Novotel Danang Premier Han River is a very convenient city hotel—about 15 minutes by car from the airport and around a 15-minute walk to Han Market. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent Han River access and views: you can simply cross the road and be right by the river. The staff were consistently friendly, and the room condition was good overall, so I would recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Danang or anyone who wants to explore the city on foot. As part of the Platinum member benefits, I was upgraded to a room facing toward the Thuan Phuoc Bridge area, with a wide open view of Danang Bay and the Son Tra Peninsula. The panoramic scenery—river, sea, and mountains—was even better than expected and made it easy to relax even while staying in the hotel. The gym was also spacious and well equipped, and working out in the morning while looking over the Han River was a great start to the day. Housekeeping and cleanliness were also very satisfactory. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. If the hotel could adjust the number and placement of sunbeds and add more greenery around the pool, it would feel even more comfortable for resting while enjoying the view. The Premier Lounge evening cocktails were excellent, and the Han River night view was a perfect way to end the day. The lounge staff always greeted guests with warm smiles and kind service—among the best I have experienced compared to other hotels. I was also touched to receive a birthday cake during my stay, even though I had not mentioned my birthday in advance. My sincere thanks to the lounge and reception teams. Overall, I truly appreciate all the staff for making my trip more memorable, and I hope to return again on my next visit to Danang.

One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It was so convenient — I could easily walk to the night market and even visit Chợ Cồn, and many famous spots around Đà Nẵng were just a short ride away. Getting around was super easy. The front desk team was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. They recommended great local places to eat and fun spots to explore, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our 8 night stay . We were welcomed and given a very good introduction to the hotel by Tino. Accor status and explorer membership was recognised. We appreciated the rose petals and cake in our room to celebrate our anniversary and also the room upgrade. The club service and food and beverage offerings were great. We loved relaxing in there and the view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to DaNang and will be recommending this hotel to our friends.
