"Poutine for Breakfast This Plateau Mont-Royal institution just celebrated its five-year anniversary with a bang, and it is with great pleasure that I joined in the festivities and ordered my favorite dish on the menu: the breakfast poutine. If you are not one for late-night, post-club poutine, as most Montrealers do, then maybe this option will be a little more appealing. Forget the gravy. This poutine consists of roasted potatoes, hollandaise sauce, pieces of bacon and ham, with eggs on top and a hint of maple syrup. Yes, it is as rich and delicious as it sounds, and it will rock your taste buds in a way you never imagined. The restaurant also has a full brunch menu with very original options. I've never tasted anything here that wasn't good. But for a truly memorable experience, go with the poutine."

Came with 8 hungry friends—left full, happy, and in love with the staff, the vibes, and the eggs. 🍳💛 #BrunchGoals Pulled up to L’Oeufrier with 8 hungry humans and left with full bellies and zero regrets. The staff deserve a standing ovation they handled our chaos like seasoned brunch warriors. Fast, friendly, and somehow remembered all our weird orders (extra crispy bacon, no onions, add love). The vibe? Chef’s kiss. Cozy, colorful, and full of good energy like a warm hug with maple syrup. The food was outrageous in the best way: huge portions, bold flavors, and enough options to keep even the pickiest friend quiet. L’Oeufrier, you fed us well and treated us even better. We’ll be back… probably with more friends next time. 💛🍳

Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast/lunch! Kids friendly, they have high chairs or booster seat. Food was delicious, and huge portions! The staff was friendly and service was quick. There are so many choices on the menu, you won't know what to order! I recommend the smoked meat eggs benedict, comes with side of fries or salad. Both options are good.

HUGE menu, so many options! Everything is made really well and looks amazing. You can have as much or as little as you like. I tried their breakfast poutine with Montreal smoked meat and hollandaise. The quality of all the ingredients was sublime and I was not left wanting by the end. Truly a perfect breakfast diner experience that blends the old and the new.

The staff is amazingly nice, they have an incredibly versatile menu with so many delicious, unpredictable options! I never thought I'd order oatmeal at a restaurant but this one was absolutely delicious! My friend had a meaty casserole and it was also divine! Clean restaurant, affordable and yummy! My favorite breakfast restaurant.

We loved it here. We're lucky to find accommodation just walking distance from this, and the food is just amazing. It might be a chain of restaurants but don't let that detract you from the fact that they know their breakfast and food well. The food has a great home-made touch while still being very presentable and "instagram-worthy". I find it amazing you can get a poutine platter good for about 4 people, maybe even 5 if you are a group of small eaters. It is probably the best deal, too. Amazing service, and all the other options are just waiting to be tried out. I highly recommend this place.

I found this place a couple of weeks ago and I already went twice. The breakfast menu is huge! Is perfect for any type of breakfast sweet or salty. Also the coffee is delicious! You will not go wrong with any option, everything is super tasty. Also the service is excellent and they are super friendly. I went with my baby and they have high chairs and also the space between tables is comfortable to manage eating with a kid.
