Too spicy! :) Beware. Undoubtedly, it’s better to ask the server in advance concerning how spicy the exact dish is. And I didn’t do that... In general the atmosphere is not bad, as if you are at home. We visited the restaurant in the evening on the working day, the place wasn’t overcrowded. The food was ok. I’ve ordered some chicken and a cocktail. Chicken came with several interesting side dishes. Unfortunately, some ingredients of the cocktail I wanted, appeared to be out of stock, so the server advised me another one. Some cocktail with hibiscus syrup adding rum, pretty nice taste. Also wanna highlight a good serving. The girl was extremely friendly and nice. Spoke pure English! Thanks God! :)

A delightful selection of Jamaican European fusion dishes. We started with a beef patty, fried plantains and sweet potato spätzle prepared with vegetables and a coconut stew - unbelievable. As main dishes, the pork tip has a ton of flavor (as expected) and blends nicely with the pineapple-topped sweet potato side. The fiery guava jerk chicken really packs a punch, be prepared to sweat out the spicy. To drink, the house-made sorrel and ginger beer were the perfect kind of flavor/spice to add to this dish. Very friendly staff, can't wait to come back.

Visited this amazing place based on a friend's recommendation during my first time in Berlin and it was even better than expected! The food is really great, and you can expect a price range of 12-15€ for mains. We had the beef stew, which was served with mushrooms and mashed potatoes and the meat was really well-prepared and tasty. The fried plantain was also really good, and I'd suggest it to everyone who hasn't tried it yet. Also, don't miss the passion fruit mojito, a drink that Kirk, the manager, came up with. The atmosphere and decor of this place is perfect for a nice and relaxing dinner, either on date night or after a day of exploring the beauties of the city. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with your choices. When Kirk is around, he tries to make sure all guests are absolutely satisfied, and he and his crew definitely made me want to come back the next time I'm in Berlin.

Delicious Jamaican food! Every time I visit Berlin I make it a point to eat here. While the food could be more spicy (I get they have to keep it mild for Germans) it’s still pretty tasty and you can chase it down with a nice cocktail.

I like this place. It seems legitimately Jamaican and if you are up for spicy food, this is definitely a place where you will find it. I haven‘t had a bad meal there yet and I am sure going back. 👌🏼

I went here for Christmas eve and there were set menus. The menus were interesting and tasty but mainly the starters were not Christmas worthy. Even though it was Christmas the prices for the menus were a little steap. Atmosphere in the restaurant was fun but a little stressed out as the waiters were running around and walking up and down a lot without any purpose. Nevertheless we have a good time and fun during Christmas eve.

It's notoriously hard to find good spicy food in Berlin, the city doesn't seem to like it. This place however ticks all the boxes. It's a little more expensive than other restaurants nearby but the ambiance, atmosphere and food are totally worth it. They make their own fresh corn bread and hot sauce (which you can also usually buy). The food itself is well presented and packs a lot of flavour and spice as mentioned before. There are more mild options on the menu so don't be put off, but if you want tasty spicy food in Kreuzberg then you should definitely consider it. Great vegan and vegetarian options too which is great. Soundtrack inside is also really fun.
