Roncesvalles Apple Specialist (Apple Authorized Service Provider)

I had a great experience at Roncesvalles Apple Specialist. The team provided personalized and solution-oriented service. I was in Toronto and needed help with a complex issue related to purchasing a new device and trading in an old one. The store team was extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!!

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to after the absolutely incredible service here! My partner had liquid damage on his laptop and the team here was so quick, informative, and empathetic. They were able to restore his device, save all of his documents, and rent us a laptop to use while his device was in service. 100% recommend coming here if you need any support for Apple products!!!

My first computers had punched card readers and printers (1975) so the fancy stuff we have today is light years advanced. Jude and Jennifer were a gift to me in determining a solution for my lovely old brick (2011 MacBook) and setting up my new (previously loved) machine. Love it. Love their patience, expertise and generosity. We are lucky to have them.

Incredible customer service! I recently took my Macbook here to get fixed and after having a look at it, I was told that it wasn't worth fixing and I would be better off buying a new computer. I needed a working computer in a hurry so when I went to pick up the broken one, I asked if in the off-chance they had the one I wanted in stock. Turns out they had the exact model on a delivery truck that day. Serendipity! I waited around for the delivery but when it was obvious that it was going to be delayed, they offered to deliver the Macbook to my home that day after closing the store. What an offer! Thank you for the incredible customer service. I was so grateful to receive the computer in such a timely manner.

We had a longstanding issue of one Apple ID for two of us. Jennifer was able to disentangle us, get a new iPhone started with a minimal loss of data.al, done with cheerfulness and competency. Highly recommend.

A Roncy gem for Apple support. Having gone there several times with all sorts of questions, concerns and issues I really recommend this place. The humans there today were helpful beyond what I could have hoped for, especially the person with cool hair :) Thank you so much!

After discovering my recently purchased iPhone charger was not working and bringing it into the shop, Jude who was incredibly helpful and thorough as far as checking the device, she told me it could be the phone setting , and that it may need a hard reboot! Had no idea what she was talking about?! And after she did it and showed me how to do it myself in future if needed, all is well and working great!! Thank you so much Jude ! And she refused payment but I will be back for any further computer needs!!

I’d like to acknowledge the excellent staff at the Roncy Mac store! They are wonderful and dedicated service professionals. They’re super nice and approachable, and are reasonable with their charges for services rendered. In fact, a few months ago I brought my laptop in with a minor software glitch and they ended up refunding the diagnostic fee after returning it in working condition, because it was an easy fix. I heartily recommend these good people to any and all users and owners of Apple products. Without reservation.
