Absolutely fantastic Thai restaurant with a wonderful menu! The ambiance, generous food portions, and service were all top-notch. My server, Taylor, was a delight—made great recommendations and was so much fun to chat with. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I can't wait to return next time I'm in town!

So this was my first time being inside of Lulu's very eclectic very poised and rustic loved it. Took a Birthday Lady 🎈 and she suggested this. So I opted for the mild sticky wings crab rangoon crab fried rice with shrimp and drunken noodles with shrimp really really good. I also enjoyed the crispy garlic and the jalapeno peppers that is already on the table very spicy and the garlic was a nice touch. The wings were done perfectly nice sauce my drunken noodles were cooked perfectly everything was fresh nice and hot crab rangoons was not doughy very clean and crisp and the crab fried rice with shrimp was delectable I will be back. I will say they need to do better with the parking situation that sucked terribly very inconvenient I know I'm not the only one.

Julian provided xceptional service and the recommendation of Thai Cashew Chicken was spot on. The vegetables were crisp, the chicken seasoned well, and an adequate spice level. The restaurant was clean, naturally lit, and the atmospher was casual and calm! Great meal, casual atmospher, and exceptional service ☺️😉

It seems like this is an incredibly popular place for take out orders as it was a steady flow and f folks the whole thing me. I did ask for my beef to be "hot" on the spice chart and I feel like it really was probably more of a medium level, regardless it was delicious. The portion size was good but definitely wasn't one id often have any leftovers of. We didn't have any drinks or cocktails this go round but would like to try a couple when we go back. I'd recommend this to friends and family for sure. The space itself is pretty fun and unique as well with plants and bright colors throughout and well as anime playing on the TV behind the bar. Clean restrooms were also available for use and overall the cleanliness was good.

Every time I eat there, I think it's going to be better than just ok, but it never is. Love the decor though!

Went for lunch. It was good. Not amazing, but good. See, I live in Hawaii, and the Thai food here is off the hook, so I am somewhat biased. The restaurant is geared towards a younger set, and somewhat vibey. Walkable from downtown and the convention center, staff friendly, and service was super quick. The building is unassuming, but the bathrooms are clean. Brown rice is made available as an option, and prices are fair. Certainly not a MUST-DO, but a solid choice.

It's was ok. That sums it up. There was some good flavor in the Pad Thai, but there are better noodle shops. Actually might have been on the salty side. Mango sticky rice was pleasant. Server was attentive. I'd probably come back if it was on the way to somewhere or if I just couldn't decide where to eat. ‍ I DID like the decor, and some of the art on the walls were nice!

My wife was craving Thai while visiting around Thanksgiving and landed on this place for lunch after some research. Lulu's did not disappoint! Everything tasted amazing from the Pad Se Eu my wife ordered to my spicy Beef Jantaboon, the wait staff made good recommendations for the kids, and they had a good variety of lunch specials. I could see us being regulars for work lunches, if we lived in the area. Plus there's free parking right next door.

Had the pleasure of enjoying a work lunch at Lulu's Thai Noodle shop this week. This is my 5 year old son's favorite restaurant in the crossroads, and he recommended it to me and my coworkers since he frequents here usually once a week. I was in for a real treat with the lunch special, which is very economic. My son (5 years old) manages our family's finances, so meal cost and quality is very important to him. I indulged in the Spicy Beef Jantaboon, which I recommend. My son gets it in the low carb option since he is in a Keto phase at the moment, but I splurged and ordered the regular dish with noodles. It was very good and the perfect amount of spicy. Our server was very nice and when I mentioned my son (who's a Lulu's Thai Noodle Shop regular), she even remembered him. He's a real conversationalist so this is no surprise. Our server even had some great menu suggestions for us. Overall great experience, will be going back!

Ambiance in the art loft district. What a great find w a happy hour for drinks and appetizers! The Thai basil was authentic and very tasty w steak on it. Tried the lulu platter appetizer and it was so awesome we ordered even more. The added salad to entree was perfect if u want to get ur daily greens in. Service was excellent. Everything about thr place was a five. Added bonus was the wall paper on the bathroom wall the tuktuk zssss. Reminded me of my visit to Thailand

Love Lulu's!! Rainbow Peanut Noodles and Wild Mushroom curry are 2 of my favorite dishes. Chicken Satay for appetizer also very good. This location is my favorite, but also like the one close to Rainbow Blvd and 47th and the one in downtown OP. Excellent service and excellent food always.

Great spot for delicious Thai-inspired dishes! I tried the drunken noodles and a crab rangoon, paired with the Empress cocktail : a tasty gin-based drink. I also had a great time chatting with Ben, the bartender, who happens to be Lulu's son. The atmosphere is simple yet clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Definitely worth a visit!"

I was honestly a little disappointed. I had heard so many great things about this restaurant and had such high hopes. I ordered the Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls and Pad Thai. The spring rolls were a little dry and there was a lot of vermicelli relative to other fillings. I felt the tofu was also very dry and I didn't love the curry peanut sauce that came with it. The Pad Thai had barely any flavor and I couldn't taste that sweet/peanut flavor that you usually see in other pad Thais I've had. I also felt this was primarily noodles with little other veggies and toppings. However, the staff made our orders very promptly and did a great job taking into account allergies and labeling everything.

Parking - is terrible, good luck finding a spot on the street. Ambiance- this place is super quaint and pretty neat inside. They place garlic and onion bowls around the restaurant to hone in the aromas of the food. Food - we tried several dishes and overall the food is good. The heat is not your standard Thai heat - medium is mild so if you want some heat go hot. You will not leave hungry as the portions are a good size.

I've heard great things about Lulu's and had been dying to try it. Stopped like one hour before they closed so I felt bad and was expecting to be rushed out but NO. All staff was super nice. Everything on the menu looked super yummy! I went with the pad thai and the sampler appetizer plate. It was soooooo good, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. I will be back and definitely recommend. Their drink menu looked great too, will definitely be trying it in the near future.

Came across Lulu's walking around Kansas City and so glad we stopped in! We were pleasantly surprised by the fun atmosphere and big portions! The lettuce wraps were amazing, as were the curried coconut shrimp and chicken noodles we shared. The service was super fast and super friendly. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the egg flower soup which I expected to be like egg drop soup but didn't taste at all like egg drop soup.

Food is always outstanding , as is the service. The vibe is chill. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but worth the effort

I enjoy coming to Lulus Thai Noodle Shop and picking up dinner to enjoy from home. There is not the best of parking, however it is manageable. Most recently, I tried the Pad Thai. This dish was very good, especially the noodles. It was flavorful and and a good amount of meat. Pick up orders can be done pretty quickly and service is good enough. The outside and inside it cute and decorated nicely. They have indoor seating and a bar area. I would recommend checking out a few dishes when yoh are here.

Immediately when you walk into the restaurant you are greeted by a very friendly staff with a zen pond in the middle of the restaurant to set the mood. Parking was a bit of a hike, there is a paid parking garage down the street but you have to hike up to the restaurant from there. Especially with the busy hotel right across the street and their valet parking. The food was alright but not great for the price. I would recommend trying the sampler to get a little taste of everything to see what you like overall. I will say the crab in the crab Rangoon was REAL crab! Would absolutely recommend those to everyone.

Me and my boyfriend came to vist Lulus in the crossroads district in KC. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted warmly by the staff and sat quickly. The vibes inside are inviting and feel fresh with all the vegetation. We orders Vietnamese spring rolls with a peanut sauce to start. I love the peanut sauce it was different than others i've tried almost curried so good. We then had a tomka soup that was light and refreshing. Our mains were the phad thai and cashew chicken at a medium spicy, i'd personally made e go even spicer. over all so good and the staff is all kind and great servers. Thank you Lulus!

It was my second time trying this place and I still enjoy it! I came here a year ago and remembered the portion sizes being bigger but was a bit disappointed today when they were smaller. We got chicken lettuce wraps, it tasted very healthy and fresh but a bit bland. I got the pad see eu and enjoyed it. It was a bit too salty for my taste and the noodles were very chewy. I expected a bit spicier for a thai place but when I asked for medium, it was very mild. The service was good but our appetizers and entrees sort of came out at the same time. The decorations are cute and music was hip. I would honestly recommend a more authentic thai place than Lulu's but the location of the place is great for everyone to try it!

The food was great! The waitress was very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions! Able to make substitutions if needed (no nuts!) I think the drunken noodles were an 8/10 and the jantaboon was a 9/10. Only downside was it was a little more expensive but everything was really good.

I ordered the yellow curry with tofu and the empress to drink. The Yellow curry smells super good and looks as expected. The food had a clean presentation, the atmosphere is relaxed with fantastic decor and light music. Medium spice is solid, not too much spice, but you feel it linger. It is recommended for every dish and is a good baseline level. The Empress is a light, tasty, citrus forward gin drink. The citrus cuts the harshness of the gin. Food came out faster than expected and the tofu was fried perfectly. I had a picture of the yellow curry but it didn't save. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints. Would recommend!

The downtown location is hit or miss. Today it was great! Usually only order carryout from here, but the few times I've dined in have been good for me, nothing super memorable - there's a quiet and dim lit interior. Carryout was ready in no time, and they didn't skimp on the portions. Parking is a little iffy, depending on the day, but there is a garage further down if no street spots are available. Ordered springs rolls, drunken noodles with tofu (medium spice), and Tom yum (medium spice). Everything was flavorful, and super tasty - especially the drunken noodles. They added the perfect amount of veggies, tofu, and sauce! The spring rolls were light and fresh, and the Tom yum packed a flavorful punch! Although, I think their medium spice level is more on the mild side, so take that into account if you're a fan of spicy foods. Overall, I'm a fan of lulus. Admittedly, it's not the most consistent as far as spice level, flavor profiles. But it usually makes for a good and filling lunch.

The food was amazing!! I went in a Sunday evening so it was not super busy, the place was quiet and calm. Great atmosphere. I had a wonderful server who was very attentive and offered great menu suggestions. Our group settled on the pork dumplings and I ordered the Curried Coconut Shrimp and Chicken. It had to be one of the most delicious things I have ever had. A perfect mix of sweet and savory with a side of spice! It was more food than I could eat in one setting and became two meals. The next day left overs were as good as the first! I cannot wait to go back and try more menu items. The group I was with all got different entrees and nothing but smiling faces! Highly recommend and they have multiple locations! Shame on me for not taking pictures! Go check it out!

My expectations were low already since we were in Missouri eating Thai food but I was still very disappointed. We ordered Lulu's rolls and they came out relatively quickly. They were pork filled and the sauce was good. We also ordered the appetizer sampler to start and that didn't come out until after the entrees were almost done and after we reminded the waitress we ordered it. By that time none of us were hungry anymore so we didn't really eat much of it. What I did try wasn't anything to write home about. It was very standard stuff and not very flavorful. I got the bahn mi bowl from their special menu. It was a big bowl of rice with some dry and flavorless chicken with slices of avocado. I expected some pickled carrots or daikon like bahn mis usually have. It came with barely a sprinkle of that. It did come with 2 bowls of sauces which I actually had to use because there really was no flavor. Also for some reason it came with a boiled egg cut in half. I'm not sure why since it made the whole bowl drier. People at my table got the peanut noodles and the pad se eu. The portions looked small since they put it on a plate instead of a bowl. The peanut noodles probably got the best reviews from the table. We also ordered the Tom yum soup which isn't my favorite in general so I couldn't judge. My friend who ordered it said it was lacking in flavor. The food was on par with what I expected from a Missouri Thai spot. What I didn't expect was the really horrible service we got. We were a table of 5 and made a reservation. When we came in they had no record of this reservation. They just sat us in the back corner which was fine. But since they had a divider from the front of the restaurant to the back, the wait staff could never see us unless they came to the back. We felt like we were ignored the entire time. We ordered drinks which slowly came out after we reminded them. As mentioned before, the sampler came out much later than everything else and barely got an apology. The place itself is very fusion and stylish. Reminded me of any new restaurant in Williamsburg. I think that just more effort could have been spent on the food rather than the decor. Maybe on a different night and if we were sat in the front, this would have been a different experience. After this experience, I wouldn't come here again.

Lulu's has never let me down! I've been coming here for over 10 years now. As a group of 4 (omnivore, gluten free, and vegans) we are not an easy fit for so many restaurants! Our waiter brought us the specials, regular menu, and the meat free/gluten menu. It was amazing to have so many choices for us! I brought a new customer to you from South Dakota and she completely loved her gluten free noodle options! I loved my wild mushroom vegan curry. We are a group who work together; in town for a conference and this was a perfect spot to meet and eat! Thank you once again Lulu's!

I went to Lulu's last night with my partner for dinner. We're visiting KC (from STL) and this spot came highly recommended. I made the mistake of reading a few of the negative reviews and I'm happy to say that our experience was fantastic. We've had Thai food plenty of times before. STL is known for great Thai food (a good international food scene). Lulu's didn't disappoint. First, let's get the negative out of the way. 1) The parking situation is a bit tricky. There's a small amount of street parking and a whole lot of valet parking ... which I assumed was for the hotel across the street. We parked a block away at a parking garage with ample parking and walked. 2) We were seated next to what I can only describe as an open-air storage closet with paper towels, rice, etc just a few inches away from my shoulder/face. I sort of blame myself for not asking for a different table ... there were plenty of open booths. I understand that places sit you where they want for a lot of different reasons, but ultimately it's up to you to say something if you don't like the spot and ask to be seated someplace else (so that's on me). In a pinch, I'd be grateful for a spot and I can tell this place gets BUSY. Now for the good: when we arrived we were greeted promptly and with a friendly attitude. The place was hopping ... even for a Thursday evening ... but we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders quickly. We also ordered the crab rangoon for a starter, which did not disappoint. The drinks and the app came quickly! When it came time to order my entree, I followed the recommendations of the reviews I'd read and ordered something I wouldn't normally get ... shrimp and chicken coconut curry. Wow was it delicious! The sweetness of the coconut milk combined with the spice (which was more like a broth) was fantastic and better than I could have expected. The shrimp were a decent medium size, and plentiful. The chicken pieces were tender and delicious. And the skinny noodles were cooked perfectly. If I wasn't traveling, I would have taken half of my meal home as it was a very healthy porition. My partner ordered the Pad Thai (they have two ... he chose the "father's recipe" and he was also pleased with his choice. We both agreed that we could easily recommend this place. We'll be back if we ever find ourselves in KC again. Don't hesitate to give it a try. Fun decor, attentive staff, and delicious food. Just don't let them sit you next to the storage rack! ha ha. ;-)

We went during happy hour and they had very good deals! However, the only thing Lulu's has going for them is their appetizers. A few years ago I went to Lulu's and wasn't a huge fan cause my dish was way to salty but time has passed and I decided to give them a second chance. We ordered the curried coconut shrimp and chicken dish and it was way to salty. Had to ask for red cabbage to cut the saltiness down to make it more edible. Also, the service was very slow and not attentive. Overall, I would not spend money here unless you're getting appetizers.

Place is great. Everything always tastes fresh here. Good portions for the price, but most important...excellent quality! One of my favorite KC spots! Don't miss an opportunity to try the drunken noodles (with pork), get it spicy!

If you ever find yourself in Kansas City - this place is amazing! Instead of eating at the frankly overpriced and underwhelming hotel across the street, I've walked over to Lulus 2 nights in a row. 1st night had Pad Se Eu and it was fantastic. Then last night went over for happy hour. Great happy hour deals, and well made cocktails. I had the Egg Flower Soup, which may actually be the best egg drop I've had in the States. And had the chicken satay, which was cooked perfectly. Moist, well seasoned, and came with an incredible dipping sauce and perfect Jasmin rice. Sorry I did not take photos of the food, it was so good both times I didn't even think about it. But it was beautiful food. And the bar/restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a great casual but well thought out look. The service was also fast and friendly. Happy hour prices are fantastic, but the regular prices are good too. Frankly for the quality of the food and generous portions, they could charge a LOT more. Seriously this place is a 10/10 and I'm considering stopping by a 3rd day in a row to try something else on the menu for lunch.

If you're looking for authentic Thai this is not your place. I'd say it's more of an Asian fusion restaurant. I was super excited to come here but sadly don't think it's the right spot to share with any tourist or friends in Kc. The decor is beautiful. But that's not all that should make up a place. Especially a restaurant. The Lulu sampler was good. And according to reviews my safest pick. The blazing bowl - had a weird taste. I will have to agree with what the others are saying about this place. It just doesn't taste right. My assumptions could be that the people who are cooking aren't Thai. And therefore the flavors taste off. Like an interpretation of what a dish should taste like. The flavors don't blend well together. There's a lack of balance overall. My friend ordered the pad Thai and I was terrified. The coloring looks odd. It was "okay". If you're looking for a great Thai place this one doesn't do justice.

I ordered a soup ( can't remember the name and I didn't see it listed on their website) I also ordered a cocktail- paloma. The soup didn't have much flavor and the cocktail was very strong. I didn't finish either. The food was very average- I wouldn't recommend. It's also a little pricey. Staff was very friendly.

I order carry out often. The portions are smaller than what is normal for many Asian places, but use fresh ingredients and tastes less processed than other places. I recommend their lunch special Thai Cashew Chicken ($11). I would recommend pretty much everything on the menu but I have noticed the flavor profiles and spice levels are not consistent. When I've ordered the Basil Fried Rice, I've gotten it really bland and other times it's been pretty spicy. But I always know it's going to be hot and fresh.

Wow! I was actually astonished at how bad the tom ka gai soup and the veggie spring rolls were! How can that be??? I really don't understand. Soup: pour can of low quality coconut milk in, add julienned carrots, boiled chicken slices, no mushrooms, no spice, no lime. So sad. I did not send it back. Instead, ever hopeful, I ordered 2 spring rolls to go bc soup was so bad. The dipping sauce was like no other that I've ever had in all my years of eating Thai. The roll was boring and bland, not worth the price, albeit freshly made. So sad bc Thai food is so happy, complex and vibrant!! This was less than amateurish. Sorry! Time to invest in some recipes searching online. Service was nice.

Terrible! Ordered the Pho, the broth had no flavor AT ALL! Tasted like water with some salt added. Noodle was dry! Pad Thai? Just don't order, not even worth it. This place is disappointing! LuLu's Thai Noodle Shop you have to do better!

I'm no expert, but I don't think this place is very authentic, and they definitely cater to an urban/hipster crowd more than true Thai-lovers and foodies. The pad Thai wasn't bad, but it wasn't impressive either. They do say on their menu that their pad Thai sauce is different than other places, but I don't think it's an improvement. It's clear and thin rather than the tangy peanut sauce you expect. I ordered "hot" and it was only a bit spicy--a telltale sign of inauthenticity, I think. Our table also ordered chicken satay as an appetizer, except it came after we received our entrees. So presumably our server forgot the appetizer or just put in all the orders at once... regardless that was annoying. To their credit, it didn't take long to seat us as a walk-in, and they do have a gluten free menu. The restaurant is also very large and our food came out pretty quickly. Prices were just a bit too much for what you receive. $18 for pad Thai is fairly high and it sadly didn't live up to expectations.

Good fusion Asian place. The food is adapted to American tastes but still good. Good place for a work lunch. Thai place was crowded on weekday lunch. Lots of order pickups too. The food is interesting. They have a Thai-influenced cocktail menu which was innovative. The ambiance is funky.

The food was delicious; three stars for the lack of value alone. We paid $35 for two entrees, which turned out to be pretty small. We also got the same spice level on both entrees, but one tasted pretty spicy while my husband's didn't taste spicy at all. The service was excellent though!

Every time I come here I'm rolling the dice- will my food be good today or will be the mushy mess I just got? Last time I was here the food was FIRE, but they also told me they had a chef in that only works seasonally. It's just SUPER disappointing that I brought my kids out to eat and we're all just kind of eating it for the sake of doing so. I think after this, I'm done. I've given this place several chances. No more. I'd rather just go to a place where I know that I'll have a consistent product served to me. Best of luck!

I've eaten here twice this week. One time DoorDash from this location. The other time curbside pickup from Westside. I ordered Spicy Been Jantaboon for lunch today. It's the only thing I ever remember liking from Lulu's so it was an easy decision. I ordered medium spice and tasted zero spice in this dish. The menu description is: thin rice noodles, steak, bean sprouts, peanuts, scallions, cilantro, and jalapenos. The jalapenos usually give it a nice spicy heat. There were three slices of jalapeno in my "medium spice" dish, but no heat whatsoever. I still ate it and it was good, but I was disappointed since I really wanted heat today. The DoorDash group order worked well, though. Nothing missing or wrong. Everything labeled. I also ordered a cup of Egg Flower Soup expecting it to taste like egg drop soup ('Light & flavorful chicken broth with silky ribbons of egg.'). It tasted like egg soup someone squirted lime into. Not sure if the citrusy flavor was lemongrass or kaffir lime or something else, but I found it to be almost inedible. Others might like the flavor, but I ended up adding red pepper flakes and sriracha to try to eclipse the limey flavor with heat instead. It worked enough for me to choke down half a bowl, but I would never order this again. A few days ago I saw "Big Soup" on their seasonal menu and thought it sounded similar to pho. "House-made chicken broth, choice of protein, bean sprouts, scallions, ground peanuts, cilantro & your choice of egg noodles or rice vermicelli noodles." I got it made with rice noodles and chicken, and at $9 this quart of soup seemed like a steal. Then I tasted it. There was NO FLAVOR. I was so disappointed. The "broth" just tasted like hot water. Luckily I had a couple of half-used ramen flavor packets with me. Store-bought ramen usually has so much flavor that I sometimes only use half the packet, so it's not like I enjoy things overly salty. There was literally no flavor to the soup broth. After doctoring it I thought it was pretty good. The curbside service worked well also. Sorry, Lulu's. I keep trying, but you just don't do it for me.

So I definitely love this place, hence my previous review. The Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are my go to here. I will say the portions are still generous, lots of protein , veggies and egg, quality is just as great and service is on point. The thing I would do different next time is go to the "Spicy" level on my Drunken Noodles, the hot level is somehow just not doing it for me anymore. I must also add in closing that I'm concerned that my little Thai fortune cookie was MIA... Umm what, okay maybe a fluke. This second visit since I got a pepermint treat... Whaaaa. I must say this Is a highlight for me at the end of my meal here. Please tell new this is only temporary Lulu's

I love Lulus and try to go there every chance I get. The Pad Thai is my favorite and I haven't found any to compare anywhere else in the city. The service is always great and the food quick. As for the ambiance... the last couple of times i have been there at the lunch hour the music was WAY too loud and I have had to ask that it be turned down so I could have a conversation. This last time the channel they were playing wasn't even remotely family friendly, with one song repeating MotherF**ker multiple times, and another one using the N word over and over. Please do better Lulus.

I had a very pleasant time at this place. Our waitress Nell was very sweet and had that kind Midwestern girl vibe. She was always checking up on us and making sure everything was good for us at all times. The food was so delicious, and the spice scale was pretty accurate. I found a sweetness to the green curry dish that I thought was pretty cool. That is, sweetness in a good way of course which contrasted well with the spiciness. The drunken noodles were oh so freaking delicious. Also, did I mention my amazing waitress and how much these places make me want to just move to the mid-west? There's also cool robots going around that deliver you your food. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Loved their lettuce wraps! Really earthly vibe which I love. Their crab ragoons are soo good as well!

Great selection of noodles, rice, and Asian dishes. The crab rangoons are tasty and lunch portions are just right. They offer a variety of spice levels that build in intensity; if you're not use to spicy food go with the mild.

Let me tell you, when I first saw my drunken noodle order, I was terrified that it had no flavor and was bland. The first thing I did was try the noodle, and all I could do was laugh because it was AMAZINGLY flavorful and delicious. This is the true definition of not judging a book by its cover. I was truly shocked, but the eggs, bell peppers, chicken, peanuts, etc. all paired so well. I didn't try it with lime, but next time I will. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Lulu's isn't bad, but it's definitely more Thai-inspired than authentic Thai food. Unfortunately, even for Thai-inspired, the flavors and textures missed a beat. The drunken noodles and the pad thai tasted the same--the only difference was the type of noodle used--and the noodles stuck together. If you're looking for something a bit more authentic for the same price and in the same area, go for Baramee or Phikul, and if you're looking for top-notch Thai food for a bit more $$, head south to Waldo Thai

Maybe don't bother with their DoorDash business. I ordered a Drunken Noodles/Tofu/Blazing and although the stickered ticket on my bag was correct, inside the bag was a mild Pad Thai with no protein (meaning, zero sauce zero flavor), so it was not the dasher's fault. I called to ask for a fair solution and after being put on hold, the employee came back and told me that a "40-top just walked in" and that the manager was too busy to come to the phone for what would have probably been a 60-90 second response. I was then told my options were for them to remake my meal and come in to pick it up myself (I'm sick, I ordered from DoorDash to NOT leave home) or "the manager can call you when the lunch rush dies down." I said no thanks and hung up. I served tables for almost 20 years; I get it, dine-in customers come first. I want to emphasize that I am always kind to staff, I'm the chillest customer, I rarely ever feel any reason to negatively review a place, and I called because I thought "they do so much to-go business, I'm sure this happens, they'll have a fast solution." I'm just mad that I tanked 30 bucks on one single dish (after taxes and driver tip) that was completely wrong (and flavorless) and I was shrugged off when I requested a fix.
