Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Received a fake vs very questionable item that is over $4000. I brought the item to the brand to confirm the authenticity. The brand said that the certificate tag on the item had a wrong manufacturing year, style and color and therefore unlikely to be authentic. I brought this up to ln-cc and questioned what they thought. Customer service just copy pasted their routine response saying “we are authorized. We guarantee authenticity. Etc” but did not respond to my concern how the item had a wrong certificate tag. Customer service literally answered “it is not” and that was it. At least they could have said they will investigate and confirm with the brand? As a large retailer, you should be responsible for products that you sell and when there is a discrepancy between website description and actual item that was sold to the customer, you need to acknowledge and look into it. I’m sure they are an authorized reseller but when the customer brings up the concern that the brand themselves could not confirm authenticity, they should be fully responsible instead of avoiding. Very disappointed. I can’t trust them anymore. Never buy from them again.
