Really fun place! Tons of unique fragrances I’ve always wanted to smell. The employees left me alone to smell everything. Definitely a super fun experience if you visit Los Angeles and love fragrances. Beware : there is a 45 minute time limit! But no one rushes you out haha

My first time visiting was great, and the staff was awesome about helping me explore the beautiful collection of perfumes they have. This time was...not so great. I asked a few questions and was directed towards a few fragrances on the wall and told I could spray them. Honestly I felt like I was being a bother and like I was interrupting their day...but I was the only person there. Maybe it was just a rough day, but I would have thought coming in during a slower time would have given me a better experience and not a worse one. A+ to the Sunday crew from my visit in August, but a D- for the snooty crew from today.

Best store I’ve ever been to. First, I’ll start off that. I’m a very picky buyer when it comes to perfumes, it literally takes me hours to decide. Anyway, yesterday I got to the store and when I came in I immediately felt the good energies of the employees that work there, always smiling, always offering you nice perfumes to try and it’s safe to say that they know what they’re about when it comes to knowledge and when you try to describe what perfume you want they always hit the spot. There was a girl named Susanna that really helped me for literally hours!!!! She never gave me the feeling of someone’s pushing you or making you feel uncomfortable, she was like a good friend. I had 2 perfumes that I had really hard time to pick between them. I ended up getting an amazing perfume that i didn’t know before and she gave me another sample of the one I purchased and I’m addition the other one I was thinking about . She told me “ Go home sleep on it and worst case come tomorrow morning and switch between them, it was an amazing idea that eventually got me to really switch the new one I got cause I wanted to have something that I already know. Bottom line - felt really secure buying it knowing I got these guys over there to support me. Thank you so much, Itai !

If you’re even remotely interested in fragrance, this is the place to be. Coming from out of state, walking in to Scent Bar was like walking into a perfume paradise. I love how each of the scents were arranged by theme (E.g. fruity, fresh, musky, beach, etc.), which made the browsing experience extremely enjoyable. Very knowledge staff who encourage exploring the different scents to find the perfect one for you. All in all, certainly a 5/5 experience. It’s a must-stop for anyone in LA looking to explore the scent art form.

When looking for a perfume this is the place to go! The staff is very knowledgeable and everything is divided by scent so it's easier to find what you like. They will provide you with one complimentary sample.

For my son’s 19th birthday we went to Scent Bar Hollywood to help discover his preferences and we couldn’t be more pleased that we did!!! The shop was beautiful and everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both fun and personally informative. Susana was lovely and walked us through the process with patience, adaptability, kindness, and mind blowing knowledge and understanding. It felt like we took a master class into scents in general and my son’s preferences in particular, all in under a half hour. No hard sell, no pushy sales people, and a wide variety of unique, high quality (yet attainable), wonderful scents to behold. I haven’t seen my son that happy about an experience and purchase since I don’t know when! Do yourself a favor and check it out as well and I bet you’ll never go back to the same old, comparably priced, big name brands. What a gem!!!
