the hotel is located near the city central so it very easy to visit Cong cafe and Han market. The room is clean and comfy. Especially the hospitality of the front desk staff, bellman and especially Anie. She alway give us many recommendation for our trip. She even told me that Hoi An is more beautiful at night and suggest us to go Hoi An around 5PM. Thanks to her my trip is fullfilled with memories. I felt so grateful that i met her at the reception counter at that time. Beside that, the breakfast buffet and the service is very nice. It was amazing experience at Novotel

We stayed in a premier corner suite with a panoramic view of Han River. This was the nicest room that we had in Vietnam. Spacious, clean, excellent linens. Having access to the Premier Lounge was excellent. We were able to get to know some of the staff in the lounge (Joey) which made the visit far more enjoyable. Joey gave us a few of his favourite places to visit in DaNang which we enjoyed. The hotel location is superb. We enjoyed walking to local cafes and seeing kids get dropped off at school.

If you’re looking for a good place to stay and delicious dining services, I highly recommend experiencing Novotel Danang at least once. The breakfast buffet on the 4th floor is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff are attentive, and the view overlooking the Han River is beautiful. I also really love the Gourmet Bar restaurant on the 1st floor. The food there is delicious, visually appealing, and suits my taste perfectly, even though I’ve only been there once. There are plenty of drink options — the juices are fresh and tasty. The staff are very kind and greet guests warmly; I was welcomed with a bright smile and a friendly “Xin chào” when I walked in. I especially liked one particular dish. The staff told me it was prepared in the kitchen on the 4th floor and brought down, but it was served very quickly. It had meat, rice, and soup — enough to fill me up. The meat was rich, fragrant, and flavorful, paired with various sauces. Everything here is wonderful. I will definitely be coming back next time.

My family were very impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness. Our room was spotless, with fresh linens and towels changed daily. The hallways, elevators, and lobby were always bright, tidy, and odor-free. The restaurant was well-maintained, with clean tables and carefully sanitized utensils. The swimming pool was crystal clear, with well-treated water, and the changing area and bathrooms nearby were kept dry and hygienic. The kids’ play area was also well taken care of, with toys cleaned regularly. We truly appreciated the hotel’s attention to cleanliness in every corner – a true 5-star experience!

I just had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in a very convenient area. There was a staff member, I believe his name is Hieu from the Concierge team, who was incredibly attentive from helping with my luggage to recommending attractions and suggesting a suitable travel itinerary.
