Wow!! Novotel Hotel is awesome! From the beginning, to the end of our stay. They treated us like family. All we had to do was ask and they made it happen. Checking in was a breeze and our rooms was upgraded. The breakfast buffet was well worth it! The concierge made our day trips very convenient. FYI.. buy discounted tickets for BaNa Hills and Wow pass at the hotel. You’ll save lots of time. I highly recommend staying at Novotel. The stay at the hotel was truly memorable, and what made me most satisfied was the housekeeping service. Rooms are always clean, fragrant and cleaned on time. The staff is very professional, enthusiastic and always makes sure everything in the room is arranged neatly and neatly.||I was very surprised when they paid attention to every little detail, like folding towels into beautiful shapes or placing drinking water right at the head of the bed. Every day when I return to my room, I always feel comfortable and at ease.||The housekeeping service here really deserves a 10. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

A perfect location next to Han River with an amazing view to the city. Decorations are great with a bar in the rooftop. If you stay in this hotel, you will have discount on that bar. Staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. This place is quite far to watch fireworks from the top floor.

Amazing hotel!|The location in the city center was convenient for my travelling. The hotel had nice view, clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed helped me have a good night’s sleep. I also loved the scent of essential oil in the room for a relaxing feeling. Staffs were so gentle and helpful. I will come back on my next trip.

I did the 60 minutes deep tissue massage at Novotel DaNang. The overall experience was lovely. First, Giang greeted me with friendly smile and accommodated my last minute booking quickly. Trang provided the massage service, I requested strong pressures and she listened and did a good job.
