Had a really lovely experience yesterday at Pfeffer Sal. I had the 360 facial which included a thorough skin analysis, a very relaxing facial and some amazing help and advice from Charmaine my therapist. Charmaine made me feel comfortable straight away, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. I appreciated all the small touches and checking in on me gently throughout the experience. The clinic itself has a lovely calm vibe and everything was really clean. A little pricey but definitely worth the experience. Looking forward to persevering with my skin journey and going back soon for another treatment. Thank you so much Charmaine you super star!

A simply amazing experience! As someone who has had very little experience with beauty treatments, this far exceeded my expectations. My treatment, the Welcome Essential with Zoe, one of the specialists was fantastic, I didn't want it to end. Incredibly relaxing, my skin never felt better. As a first time customer, they really try to push you the welcome essential facial. After having done it, I think you can save the extra price and just opt for one of their facials/treatments if you’re already well aware of what your skin is like. £245 for a moisturizing and calming facial is definitely overpriced. The whole experience was great though, very relaxing space.

Absolutely wonderful staff and incredible facial - the entire process was extremely thorough and bespoke to your skin and your needs. I have been back to see Charmaine for the second time, she remembered EVERYTHING from my previous appointment. The whole experience is incredibly relaxing and nourishing, I didn't want it to end. I left feeling extremely relaxed, revitalised and my skin was clear as a crystal - highly recommend. Their products are also excellent - highly recommend the Synergie Serums and also the Odacite SPF. Had the Welcome Essential with Angele yesterday and I was amazed at the insights I gained from it. She used some high-tech machinery to assess areas such as pigmentation, sun damage, skin irritation. Together we spoke about my skincare habits and were able to home in on some ways in which I was using my skin products (e.g. my retinol products causing irritation). However, she also pointed out that some of my habits have really helped my skin over the past year. I received a warm welcome at reception, Angele was lovely and the facial itself was incredibly relaxing and when I got home (and found a mirror) I barely recognised myself. Generally excellent!
