I just checked in and already received such a wonderful first impression. Prince, Teddy, and Panpan welcomed me warmly and carefully took care of every little detail, and even in such a short moment I could truly feel their thoughtfulness. It wasn’t just about going through the formal process, but rather about making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which left a deep impression on me☺️ + After the stay I can truly say that SO/ Bangkok has given me such a wonderful experience!!! And I especially want to thank Weeda. Every time I passed through the first floor, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her presence always made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks to her, this hotel felt less like just a place to stay and more like a truly warm and special space. I also had a nice chat with Grace in the elevator, and Izhar at the breakfast restaurant gave very attentive and professional service. Together, these moments showed me how much care the staff put into making every guest feel valued. I’m leaving with so many happy memories, and I already know I’ll be back on my next trip. This hotel truly made my time in Bangkok even more enjoyable.

This might be my 10th time of visiting and the really touching moment of So/bangkok is the staff Nesa remember me and help me check in this wonderful hotel with bright smile. No need to say that all the staffs of here is so friendly and kind and also the room condition, swimming pool is stunning. Also the location is just nearby the MRT Lumpini station so it's really great to approach from everywhere. Thank you so much again for Nesa and would love to visit again this hotel.

This was my third stay in So bangkok. Always felt home here with luxury. From the staff who opens the door of the hotel to the one who check you in to luggage attendant and restaurant staffs are beyond amazing . Staffs are who makes the stay better even if a hotel have a big name . The room are amazing with beautiful view and amenities are perfect in the bathroom. I love the comb there as its very gentle on hair . The breakfast is always to die for . I don’t think i have any negative feedback. I hope to come back again next year for my birthday . Last but not least the hotel arranged a beautiful cake as a surprise on my birthday night to room which was so sweet.

This is my second stay at this hotel and we stayed in a club room (water element). The experience was great throughout from the welcome at the lobby until check out. Our room was very well furnished and comfortable. The bath tub and the rainfall shower overlooking the Lumpini park are my favourite room feature. Breakfast was busy but has a good variety and quality. The lounge has a good vibe and good drinks for evening cocktails.

The stay from check-in was smooth. The check-in staff, Khun Dome, was lovely and provided excellent service. The room had a beautiful view. Some of the room equipment was quite old and should be replaced after a long time of use, such as the tea and coffee containers behind the TV. There was quite a lot of dust accumulated. The equipment cover was not complete. The bathroom amenities were complete. The breakfast was delicious, but it lacked fresh coconuts, which were the signature of the hotel in the past. The male staff at the red oven restaurant, Khun Kwan, provided excellent service. Regarding the swimming pool, I would like to suggest the following: The pool opens at 6:00 AM, but the jacuzzi area cannot be used because the staff informed me that the opening time is 7:00 AM, which does not match the pool opening time. I had to wait an hour to use this area, which should be fixed. Regarding the seat cushions, the pool opens at 6:00 AM, but the staff just came to arrange the cushions. I suggest that they should be ready before the pool opens. I used the pool at 6:00 AM and the staff still did not prepare the area properly. The dome light in the underwater pool near the jacuzzi fell off from its base, which is quite dangerous and could cause an accident. I informed the staff when I checked in. In terms of hygiene, hand sanitizer gel is installed in the elevator. But it can't be used. Overall, I think that the things that were initially stated should be improved.

What a great level of service from the entire staff, but especially JJ who helped us reserve bicycles and offered to store our luggage after checkout, as we had a later flight. The rooms were very clean and luxurious, the breakfast was amazing with lots of options. And the pool was spectacular, what a spectacular view!
