A week and three phone calls later after returning a faulty item (not their fault, the manufacturers fault) on the same day that I received it, I still don’t even have a confirmation email that they will refund me. They take 5 seconds to take your money and 2 weeks to give it back. Given the nature that online shopping can be hit and miss at the best of times, it’s just not worth taking the risk with this company as getting your money back is so laboured.

Excellent service when shopping last weekend. A kind atmosphere, great product knowledge and refreshments served whilst you shop. Always a beautiful experience at Matches!

Amazing selection of clothes, staff are very friendly as I had a conversation with a few of them as I was browsing on my own. I was offered tea or coffee and they were very accomodating trying to help me find what I was looking for. Amazing staff and very well laid out shop

The security man is awful so rude to customers matches really let themselves go by employing him.

Matches Fashion in Wimbledon is a high end clothing store.There are several more in London selling all the top designers, i would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality clothes, and of course they sell online

I like it but so expensive! and the staff don't even know that much about the clothes and how to look after them properly when washing etc.
