It was supposed to be a an overnight stop, it turned into a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were so friendly, welcoming excellent customer service. The spa staff Enid, Pet and Julene were absolutely awesome. You have to have a Spa treatment, the relaxing bath after a massage is perfect ro unwind and destress.|Candy is a great hostess at the restaurant, her recommendations are spot on. We will try the complimentary pass to the Rockhouse next time

This is my favorite spot on the beach for many reason , most importantly ; |from the moment you arrive this property has a calming element. You’ll be warmly received by the staff at the desk and Welcomed. The rooms are cozy , modern and are designed well for a relaxing beach getaway. Not to mention this property is homes to miss Lilly’s ; one of the best restaurants in town - food is consistently great , breakfast, lunch and dinner.

They have some very high rating beaches with white sand and turquoise blue waters. I’m Australian and we have beautiful beaches as well all over Australia so trust me I say this resort has beaches that York kids will enjoy since th flat sand dunes allow you to go quite the way out without the fear of being deep.

Third time at Skylark. Amazing boutique hotel. The vibe is so chill. The beach cannot be beat. Don’t hesitate to book. Only suggestion would be to have coffee in the room. Even a keurig would be great to bring own pods. Many restaurants/bars to walk to nearby. Felt very safe

I didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on rooms. But left my hotel (Azul) an ventured there several days. Believe locally owned, so a true Jamaican vibe. Food and drinks bloody awesome, and staff super friendly and attentive. Plan to stay there next visit.

This is my 2nd time staying at Skylark in Negril and it is just as pleasant as my first experience! The service is outstanding— friendly, efficient, and easy to contact. The amenities are great and access to the sister property, along with direct beach access, make this a great place to stay!

This is my 3rd visit. The hotel is perfectly located on 7 mile beach. The restaurant on-site is phenomenal. The rooms are literally steps from the beach…and perfect for families, couples or just a friends trip. The Skylark attracts all the well-traveled and cultured tourists who want to be far away from the all inclusive boredom you find elsewhere. This is a must stay for Negril.

It was my first time at this resort. Let’s start with the good. The beach? 10/10, very clean. The servers and the staff were great. The rooms however were 2/10. Upon arrival I went back to the front desk to let them know the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Well it looked the same for our entire stay. The materials in the bathroom such as the shelves, sink rails, faucet are severely rusted. The legs of the sink had MOLD on them. The tiles on the walls were dirty, the shower itself was gross…it needs to be maintained. Pillows were old as they were lumpy. The walls in the bedroom had stains on them. Now I know they can’t fix the rusting while there, but at least pay attention and clean off the MOLD For the amount of money charged per night the part of the room that needs the most attention which is the bathroom was poorly maintained. Hopefully they see this and make a change.
