If you’re searching for a delightful bakery experience, look no further. I recently visited and indulged in a couple of their pastries, and I can confidently say it was a treat for the senses.
First up was the chocolate croissant, and it was simply divine! The moment I took my first bite, I was struck by how incredibly soft and flaky it was. The pastry had the perfect balance of buttery goodness and just the right amount of rich chocolate filling.
Next, I tried the cinnamon twist, this pastry was a delightful blend of sweetness and spice. I was genuinely amazed by its deliciousness; it’s no wonder so many people rave about it!
The coffee was rich and flavorful, providing just the right kick to balance out the sweetness of the pastries.
If you’re in Barcelona, I highly recommend stopping by to indulge in these amazing treats—you won’t be disappointed!

Origo Bakery is an absolute treat for anyone who loves baked goods! I visit regularly, and I’ve never been disappointed. Their pastries are consistently fresh and delicious, and it’s no surprise that some specialty cafés in the city source their baked goods from here.
I can strongly recommend their chocolate croissant—rich and flaky perfection—and their cardamom or cinnamon twists, which are packed with flavor and perfectly balanced.
The staff is professional and welcoming, though perhaps not as warm as the team at Oz Bakery. The surroundings may not be the most picturesque, but just a few minutes away, you’ll find small plazas where you can relax and enjoy your treat.
This will remain one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended for any pastry lover!

My new favourite bakery in Gracia area. Located in a beautiful quite street, they have the best pain au chocolates. The staff is very kind, the coffee is good, the variety of the pastries is great.
I would appreciate a little area or a bench maybe to enjoy my quick coffee with croissant moment but that’s okay as it’s close to several squares.

This is the best place for croissants and coffee! I like the almond one more. Their croissant layers are just perfect, you feel like you are in France. Worth a try!

lovely small cofeeshop with a lot of pastries and breads. We were unable to try the bread (just ate breakfast) but they looked super nice. The shop has a small deli as well. Batch brew wasn’t the best (had way tastier then here) still it was a good experience

The peach Danish was fantastic - would return for that and try their other pastries. The cinnamon bun was good, but I'd be inclined to try the other options first. Good to note - there is no seating available, so your pastry and coffee will be to go. Coffees were average - a little bit cold.

While visiting Barcelona, we discovered this bakery, and what a gem! We ordered three pastries: a cinnamon twist, a flaky brioche with coffee and lemon syrup, and a chocolate brioche, along with a cappuccino and a flat white. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the flaky brioche was the real standout—an absolute treat! The coffees were exceptionally good, which is quite rare to find.
We’re sad to leave Barcelona and not be able to enjoy these pastries again, even in Paris. A must-visit spot for lovers of great coffee and refined pastries!
