"The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park Sports fans, go west. The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park allows guests to sleep at the site of the epic Summer Olympic Games that Sydney hosted in 2000. But Olympic Park is not just for Olympics buffs; it’s also home to ANZ Stadium, the home field for teams ranging from the National Rugby League (NRL) South Sydney Rabbitohs and Australian Football League (AFL) Wallabies to the national soccer and cricket teams. If that’s not enough, the park houses large entertainment venues such as Allphones Arena, where the likes of Madonna perform. In addition to sports and entertainment, guests of the Pullman come to Olympic Park to attend conferences and business meetings, and everything from the ergonomic work spaces in rooms to a speedy menu at the restaurant cater to the corporate set. That doesn’t mean the place is stuffy, however. The interiors are modern and inviting; the restaurant has hip red accents and a wall-size wine rack; and the property is based at the heart of Australia’s sporting and entertainment culture, which can mean only one thing: fun."

Absolutely fantastic. We were upgraded which was greatly appreciated. Fast check in, clean. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff - especially at the bar, the staff remember your drinks order. Just a little thing that makes you feel valued. ||||Breakfast was a bit of a muddle, if you want al a carte you have to specify otherwise they automatically just bill you for the buffet. Not a big deal, but just felt it was a bit disorganised. That’s me probably being critical after a fantastic stay otherwise. Also cashless, and card is the only option (with surcharges…) find that frustrating. ||||Fresh bottled water supplied in room daily, no charge. ||||100% would stay again, very highly rated for me. This is 5 star and what it should be like! ||||Thanks team

The bed was comfortable, the entertainment provided me with something enjoyable to watch after work. I had room service the first night, which was delicious and I had breakfast both days. The breakfast service was a little spread out and I did find it hard to find some things. Loved the views and the bathroom is excellent; love a big bath!

Recently stayed here for the NRL Grand Final. Lauren was fantastic and all my guests felt like royalty. We all commented afterwards how caring and service orientated the staff were especially Chris at reception who went out of his way to ensure everyone was being looked after. Only place I will stay now.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel following the GD concert. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade—thank you so much for that! The room was spotless, check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. We were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay again.

Hubby and I are aged in our mid 60’s and stayed here last week on a special personal occasion and also to attend opening night of Corteo (Cirque du Soleil) at Qudos Bank Arena. It was our first time at Pullman Olympic Park and definitely won’t be the last.||Can’t fault anything about the hotel or the exceptional caring service we received. I had originally booked a Deluxe King Room with breakfast and was delighted to be informed we had been given a room upgrade to an Executive Room, which then also gave us access to the Executive Lounge. Even though we arrived at lunch time, well before the advertised 3pm check-in, they had a room ready for us to occupy immediately, which was a massive bonus. Check in staff were excellent. We were equally surprised and delighted to be also presented with a small Accor gift bag (as I am a member), containing a sparkling water and a small box of chocolates.||The room was spotlessly clean, with everything anybody would need for a comfortable overnight stay. As it was a corner room, it directly overlooked Accor Stadium. We could even see the Qudos Bank Arena venue from our window. We were on the 15th floor, which was the second top floor of the hotel. Very good security with the lifts requiring your electronic room key to get to your floor.||Executive lounge which we visited for a coffee during the day and a glass of bubbles and canapés in the evening prior to the show was a very nice relaxing way to start the evening. In terms of location, if you happen to be attending any event in the Olympic Park precinct, the location is unbeatable. As we arrived at the hotel quite early from our home in the Lake Macquarie region (about 2 hrs from Sydney), we opted to self park because we saw there was still availability at that hour. Self parking is $49 overnight for guests, compared to $69 for valet park. ||Buffet breakfast the following morning in Baccar Restaurant was excellent with quite a big variety of foods and pastries to choose from. Cappuccino’s promptly delivered to our table sooo good.|Quick and efficient checkout. Overall, a brilliant stay. Thoroughly recommend especially if attending an event in Olympic Park.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Pullman Olympic Park was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was streamlined and stress free, thanks to the happy and friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, exactly what you’d hope for after a day of travel. During our stay we had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a real bonus. There was a great range of food and drink options available, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This hotel is in a prime location, especially if you’re attending any events at Olympic Park. Everything was within easy reach, and the quality of the service and amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pullman Olympic Park for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality.

Lovely corner room with a great view. Food in executive lounge was amazing. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of food. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Cheese platter in our room was a nice touch, but we don't eat cheese, unfortunately.

Overall stay was good. Very good location. However, I experienced less hospitality e.g. daily room cleaning was completed with no replenishment of water bottle, amenities like tea, coffee (highlighting this because it was winter while my stay). Concierge was also not having a good gesture. I would request to focus on customer experience.

Yelp
I have always found the service at Pharmacy @ Sydney Olympic Park to be excellent, with the pharmacist himself always ready to assist with information about new and alternative products. The staff generally provide 'service with a smile' which is not always common place these days.
