Novotel Danang Premier Han River

I really like the space at Square restaurant—it’s spacious, bright, and comfortable. There’s plenty of natural light, and the design is elegant but still cozy and welcoming. The food is very diverse; I’ve had both breakfast and dinner here, and every dish was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The menu offers a lot of options, from traditional dishes to Western-style meals, suitable for many tastes. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help when needed. I will definitely come back many more times!

The breakfast here was amazing! The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, both Asian and Western, all beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even better. The dining area was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I was really satisfied with everything and will definitely come back!

I had a good experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I ordered late night in-room dining around 2 a.m., and everything was prepared so quickly and carefully. The food was delicious, and the room service was smooth and professional. I was impressed by how the team maintained such great service even at that hour. Overall, an excellent stay that truly exceeded my expectations.

Nice hotel but DO NOT waste your money on the Premier rooms. Stayed on level 30 room 3001 and the music from Skybar above is SO loud EVERY night, " ". "Guests need to be informed of this music as a priority at time of check in" Was also meant to have access to the Premier Lounge for the entire stay but was refused entry on third night by staff member who said "they were full" and "did we have a reservation". Reading the paperwork provided by the same staff member upon check in NO reservation was required, quite disappointed about that. Was not allowed to use swimming pool on another occasion as "it was closed for a private function", and if you no Vietnam a swimming pool is almost a must. Booked a 16 seat private bus to go to Ba Na Hills and only a 14 seat bus turned up, was a bit of a squeeze. -- I firmly believe you should get what you pay for but unfortunately so far this Hotel is not living up to its perceived reputation !. It's not all bad, breakfast is really good each day, I will say they did eventually offer for us to switch rooms to a lower floor with 2 nights to go. " couldn't even tell me what type of room it was, just a lower floor. Almost all of the staff are great," except a lady who greets you in the Premier Lounge, who probably needs some extra training but I shall not name" 2 other guests also commented on her as well. Cleaning staff are exceptional. Good airconditioning in room. Room is great, " except for the continuous loud music nightly ". Location is good. I have 2 more days left here but felt I need to review now. These issues should not happen at a hotel like this and could quite easily be rectified. Definitely not 5 star maybe 4 at most but my stay so far they get 3 stars.

I had the pleasure of staying on the 25th floor — and wow 😍, what a majestic view! My room had a balcony overlooking the stunning Han River, with both the Han Bridge 🌉 and the famous Dragon Bridge 🐉 in sight. Waking up to a magical sunrise 🌅 was truly unforgettable! Though the rooms were smaller in size, they were spotless, well-maintained, and had that signature Novotel comfort 🛏️💫. Breakfast was absolutely amazing 🍳🥐☕ — a huge spread with both Vietnamese specialties 🇻🇳 and international favorites 🌍. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The Dragon Bridge “breathes fire and water” every weekend night 🔥💦, and you can even watch it from the hotel if your room faces the river . Overall, an excellent stay filled with comfort, views, and top-notch hospitality 💖. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Novotel Danang for a few days and was truly impressed. The room was clean, had a beautiful view, and was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping staff – when I needed extra towels and bottled water, someone brought them up in less than five minutes, and they were so cheerful and friendly. Great service, and it felt as comfortable as being at home. I’ll definitely come back!

Lounge Bar 1st floor is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy great food and drinks. The menu has plenty of delicious choices, from light bites to hearty dishes, and everything is beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting — a perfect spot to relax with friends or colleagues. The staff (Trinh) are very friendly, attentive, and always make sure guests feel well taken care of. Definitely a great place to visit!
