The service at check in was amazing! They let us check in early and prepared cake for my mum birthday, we are gold Accor members). However, the check out process was not as good. The night before we checked if we can book the Novotel car service to the airport and they said it would cost 100000 dong and would have a waiting of 5 or so minutes. The next day we came down to the lobby and they told us the Novotel car service had a LONG wait and instead called us a taxi. Reassuring it would now be around 100000 dong. 10 minutes later we were picked up by the taxi and immediately he starts point to his price 150000 ( which is ok…). We then gave his 200000 waiting for change and he refused to give us our change and then we left. It would have been a lot nicer if we were allowed to book the Novotel car service the day before. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the river. The amenities in the bathroom looked old and one of the tooth brush was already opened. The cake was delicious.

the hotel is located near the city central so it very easy to visit Cong cafe and Han market. The room is clean and comfy. Especially the hospitality of the front desk staff, bellman and especially Anie. She alway give us many recommendation for our trip. She even told me that Hoi An is more beautiful at night and suggest us to go Hoi An around 5PM. Thanks to her my trip is fullfilled with memories. I felt so grateful that i met her at the reception counter at that time. Beside that, the breakfast buffet and the service is very nice. It was amazing experience at Novotel
