacked significant flavor, the meat was a tad dry, but they satisfied me enough. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=_ETufC357yrbswZumqljrg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw Standard Margarita ($7.00 HH): It wet my whistle, but the ingredients used definitely were bottom shelf stuff. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=LI1qd1F7AQYMEifto9Qghw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw Baked Italian Meatball Platter 3pc ($7.00): These balls were sizable, juicy, laid in a puddle of marinara sauce with a side of thin bread, and was probably my favorite of the bunch. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=v7mm_zFIE3B8wXEwCEgA9Q&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw Bavarian Churros 4pc ($8.00): Dry and lukewarm, the inside cream was lovely. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=B94fkFgvbaFAVejKAIkTww&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw SERVICE Two friends were already there and it wasn't quite busy yet, so I was able to place my first order quickly and everything came out within minutes of each other. Once it got busier and a shit in servers, my second order took longer to place and receive. It was all good since it seemed they were short-staffed like all restaurants these days - no worries! PARKING (FREE) Only timed 2-hour street parking until 6pm everywhere, I ended-up parking next door at the spacious Rite Aid lot - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A neighborhood bar feel where the inside with its various booths, bar seating, and high tables/chairs quickly got packed once the crowd came in. There was also a front patio area with a ton of places to sit. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=b139ngMZdwzgfjdqGnDTaw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw I was surprised by the minimum amount of displayed promotional things. Plenty of natural lighting came in through the large windows and doorway during the daytime while dim ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were more than ten TVs throughout but couldn't recall if there was any background music. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=0ibYjKdsMWvCxJcj2GSqcg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I enjoyed The Standard Station Sports Bar & Grill for what it offered having caught up with some friends. However, I was generally disappointed with the food (I guess I shouldn't have expected too much), the lack of parking (thank goodness I didn't get a ticket from Rite Aid), and the service was decent enough. However, I always appreciated happy hour. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Mk3SnRr-7KOtmlOlYVsCzg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw The regular menu was varied enough as an alternative. Plus, I always enjoyed supporting mom & pop businesses. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $56.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 3.0 STARS

Yelp
If you're craving a good burger or want to watch any type of sports, Standard Station is the place to go. Sports bar setting with lots of televisions. Booths outline the parameter and plenty of tables too. My husband ordered their ghost burger which has some heat to it and chose seasoned fries as his side; I ordered the blue cheese bacon burger and opted for garlic Parmesan fries. Our server messed up and brought me seasoned fries with my burger but he quickly corrected it and brought out the Parmesan fries. They were nice and golden in color and hot and flavorful, very very good! The burger was also very good and I was happy it came out well done like I had asked. Each burger costs about $17. Staff is super friendly and this is definitely a spot for locals but everyone is welcome.

Jorge M.

Yelp
I took a late picture of my food... The filet mignon is a hidden gem at the standard!! It's been on the menu for a bit. It just never wanted to try...I'm into the bar food and just didn't feel like a filet mignon at a bar.... ORDER IT!!' The sauce it's served with is excellent,. And the veg and mash...just fits right...and you can't beat the price!!... 100% recommend!! I have a bit of an after pic but won't make justice... the service is awesome and just another steak find!..

Rose H.

Yelp
This is the greatest place, they have a great food. The ambience is wonderful. The wait staff is kind. This is one of the best places to go!

Carly M.

Yelp
Came to meet a friend during happy hour; with plenty of seats and tables, there was more than enough options. Both inside and outside tables were open but it wasn't super empty. The bartender/waiter came quickly and offered recommendations for both the regular menu as well as the happy hour menu. The steak sandwiches were yummy, just a little small. The Nashville cauliflower was a little bland but good crunch and way better with hot sauce. Strong drinks made it easy to reorder. Lots of TV's showing all of the sports on that day, music was trendy but not too loud. Parking is hard to find but it's overall an easy space to access

Nicole S.

Yelp
First time in here, and I loved the vibe! We sat at the bar and ordered margaritas. Will definitely be returning!

Lorenzo G.

Yelp
The food is ok hit or miss lots of fried items my wings came out cold and my hot dog wasn't very appealing. It's very loud but fun. tonight we had bar service and server was not very friendly and had to keep asking for service

Ralph M.

Yelp
I met 5 friends here for some early holiday cheer. They have been there numerous times but this was my first visit. It was worth my 90 minute drive from La Canada. I really liked the atmosphere, good music playing, big screen tv's everywhere and comfortable seating all around. The service was great and the place was busy. We ordered two appetizers that came promptly (buffalo wings and a quesadilla) and they were both delicious. I ordered the southwest chicken pasta which was plentiful and very savory; also very good. My friends had salmon, a seared ahi salad, beef dip, and tacos which all looked yummy. The beers and wine flowed freely and we had a great time. When in El Segundo, I will definitely stop in for good food and good cheer.

Evan Y.

Yelp
Shoutout to Rudy for always making us feel at home whenever we come to standard station. El Segundo is so much more than the place where Del left his wallet. It's a rich oil town, that is the Midwest of the South Bay. It's home, and I love it. Standard Station is the best place to get oiled up on a Sunday. It's a special place to watch a game too. Love that they label what games will be on each tv. The food is standard bar food, it's consistently solid. Probably 8 outta 10 for me. But I come here to drink so who cares about the food.

Ron H.

Yelp
Overall decent. A little expensive for what they got. $18-ish for a burger ? My biggest issue is why do all restaurants with outdoor seating dress-up there barricades, while Standard Station still running with the bright orange barricades provided by the street department? How about a little pride and make el Segundo beautiful ! Step it up Standard Station !

Johnny B G.

Yelp
Bikers4Fun.com Annual January 1st motorcycle run with a Standard Station Sports Grill lunch. 5 Stars because the staff is always professional and the food is always consistently good! B4F recommends this restaurant to everyone that insist on good service and good food! And we promote co-ed motorcycle rides, events & rallies

Christopher F.

Yelp
It's really good bar food. Crazy crowd that night watching basketball. I had the beef sliders and fries. Really tasty stuff and big portion. The staff is very nice and engaging. We laughed several times. You should go.

Louis L.

Yelp
I came to this bar yesterday and I ordered food. I enjoyed the food. It was very good however, what I didn't enjoy was the cook and the bar back making fun of me while I was sitting on the toilet using the restroom thought it was very funny to make a comment,"push my friend push my friend ", and just continue to berate me and harass me while I was on the toilet it was totally humiliating. I have never been treated like this in any restaurant anywhere in the world this was just bizarre behavior, which I completely did not understand, however, they were talking in Spanish and joking and making fun of me and I was really sad to hear the things they were saying. I didn't understand why they were saying this. Nevertheless, the owner really evaluate him and represent him as this was the first time I've been at this restaurant with many friends and, I probably will not come back after being treated this way I was treated very rudely.

TJ W.

Yelp
Edgar and Mauricio helped us have a great time tonight. Beef tacos for Tues night were fantastic. Absolutely great to be honest. Pretty good on price. Great pretty large TVs all around for Kings TV viewing. Wife and I and kids were very happy. We'll be back with our little guys to enjoy this fine place. Thx!

Dave M.

Yelp
Looks like a regular old sports bar but don't let that fool you. The food at The Standard Station is excellent and the staff have got you covered.

Jordon C.

Yelp
Ear plugs are sometimes required as this place gets rowdy! But always a fun atmosphere and good food. I do miss their fried chicken and eggs Benedict along with their weekend champagne bottles, but the food still holds true to delectable. The garlic Parmesan fries are a MUST!Absolutely recommend if you're an avid sports fanatic, but if you aren't (like me) this place is still good vibes.

Wei W.

Yelp
We've been ordering food from this restaurant for over two years. I will give the food 5 stars. We always get it to go. I decided to bring my daughter there to dine in. First as we sat down. The waiter acknowledged us, but forgot about us. Even as far as to come to the table next to us without looking our way. After ten minutes had past the server brought the menus. Told him that we would only need a minute after this he came back to the table next us again and forgot about us. Additionally took long enough for us to try and get anyone's attention so we could place the order. My boyfriend is white and the server only spoke with him. No eye contact to my daughter or I. I personally feel discriminated against coming here. Completely changed my appetite. After the food came politely asked for to go boxes. The server again seemed to take a disliking has he didn't bring enough boxes for how much food was obviously on the table. Still only keeping eye contact with my boyfriend. Please mind that it was not a busy day by any means. Because of this I will not be dining in there again Notes: the energy I felt from the server was really bad. No welcoming greeting in any interaction.

Lorean W.

Yelp
Great happy hour bites and drinks. It's a locals favorite and has a nice vibe. The fruity drink I had was great! Service was good.

Kwok S.

Yelp
For me personally, there's nothing better than a dive bar with an array of beer on tap and of course, tv for sports, and the food options. Now, make sure to catch their happy hour from 3-7pm M-F. Great deals on mix and draft drinks under $6 and also their amazing appetizers are mostly $5. For 2 people you can probably get stuffed and drunk for under $80. If you ever find a spot that hits all these items, you have a home run. I've been here multiple times and there's definitely some stars within the menu. First off, for the ice cold beers my favorites are: Mayberry IPA, Smog City, and Allagash. Food wise: 1. My go to are the wings. Pro tip, mix in some naked wings and ask for the sauce on the side. I also, love the lemon pepper and the bbq flavors too. 2. Ahi Poke with Chips is a must have. The fish of course is not top quality, but the seasoning is incredible. It's a must try dish. 3. Chip and Dip. Wowzer, that is so good here. They cut and fry their own potato chip which is lightly salted. 4. Fried Avacado. Lightly battered and fried topped with a teriyaki sauce. Yum! 5. Burgers and Sandwiches: you really can't go wrong here. Ultimately, if you have a flight to catch and have a few hours to spare. Just relax, drink and eat at a fraction of the cost even if you have to uber here vs. eating Airport Terminal Food.

Flynn G.

Yelp
This is a great brunch spot as well as dinner locations. Cheap and easy breakfast burritos and pancakes always hit the spot. Quick service which is always so friendly and welcoming. The outside patio is a great location and they have indoor high top seating and low seating aswell. Great music as well as sports games. I

Bonnie M.

Yelp
Awesome job dealing with the whole peacock stream situation and keeping with it until the peacock folks got their streaming under control. Great service despite the tech issues out of your control.

Claudette B.

Yelp
The happy hour is totally awesome, their sliders are totally amazing and their shrimp is to die for, I totally suggest you go, outdoor and indoor dining, and ice cold beer! You can't beat that!

Connie R.

Yelp
Such a great place to go, enjoy good tunes, and eat. Everyone who works here is friendly along with the customers. It's a great place to meet really nice down to earth friendly people. It's like a new version of Cheers (for those who remember that).

Gerardo M.

Yelp
This establishment is always on point with the service and food. Rudy always comes and takes the extra steps to make the service the best possible. He will always come and take care of all the needs and recommend new drinks and food. Highly recommend to come and try this place out will be worth it!

Eh, it's alright. Nothing to write home about. Stay away from the queso - no good. Shrimp tacos - decent. Good spot to check out a game if you're in the area.

Yelp
I stopped by on a recent Sunday while in El Segundo for a late breakfast. Ordered a pretty good omelette with potatoes, a glass of ice tea and a glass of sangria. Sat outdoors on a beautiful January day and service was prompt and efficient.

Yelp
What a nice chill place for a Saturday brunch with family and friends. Good food but nothing special and not so good coffee, but overall good ambiance for sure. Maybe it's just because I was with my sweetest little (she's 36 ) cousin but I had a fun time. My hamburger is called the sunny side for obvious reasons when you look at the picture I'll post but u fortunately the whites were undercooked and the bacon not fresh and soggy

Yelp
The wings are good and the service is excellent. The service was so good, went to see Monday, Thursday and Sunday football games. A Go to while in LA.

Yelp
We were a block away at The Grotto getting wedding suits tailored. One of the guys said they had great food...They do! The service was great too, I just wish I lived closer.

Yelp
I had a awful service at the bar . The lady who served the drinks to me and my friends didn't make them right and proper way it wasn't strong even if the price was acceptable!!in order to help me and my girlfriends out on the friendly request to fix the drinks we order it was our first ones at that time and mention it's not even taste like alcohol , so we did receive aggressive answers and words like you girls should leave and if you don't like my drinks go somewhere else ??? Like what ?? Really ??? That's what serves at the bar should be like ????? Nope nope nope !! The bartender ruined our night when it's just started !!!! I was at the Standard station several times and had at first karaoke with friends and never had a bad experience until recent !!!! I never had or experienced anything like such an aggressive attitude towards pretty girls just being attained the place for karaoke night and was all excited to have fun !! I wouldn't like to see the bartender who works there ever again and i would not want to waste my energy and time on people who treat they customers like that !!!!

Yelp
I was recently in for breakfast and sat inside in Christie's section. The service was terrible and she was very rude. Ordering food and drinks took too long and I was considering on walking out. It felt like I was being ignored luckily I moved out to the patio which is very clean and shady. A server name Ivan took care of me the rest of the day and he was quick, nice and very professional. The other server Junior was even checking up on me. I would definitely consider coming back to this restaurant just don't sit in her section if she is working.

Yelp
This is visit #4. Yes, this is my first review. Admitting, the last time I was here was before I got active on Yelp. But better late than never, right?! GodNiece's boyfriend who has recently moved to Cali is a basketball fan, and although the Lakers aren't his team, I mentioned the Laker's training center nearby doing a tribute to Kobe, his daughter and the other 7 who perished from a helicopter crash. I asked if he wanted to go check it out. (it's a pretty good alternative to going through the mess at Staples/DTLA.) He replied with a resounding YES. I'm guessing he was moved by the emotional tributes that he felt a beer would do him some consoling. And that's how we ended up here. (We were joined by my GodNiece later.) The place underwent a facelift - MUCH BETTER. Their happy hour is 7 DAYS A WEEK and goes from 3pm-7pm. (Most places only do weekdays and end at 6pm, some at 5pm, I don't get that...) I started with a schooner of blue star and put in a buncha orders off their happy hour menu: AVOCADO TEMPURA: Crunchy and creamy at the same time. It stood all on its own, I didn't even bother trying them with the two kinds of dip it came with (although I should have since GN's BF said they was bomb!) TOTS POUTINE: I've had my share of tots prepped different ways, but this absolutely tops them all. On the saltier side since they served it with blue cheese (instead of curds.) This pairs well with beer! BAKED ITALIAN MEATBALL PLATTER: Don't let the small bowl fool you, it comes with about 4-5 pieces of meatballs. The tomato sauce they swam in was delicious - the kind you swipe/dip bread all over it to clean the bowl in its entirety. Meatballs were decent size with good seasoning. Delicious. 5 FOR 5 WINGS: This might be my favorite from everything we ordered. Chicken was cooked to an almost crisp doused with sweet sauce. I expected it to be really sweet, but nope. It was just right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDING. SPICY GREEN BEANS: Topped with almonds, it isn't as spicy as I thought it would be. Veggies were delicious and fresh. This was the last app we had and I felt it was a good way to top the set. The bar was packed as they were showing the first Laker game since Kobe's untimely passing. When the tribute coming off Staples came on, they switched all their TV sets and turned up the sounds to make sure everyone can view and hear the show properly. The entire bar went completely quiet except for a few highly inconsiderate people who were so obnoxiously noisy that even the staff had asked them to quiet down. (That was kinda cool. I know: it's a bar, and people are allowed to talk, but this was a special circumstance and these ***bleeepsss*** are so dense, everyone was close to pouncing at them. Good thing they left shortly because it could have been an unpretty night for them.) Shout out to the cooks. We were seated right in front of the kitchen so we saw how much they were hustin'. FOOD: 5. Didn't have anything I didn't like. SERVICE: 5. We were at the bar so our server was easy to catch. VALUE: 5. $5 across the board for a buncha apps during happy hour. Can't go wrong, yo! PARKING: Street, although the lot across the way (where the bank is) may have some open spots after they close. OVERALL: 5. Amazing visit. Looking forward to coming back soon with more peeps!

Yelp
Yesterday, my friend and I went to have a drink and grab dinner there... And the drinks & food came out pretty quick, the service was great, patrons were Social distancing and I will totally come back when I'm in the area. :) I got Guinness beer and the beef sandwich dip with the garlic fries. It was so yummy... I got pretty full since I hadn't eaten all day... I saved the rest for a snack later or for today's lunch. :) I totally recommend Toasting it and not using the microwave.

Yelp
No frills sports bar. Decent food at a reasonable price. Packed during games. Rarely any lines. Definitely a go to when other places are crowded.

Yelp
I love Standard Station for the Excellent!! service and courteous friendly staff especially RUDY who is always Awesome!! Amazing!! and takes the time to check on us and always treat us attentively and kindly even when we just walk in: do you want a drink or food? I dont even have to ask half the time even when the place is packed. The BEST!! Jane is one of the great!! bartenders whos been as well and is always cool and friendly. Really great!! food: The tuna melt and onion rings are always nice and consistent with really cool swirl rye bread. Sweet Potato or Garlic or Chili fries. The kitchen here Rocks!! The Incredible selection of alcohol especially high end bourbon whiskey tequila: Rip van Winkle 20 year+ local and micro brew breweries beers on tap. They have many big tv's for sporting events and always fun to watch a friday night freeway chase here which has happened often in LA. This is a fun place for large parties to celebrate here and they have good events here too. A super cool neighborhood pub with real old gas pumps and old school gas station decor!! Love It!! They ve got class with a bit of sass!!

Yelp
My fist time stopping in, was unplanned on a Friday Night mid-Happy Hr during a Dodger game..... with my 5 year old. The entire staff was so incredibly attentive and accommodating - and they had a good Kid's menu too!! So I enjoyed my "mommy juice" and my daughter had some good food too! I had the nachos (not on Happy Hour) - they were large, nothing incredible but I will definitely come back and try something new!
