We were hunting for a special spice to go with chocolate, and went to this Papa Sapiens because they are an epicerie, as well as a restaurant. They did not have my spice, but they did have an amazing salad:
Sliced cured beef (like bresaola or basturma, but French) with quinoa, arugula, radishes, egg, olives, carrots and sun dried tomatoes.
Quite an inventive salad. A perfect amount to be enough food for lunch, yet make sure that we are hungry for another significant French dinner.
