Little Bear is a cozy Belgian beer haven in the Arts District, boasting an impressive tap selection and a rich menu, perfect for unwinding after a night out.
"Go to Traction Ave if you want German beer (see Wurstkuche); go to Industrial Ave if you want Belgian. Little Bear (or The Little Bear, if you must) has an impressive selection of Belgian beers on tap. Just ask the servers or bartender and they'll steer you in the right direction if you're lost. Pair your drink with the truffle-tastic Little Bear burger and side of the slightly sweet balsamic-roasted brussels sprouts, sprinkled with hazelnuts." - verynice
"With its mixture of steel and glass architecture and rotating menu of Belgian-style beers, catching the game at Little Bear feels more like you’re in Brussels rather than a warehouse in DTLA. They also have a decent domestic beer menu, as well as late snacks like fried chicken sliders, chimichurri sliders, and Sriracha mac and cheese." - kat hong, james montgomery
"Little Bear is a Belgian bar/restaurant in the heart of the Arts District with a beer list that is also 100% Belgian. If your only reference point for Belgian beer is a Chimay someone passed you once at the Hollywood Bowl, know that Little Bear’s beer stock includes saisons, blondes, sours, pal ales, dark ales, and everything in between. As for the food, it’s your typical bar menu stuff, but everything is good, particularly the short rib poutine and Belgian fries. The large industrial space is the perfect big group spot before a night out downtown." - brant cox, brett keating
"The authenticity of this Belgium beer bar runs so thick it makes us feel as though we're grabbing a pint in Brussels rather than DTLA. There's an excellent selection of imported and domestic beers, many from the LA metro region, as well as a stellar, albeit rich, menu. It's a quiet, cozy spot for a drink after dinner Church & State, conveniently located right across the way. "
