A week and three phone calls later after returning a faulty item (not their fault, the manufacturers fault) on the same day that I received it, I still don’t even have a confirmation email that they will refund me. They take 5 seconds to take your money and 2 weeks to give it back. Given the nature that online shopping can be hit and miss at the best of times, it’s just not worth taking the risk with this company as getting your money back is so laboured.
