This is no regular ice cream place. Totally worth the wait. They don’t just serve the icecream in a cone - they prepare it and they share their knowledge with passion. Lovely, lovely hidden gem.

Favorite icecream!! All the flavors are incredibly delicious and tasting. You can tell they make it with high quality ingredients. I loved the salted chocolate, pistachio, avellana and vanilla! I’ll go back to try more! The service is great and they’re very friendly. You can eat the ice cream there.

Amazing experience at Mistura Ice Cream. Nice flavors with a tasty and interesting one: salty chocolate. The serving with smashed toppings was original and the staff was super nice. I recommend 100% for an ice cream in Madrid

Fantastic ice cream prepared with topping before your eyes. 2 flavours incl 2 toppings for 3,95€! Few seats indoor, a bit hot during my visit so outdoor seating would have been nice. WC available.

Went to the Mistura outlet at Augusto Figueroa. Fell in love with the place, even more so with the food. The waitress was really friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations for the best ice cream / sorbet that pairs best with the waffle we have chosen. We especially love the dark chocolate sorbet. Thick, refreshing and every mouthful is a joy. You’ll not get sick of it at all. We also had the pistachio ice cream with the dulce de leche sauce. The pistachio ice cream was nutty and added a very earthly taste to the sweet sauce. Those topped onto the crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside waffles brought me and my partner to food heaven. Also, we would like to give a special shoutout to the lady serving us for our great taste in music! Dean Lewis ❤️ Made our eating experience even better!
