I have gotten my brows, eyelashes, and a facial done with the amazing Vivian and could not be more obsessed! The shopping experience is lovely but Vivian truly goes above and beyond to make her clients comfortable, and I am always blown away by the results! Couldn't recommend her enough.

I love the product selection, services, and service providers here. That being said, the sales people are always SO COLD. They do not welcome you in, offer to help, or interact with you at all. It is an absolute struggle to get help even when you are the only customer in the store. I am hoping this review will serve as valuable feedback for the leadership team at SHEN. I will continue to come in for services as those have always been great experiences.

Highly recommend getting a facial with Monica Dawidowicz! Especially if you have problematic, acne-prone skin. She's an expert, specifically if you're interested in extractions - she's highly skilled at that, I've been seeing her every 2-3 months and my skin is looking better than ever. The Shen store is also lovely and the whole experience is always super welcoming.

Shen is my go-to place for beauty products and occasional facials, and I recently was able to book a makeup application appointment for a wedding. I hate getting my makeup done, and my experience with Nikki totally changed my opinion on this. Not only did she use the absolute best products, but made sure the look was super natural, glowy, and I had the perfect lipstick to match my dress. The makeup lasted all night and looked absolutely beautiful. Such a great experience, I won't see anyone else for my makeup moving forward! Highly recommend Nikki for anything at Shen.

I’ve got a facial with Riley and it was the best ever. She implements a lot of lymphatic drainage . I felt like I was floating after and my skin was so firm the next day. Have been getting loads of compliments on my skin!

Let me be upfront that the services Shen provides are pricey, but the results have been worth every penny. Shen has best in class technology available and a whole arsenal of premium skincare products at their disposal. Coupling these two things, Malgosia has been very attentive with my concerns and thoughtful as she and I discussed my options. I am a fortysomething who started visiting Shen after not having a facial for over two years due to the pandemic. My main concerns have been congestion from enlarging pores, sun spots, and overall skin laxity. A few sessions in with customized facials and microneedling, my skin feels renewed and refreshed. I'm thrilled.
