"This gem-like taperia and wine shop is the latest addition to Jason Atherton's growing "Social" concept of dressed-up bars turned eateries. Here, the kitchen—led by Atherton and long-time side-kick Frankie van Loo—dishes out small, Modern interpretations on classic tapas like croquettes, chipirones and cod brandade along with wine sommelier Laure Patry's heavily researched list of wines spanning Europe from Hungary to France. If you like a bottle, you can buy it too from the wine shop, and if you want to dig deeper into a region, there's a schedule of wine tastings and master classes often held in the restaurant's private rooms for 10. Social is a fantastic addition to the Marylebone dining scene. I highly recommend seating at the chef's counter to add informality and theater to your evening - it's great to see the preparation of their many fantastic dishes. The food is excellent, I was very impressed by everything we tried - the crispy duck egg with roasted artichoke and truffles was sublime for example. They also have great options for wines by the glass - extensive range and very good quality. Staff are super friendly too.

Interesting concept.. Good place for after work shenanigans. Tapas style food which was really really good. The set menu came with wine which we didn't really like but the food made up for it. Especially the pudding! Loved it! A little on the pricy side, but worth checking out

We went here based on the review and it was amazing. We did the three course set lunch, which included one glass of wine and sat at the bar. There were two of us and the total was $65... compared to other not so good meals we had in the week we couldn’t believe it; it was such a good deal. It’s a cute and cozy place, with and equally cozy downstairs with great food, great service and it was so fun to watch them make every single dish to order in the small kitchen upstairs, behind the bar. Everything from the beet salad, to the carrots, to the mackerel, to the ice cream were well presented, cooked to perfection and just down right tasty. Although there are hundreds of places to eat in London, I’d go back here for sure, what a fabulous find!!!

Excellent tapas place from the social group of restaurants in London. All the dishes we had were very good and the ibérico ham was probably one of the best ones I have had in London. A little bit on the pricey side, mainly because of the cost of the wines. Need to book on advance to get a table. Nice bar downstairs And overall very good service and experience. Would recommend it.

A front-of-house crew that looks after us. A Jason Atherton kitchen. A great vibe to the ambience. An extensive selection of brilliant wines. A coravin list to top it off. I count five stars altogether. Steps away from St. Christopher's Place, but thankfully not overwhelmed by tourists. Long may that continue!

Extensive collection of wines and tasty range of small plates with daily specials. It was a nice touch sitting at the bar downstairs and watching the chef's prepare each plate

Really nice wine bar. Interesting selection of wines but all on the pricey end. Very tasty selection of tapas!

I'm a huge fan of Jason Atherton, however, I'd say this has gotta be a miss for me. All of the tapas I ordered was on the saltier side. Had to wash it down with a couple glasses of wine. Service was not as attentive. Ordered my second glass of wine but the waiter forgot about it till I asked for it a second time and this was not even during peak dinner timing.
