This Pho shop which I actually visited twice in the few days I was in the city, in my opinion serves one of the best Pho I ever had in my life, and again I've had many many many of them over equally as many years. They use a minced raw beef and beef tendons for a truly delectable and unique and absolutely scrumptious bowl of soup served with the customary greens and some scallions + of course a side of donuts. They are in the Michelin guide this year, so I went very early in the morning + was one of the first customers and absolutely enjoyed this breakfast for the gods. 👏🫰👏

It's a pho experience you have to experience even if you do not think it's the best, which I don't. It's very good though and the fresh chilies and homemade chili sauce takes the bowl from good to great. Mainly Vietnamese patrons. Walk to the guy with the money and he'll directly you to a seat. Wait and be served. Only one thing on the menu, beef pho cooked beef slices, raw ground beef, onion, spring onion, and cilantro. They also offer friend Fried bread sticks which are made fresh and highly recommend. 70k for the combo. We came at 830am and were seated immediately. One of the best beef pho in Hanoi! Opens really early and runs out fast, definitely have to come early! The raw meat slow cooked in the pho broth was amazing, and the broth was excellent! Warm tasty and flavorful. Well dont expect good seatings, its very traditional pho seating.

Truly authentic experience! Pho was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff and service get a bad wrap on comments however this is what makes this place a great authentic street food experience in my opinion.

Was recommended by a friend and I think it is one of the best phở in Hanoi. Broth is well seasoned. I like how the raw beef is chopped into small pieces. I also like a lot of scallion as well.

If you would like to visit here, you have to be diligent. If you wake up late, you cannot taste the rice noodle here. They work only in the mornings. Even if you have a hangover, you should try the soup with some beef to wake up. Actually, it is not 'some beef', there is a lot of beef than other restaurants' beef noodles. There are sliced ones and minced ones. The soup itself has a deep taste. I highly recommend visiting here and Don Duck restaurant for morning rice noodles. Don Duck restaurant offers Duck noodles, and here offers beef noodles. You should try both of them. The very next door, there is an old woman who sells traditional Ha Noi tea. It tastes bitter. But it is cheap anyway. Once you travel, you need many kinds of experiences. So, try it. And the owner has some fried bread, which is cheap also, and you can soak it to the soup a little bit and bring it to your mouth. Give it a try. Don't forget to add the chilies to the soup. But be careful. The chilies are just for making the broth to be better for your hangover. Don't take all of them inside your mouth. You may need more than the traditional tea to nuturalize the spicy tongue. Ahh, bring a hat or a cap in case you sit outside. My face was burning in the morning under the sun.

Great Hanoi style Beef Pho. Sit down, order your bowls and enjoy kind of place. Efficient and delicious. Wake up early as once it's sold out, thats it.

The best pho we had in Vietnam! A Michelin guide recommended spot, no frills, just everybody sitting out on the sidewalk enjoying a delicious meal. Not the most obvious for tourists and it's seemingly mostly locals eating here (anyways a good sign), but it's quite simple: Just grab a seat and they'll bring you pho. I don't think there's even a menu. Don't forget to request the bread. Also take note of their hours: breakfast only.
