Excellent. They said that if my MAC was good better to repair than buy new. WOW Through a series of emails, we made an appointment and my wonderful old mac is working wonderfully well again after a two hour repair that cost half the price of another mac specialist in Toronto. Well done thank you.

Had a wicked spill on my Macbook keyboard, and took it here to get fixed up (thankfully I had Apple Care +) so the fee was minimal. The service was outstanding, and quicker than other places I experienced in the past. Shoutout to Andrew for keeping me updated every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my Macbook. Will come back here for all my Apple needs moving forward :)

I like to support the neighbourhood and have purchased my Mac at this location. Today I dropped by to ask for a battery replacement quote for my 3 yr old iPhone. The sales person said it's a $49 diagnosis fee, then they would put together a quote and store policy is that they hold my phone for 4-5 business days while they order the battery. Sorry, but called another Mac Technician and they immediately quoted battery replacement with 1 hr service.

Possibly the highest ranking , personalized customer service I have ever experienced. "WE SPEAK HUMAN" is more than a motto, It's just how they do things at this store. I rely on this store for my business equipment and to keep my 91 year old mom engaged in the internet and library of the 21st century.

I had an amazing experience visiting this store! All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and provided me with a very fast turn around time for fixing my Airpods (less than 48hrs). I would definitely recommend coming here! I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to after the absolutely incredible service here! My partner had liquid damage on his laptop and the team here was so quick, informative, and empathetic. They were able to restore his device, save all of his documents, and rent us a laptop to use while his device was in service. 100% recommend coming here if you need any support for Apple products!!!
