"The Sandwich Hag, or simply the Hag, at the Cedars in Dallas is no stranger to stirring up the food scene, especially after the recognition as 2023 James Beard semifinalist for best chef in Texas. Traditional cà phê or Vietnamese coffee is on the drinks menu as “the first cà phê shop in all of Dallas” with focus exclusively on Vietnam grown coffee beans.
