Novotel Danang Premier Han River

I recently stayed at Novotel Danang Premier Han River and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern aesthetic that blends comfort and elegance. The rooms were immaculate, featuring high-quality furnishings and stunning views. The housekeeping staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was spotless. The amenities were also top-notch, including a well-maintained pool and a cozy lounge area. The location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. Novotel Danang, I have only one word for them, SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!!! The only reason why they shy of 1 star to achieve 5 stars in their service is that, their concierge service would not deliver our food delivery by grab to our room. Apart from that, everything else is great!! Their customer service at their check-in counter is AMAZING! They have upgraded my room to a room with stunning view. So thank you for this great work very consistently. I truly truly appreciate it. Location wise is great!

Stayed in for 3 nights. ||Location is good along the Han river. |Great breakfast with a lot of choice. |Spacious room with all the amenities. |Our room fare included an access to the lounge. ||The only problematic point would be the elevators. Only 4 elevators for a so big hotel. The waiting time was really too long and the system is not “intelligent”… stopping in floors where people were not there anymore. ||Overall good experience.

We were overnighting in Danang before heading out on a long train ride so we wanted a good hotel nearer the city. The rain set in so we were mainly in the hotel club lounge or room. Food was very good. We also watched the Dragon Bridge fire show even if it was far away. Room was spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was a quick grab before we headed out.

Massuers Giang and Trang are very good in giving massage.|They frequently check with us on their pressure and strength used, ensuring that we are comfortable. | They provide excellent services and we feel so relaxed after the massage. |We highly recommend them.|

Great view from the room and plenty of eateries around the hotel (esp the famous Madam Lan). Room was very comfortable but there were some inconvenience waiting for the lift (esp during check out hours).

The beds were comfy and rooms quiet however they are dated and some other issues meant we wouldn’t stay again. Here are what we found not so great; - the lifts are a nightmare! Takes so long and always full when they come to you. It gets even worse when the prime minister is staying so a lift is out of action! - we booked a spa break which included one massage, when we checked in the receptionist said we could have a facial, I double checked and she confirmed this was right however when trying to book this wasn’t the case. - massage was good however robes are tiny and was left with bruises all over my arms from the last few seconds of the massage when the therapist pinched my arm. - the plug locations in the room are terrible, no USB chargers so need plugs and not located next to each side of the bed. - Service- definitely below par. The prime minister was staying when we were and you were made to feel like you were intruding. They served drinks at the pool for one of our drinks then refused due to PMs private function, lifts were out of action and you were constantly ushered somewhere else. I get this is a VIP but maybe just close the hotel to other guests? So in short……for the price definitely better options out there!

I do enjoy stay with you, The room is really superb, nice view over the river, great balcony... I also enjoy your restaurant. The vibes are wonderfull. Very good staffing. The girl with a glass is excellent serving my need although with a bit language barrier. But, your bed might have bugs on it... When I going into the blanket then my leg start to fill itchy. I do make a video about it and show it to the FOM when Im checkout. So that night, i have to sleep ontop of the blanket so avoid the bugs.
