90% if everything was great only the morning Hungarian receptionist man was rude a bit but other than that the night Persian receptionist was extremely welcoming and professional. The place is well maintained n, luggage was safely kept, and above all friendly people someone offered me breakfast and other some chocolate. The men's bathroom was the better to use 🥰👏 I think very great value for all.

Location is the best that only few steps from metro and 1 metro station for airport bus. staffs stand by for 24 hours and rooms are big and comfortable although our heater in the room wasn’t work and staff can’t fix it. There is luggage storage.

The location was excellent, the room was clean but the best was the service, we were invited by Lilla, a kind hostess, to try some wines in the kitchen where we could meet and talk with people from different countries. But the kindness started from the moment we arrived so I want to make a special mention to Réka for her welcome and joy and also she spoke in Spanish.

Location was fantastic - very central with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very walkable to sights. Loved having a private room, bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. Gorgeous old building beautifully repurposed. Price and location can’t be beat. Unfortunately our shower was malfunctioning and the shower doors came off the rails when we tried to close the doors - resulting in a small lake of water in the bathroom. No shower for us. Also, there is only a fan in the rooms for cooling. It was a warm day in May while we were there and it was a bit stuffy. Summer months could prove to be too warm without a/c. All in all, it was OK since we only spent one night. Staff is very friendly and attentive - I’m sure this problem has been resolved. Still recommend if you’re looking for great location and good value.

Worst hostel i have ever stayed at. Go to any of the other hostels in town and you will be safer than in this one. Specially for the girls and solo travelers, stay far away from Maverick Ensuites. A man was sleeping on my bad and the only employee there was unable to solve it. The pictures they have online are also not like ir is in real life. It looks way more like a pension than a hostel.

The place is located in a beautiful building near the center of Pest. We booked three beds in a six female bedroom dorm. The room was big, clean and well illuminated. The view was nice and the communal kitchen was well organized and regularly cleaned.

Kittie, Christina, and of course their manager David were the best of the best. There were more people but I can’t remember all the names, and they were all the greatest!! My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many popular sights and restaurants. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the Maverick and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. The excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location make it a true gem. Five stars and well done to the entire team!"

No air conditioning, bathrooms do not get cleaned, I saw two roaches in bathroom, if there’s no air conditioning there’s two fans that aren’t even worth in this heat. We asked to be changed to a room with air conditioning and we got responded with a no. Having no Air conditioning is very bad do not stay here when heat is intense or summer. My mom said if she can give this a negative 10 stars she would.
