"Traditional Nude Bathing In the early 20th century there was a Swedish health movement in which nutritious food, skinny-dipping, and abstinence from alcohol played an important role. Parts of that movement are still alive—reflected in the bathing houses around the coast where nudity is a must and the water never seems to be too cold for a swim. Saltholmen Kallbadhus is a beautiful building where men and women can enjoy the sun and the sea in separate sections. You pay the fee, find a spot for your blanket or sun bed on the pier, and get ready for a naked day outside. If you are too hot, you can always climb the ladder down into the sea and cool off. Of course you can do the same things—but with swimsuits—on the cliffs outside."
Really good experience there, one of the unique places where I can go sauna with my girlfriend at the same time, they have mix sauna times.

For tourists, this place is a trap, because for a standard fee, you can only enter an obsolete nudist beach area. Sauna is reserved only for members. Be aware of that when planning your visit here.

Sauna for members only. Paid 100 SEK for pretty much nothing. Mixed area looks pretty sad, women/men seems nicer. Feels like a rip off to me, can’t recommend.

A calm beach, not very clean. You have to pay 60 sek for ticket.
Seems this place is more popular on winter. Thus, a sauna located there and after sauna people could jump to the sea. :)

Really crowded (almost looks like one of those walrus pavked braches from nature docus 😂) and no showers. Water is nice but small entry. However it's very beautiful on a good day.

Really cute little sauna, with nice outside area for sunbathing on grass / benches.
