I just had the most amazing bacne treatment at Pfeffer Sal – the Backatcha – and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. My therapist, Roberta, was absolutely incredible – professional, knowledgeable, and so thoughtful in her approach. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything she was doing, which made such a difference. The treatment itself was thorough and luxurious – not only does my back feel deeply cleansed and refreshed, but the whole experience felt like a proper self-care ritual. The space is beautiful and calming, and the attention to detail is second to none. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and with noticeably clearer skin. Highly recommend both the Backatcha treatment and Roberta in particular – she’s magic. I’ll 100% be back!

Had a really lovely experience yesterday at Pfeffer Sal. I had the 360 facial which included a thorough skin analysis, a very relaxing facial and some amazing help and advice from Charmaine my therapist. Charmaine made me feel comfortable straight away, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. I appreciated all the small touches and checking in on me gently throughout the experience. The clinic itself has a lovely calm vibe and everything was really clean. A little pricey but definitely worth the experience. Looking forward to persevering with my skin journey and going back soon for another treatment. Thank you so much Charmaine you super star!

I attended Pfeffer Sal for a skin MOT as I've been having problems with acne and wanted to get to the bottom of it and thought this was the best way forward. The clinic was nice and the people friendly and I enjoyed my experience when I thought what my therapist was telling me was correct. However, I was wrong. She told me that the blue Obagi peel that I'd been having at my usual Aesthetic Clinic (9 Elms Clinic) contained no salicylic acid and instead contained glycolic acid which wouldn't help as much as Pfeffer's Sal's chemical peels. That was the first incorrect information she gave me. I proceeded to have the MOT and she ran me through the different layers informing me where I could improve. She said I had a broken / weak skin barrier which is why I was susceptible to breakouts and of course recommended a whole heap of products to fix this at a value of £482 plus two treatments worth £615 - which I thought was outrageous. Not knowing much about this sort of stuff and trusting their advice I was so close to purchasing some of the products she recommended. However, thank goodness I didn't, I went back to my other clinic (9 Elms Clinic) as I had one blue obagi peel left to use and explained what the Pfeffer Sal therapist told me. It was then that this therapist corrected me and said the Blue Obagi peel does indeed have 20% salicylic acid and there's no way you have a weak skin barrier because if you did, a) you'd definitely not be able to handle a chemical peel and b) your skin would be flaky and sensitive to lots of products and we know it's not. I can handle any product absolutely fine. So overall, I am very disappointed with the experience and the misinformation my therapist gave me. I thought paying a premium would mean I could trust the therapist but sadly I was wrong. I don't doubt that the treatments would work but to lie to someone to make them purchase them is not on. For anyone else going through the same thing - be careful!

The best skincare clinic in London! I’ve been a customer for 3 years now on a journey to treat my acne prone, sensitive skin and have seen significant improvement over the years (no longer dealing with inflamed cystic acne, significantly reduced congestion and acne scars) - the treatments really do work. I’d highly recommend Jayne who is outstanding at her job, someone who’s been invested in my skin journey and kept my personal skin concerns at the forefront of all treatments and product suggestion's.

I had microneedling last week with Angèle and I can’t recommend it enough. The clinic is beautiful and has a lovely relaxed vibe. The reception team were very welcoming too. Angèle’s had a lovely manner and took care of my skin, even though microneedling can feel a bit spicy! My skin is glowing this week. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a course of Real Life Retouching treatments and an Essential Facial with Aisha and I’m so happy with the results. Aisha is a brilliant therapist and so knowledgeable. The clinic and treatment rooms are really lovely and relaxing.

I recently had the Gentle facial which left my skin feeling both supported and nourished. Charmaine was amazing!! Her pressure was perfect and she was professional and attentive throughout, leaving me feeling very cared for. I even fell asleep! and woke up with happy hydrated skin. Thank you Charmaine x

A simply amazing experience! As someone who has had very little experience with beauty treatments, this far exceeded my expectations. My treatment, the Welcome Essential with Zoe, one of the specialists was fantastic, I didn't want it to end. Incredibly relaxing, my skin never felt better. I also learnt a lot about how to correctly look after my skin having made use of the in depth specialist skin scans. Thanks to Zoe, Maria and all the staff! Fully recommend Pfeffer Sal.
