Pork buns. Fish buns. I will dream of them forever. Fish taco-brilliant. Shrimp fresh roll with such memorable peanut sauce. Yes please. Fried chicken fabulous. Shrimp burger messy but we stuffed ourselves and stole an extra napkin. We’ve returned twice. You’re in trouble if you start here. Share things and try it all. This restaurant reminds you of all the good things in life.

We ordered banh bao and noodles. We were blown away, it was amazing, so tasty and flavorful👌🏻 This restaurant is hidden in an alleyway. Price is a bit high, but absolutely worth it. Will definitely go back to try another food on their menu.

These were the most amazing bao buns in the most gorgeous little tucked away shop! The chill atmosphere has beautiful spots to sit with a picturesque window. I cannot emphasise how cute this place is and how absolutely amazing the bao buns are so soft and delicious and are full of flavour and quality fillings.

the best dinner with a modern/creative touch i’ve had in vietnam. and surprisingly the prices were correct! had their fish buns + avo salad, delicious. the space was very cozy too. would love to come back to try more from their interesting menu

HIDDEN GEM OF HOI AN! 💎 Stumbled across this small quaint high-street and found Seashell by Nu Eatery. The restaurant is very small and you do sit quite close to other tables however that’s what makes it quirky. Service was great and speedy, and the waiters spoke English. The food was unreal and was a really good twist on Vietnamese/Western. The consistency of great presentation and flavours was lovely and we could believe the price of the dishes. Our overall bill after drinks and 5 courses 284,000k = £9 each! Pork Bao Buns (10/10), Prawn Fresh Rolls with yummy peanut sauce (10/10), Cauliflower Soup (8/10), Pulled Pork Burgers (11/10) and to finish Cheesecake (10/10)! The kitchen was a military operation and absolutely clean and organised, we knew this as you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the toilet 😂 again this is the quirkiness of the place. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Absolutely delicious - so we dined here twice! Hidden down an alleyway is this gorgeous little restaurant. We arrived just before service but thankfully we were able to sit, relax and order some drinks while we waited and the staff even set up a fan to help with the heat. We ordered the Pork Buns, Fresh Tempura Shrimp Rolls and the Shrimp Burger with Roasted Potatoes to share. To choose a favourite dish here was so hard because it was all so delicious but the stand outs were the Pork Buns and the Shrimp Rolls (that peanut sauce!). The service too was outstanding, we had explained that we would be sharing the dishes so were pleasantly surprised when the burger arrived and it was already pre cut in two. On our last day our flight was delayed so we took it as a sign to revisit this restaurant for a last chance at this amazing food. We had the Sesame Chicken Buns this time with the Fresh Tempura Shrimp Rolls and the Chilli Lime Shrimp Garlic Baguette Toasts. Again we were blown away! We would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant - just make sure you go at the start of your time in Hoi An in case you want to go back again!

Great food - loved the fettuccine and lemongrass pork and fish taco. Situated down a quiet alley not far from the Japanese bridge. We went twice on our trip. The staff were very friendly the first time but not so much on our second night when the service wasn’t as friendly (maybe the owners were away). The portions are quite small and there was very little meat in the fettuccine and not much fish in the taco, but it’s all very tasty. It’s a small venue so best for couples. The upstairs eating area is accessed by some very steep narrow stairs.

Down a small side street this restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is exceptional. We tried the steamed puns, both pork and chicken and wanted to order more! The Garlic toast with meatballs was also very flavourful! Would highly recommend coming here. Prices are higher than most other ‘normal’ restaurants but it’s definitely worth it.
