Restaurante Jero

Maybe the best tapas bar in Valladolid. The majority of their options are quite creative but unpretentious, and there's almost always a lively atmosphere. It can sometimes get a bit busy, but the staff clearly do the best they can (one of them, whose name I don't know, is really charismatic and is one of the main reasons for the good vibe). Definitely try this place!

Yet another great find from the Michelin Guide. This friendly restaurant / bar has a fabulous display of "pinchos" - small toast-based tapas, topped with an incredible choice of creative toppings. Some are served warm, heated up in a unique rotating grill. The handwritten menu on the wall, and that accessed from a QR code were in Spanish, but Google lens' translate worked really well. We chose: - Rollito (ham with asparagus and cheese) - Castellano (black pudding, quail egg) - Angelillo (foie gras with pistachios and jam) - La Cabra II (goat cheese and toffee) - Mini burger (with foie gras) The staff spoke very little English, but we're very helpful and pleasant. Very good place to eat tapas, we went at lunch and the food was good. The service was also good and the place is nice.

Excellent, a pleasure to the eye 👁‍🗨 and mouth 👄. They also provide a good selection of wine and a big plus, they have wifi. If you come to Valladolid it's a great please to try.

Wow! What can you say about these tapas? Delightful! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The food was amazing--each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors. The affordability of the menu is a major plus; it feels almost too good to be true for a Michelin-rated restaurant. I highly recommend making a detour to visit Jero if you're in the area--it's worth every moment. They even have their Top 18 menu, so be sure to try everything on that. Overall, a must-visit spot! Can't wait to return!

Jero in Valladolid, Spaoin is by far THE best tapas restaurant we've both ever tried (and my husband is from Spain). Jero's specialty is the variety of their "tapas", which have received several awards and accolades (also featured on the Michelin Guide). Seriously, any tapa that you order will absolutely amaze you! Each tapa has the perfect balance of everything: flavors, textures, and quantity of ingredients! Order a glass of white or red wine to pair with your visit. Sabes cuando te haces la pregunta de ¿qué comerías el resto de tu vida si solo tuvieras una opción? ESTO. Jero en Valladolid, España es lo que escogería yo. Este restaurante es de lejos, el mejor restaurante de tapas que hemos probado mi marido y yo (y él es de España). La especialidad de Jero es la variedad de sus "tapas", las cuales han recibido varios premios y reconocimientos (el restaurante también esta incluido en la Guía Michelin). En serio, ¡cualquier tapa que pidas te sorprenderá! Cada tapa tiene el equilibrio perfecto de todo: sabores, texturas y cantidad de ingredientes. Pídete una copa de blanco o tinto para acompañar tu visita.

My all time favorite place when I come to Valladolid. Would love to get them all, but they have so many. My favorite contains foie.

Fabulous and unique tapas. We were passing through Valladolid, saw that Jero had great reviews and thought w'd check it out. Given our limited Spanish it was a little overwhelming at first, but after seeing so many delicious items being served we thought it would be best to just ask the server to pick 6 different tapas. We have no idea exactly what we ate but we loved every single one. Wine was great also.

The best canapés I've ever had. I spent the entire next day talking about my experience there, and I can't wait to go back. I recommend the morcilla con manzana or the canapé with figs, cream cheese, sardines and a berry compote.
