"Lifehouse makes custom tonics that are specialized to your specific ailment (fatigue, pain, congestion, etc.); there is even one for pregnancy. There are excellent meal-replacement smoothies that are perfect for breakfast, but it’s also nice to stop by on a Sunday afternoon and stock up for the week ahead."

Google
Their Yelp page says permanently closed but they're still delivering via DoorDash. Maybe they shouldn't be. I decided to try it out and received the sloppiest melted mess of an acai bowl I've ever seen.. just pure liquid spilling everywhere. It's only in the 60s today and only took 20 min from ordering and receiving it.. so there's zero excuse. I get acai bowls from other spots in LA all the time via DoorDash that are from actual far away spots and I've never received something this melted and disgusting. I live close to this location.

Google
I love the concept, and I don't want to give low rating because the products of mushrooms are high quality but they need to work on smoothie recipes because it's not so tasty. The smoothie with raspberries was not good at all, very sour and really not drinkable. The Chaga chip smoothie is ok, could be sweeter but it's just fine. Please make it better and you will be one of the best.

Google
Tasty Super-Shroom Smoothies and Bowls conveniently located don Sunset Blvd. I stopped by after a hike at Runyon Canyon and this is exactly what I needed. I tried the Filthy Hippie shake; its mainly based of chai, coffee and banana. The smoothie was really tasty and refreshing + the space is clean and bright.

Google
I love their greenhouse chip smoothie!! It really does taste like a mint chip milkshake but healthier and vegan, I go whenever i’m in the area while it’s open! Low key but nice staff

Google
Tried this place for the first time the other day. It was really good. Had one of the mushroom smoothies with coconut milk and blue magic and stuff. The base price for the smoothie was 13 without protein and I just worked out so I added protein it made it 16+ tip 18. So basically an Erewhon price but the main issue with it was how tiny the shake is- it’s not even a 16oz container. Looks like a Starbucks tall with the domed old school lid…that’s just too pricey for the tiny size in this neighborhood. Also don’t like that they don’t show calories and nutrition facts. 3 earthbars within 10 min from here is all I’m gonna say.

Google
Better than Whole Foods, Erewons Juice Bar, and Kreation juice combined. They use mushroom and food combinations next to impossible to find without knowing & making them yourself.

Google
Life house has a great vibe. I had a wonderful smoothie there, it was the Blue Light Rain, tasted like vanilla flavored Heaven. I substituted coconut water for coconut kefir for a probiotic boost. I am happy the owner of Merci Maman sent me here. I can't wait until they carry her soups. Their shroom blends look pretty solid. I was thrown off by the whole "no cash" thing. I'm not into that trend. But to each, their own.

Sarah Juffali

Google
The shop was beautifully decorated and so were the tonics. Loved the minimal feel. It was pricey! The smoothies didn't taste good. But I highly recommended the probiotic coconut yogurt that was sublime!
google avatar

Sarah D.

Yelp
Came here yesterday & this spot was sooo cute ! It's minimalist, and so clean! The girl who helped was so nice & executed the smoothie soooo well! I made my own strawberry lemonade smoothie and called it the "Sarah" Smoothie ! It was so refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day ! I would highly recommend this place !!

Yelp
Great healthy products and nice customer service. Everything is always nice n clean. My shakes are always on point .

Kyle H.

Yelp
the items are great but the staff is not. slow, always just chillin in the back and i have to wait around for anyone to even just take my order even when the place was empty. sometimes its randomly closed in the middle of business hours for no reason. if they got it together the brand could really take off lol
google avatar

Mei E.

Yelp
I was SO excited to try this place, the interior was super cute and the staff was amazing. The girl working was so sweet and honestly that's why I gave two stars rather than one. Aside from the aesthetics and the great customer service, I was insanely disappointed. I got the PPBJ (protein peanut butter and jelly) smoothie. I was shocked at how cheap it was compared to other smoothies it when I took a sip I realized right way that that's probably because it was like 90% ice. The PBJ flavor was there but just barely. It had a super ice-y consistency, not smooth like you want a smoothie to be, and although you could tell what the flavor was, it honestly tasted like someone took 1/3 of a PBJ smoothie and then continued to add ice until it filled the entire cup. Super bummed.

Yelp
Yum! I wanted to see what the mushroom hype was all about. This place felt very... LA. In a good way. Been in this neighborhood for almost a year now and never stopped by until today. Friendly staff & surprisingly (!!) reasonable prices for their shakes (aka their tonics). I ordered the Shroom Shake which kinda tastes like a mocha milkshake. There is a slight aftertaste, which I assume is all the mushrooms packed in there. But it's not a bad taste, just different than what I'm used to. Super tasty. +1 because it's woman owned. I'll be back!
google avatar

Lily K.

Yelp
Great smoothies but for the price I'm not sure if it's worth it due to the small cups. I was hoping my $8 smoothie would be filling but it wasn't. Also I came by one time around 2pm and they were closed. No sign on the door or anything..

Yelp
Lifehouse immunity and probiotic shots are a lifesaver. Whenever I feel even the slightest under the weather, I make sure grab an immunity shot. Service is wonderful and just an awesome place!

Salomon D.

Yelp
Taste great! Exactly what I wanted and needed! Even customized my order! Very friendly too.
google avatar

Keli M.

Yelp
I stopped in after a hike on a warm day. There was plenty of meter parking in front, and I was lucky enough to find one with some time on it. I ordered the loveshack, which is a smoothie with strawberries, coconut, and Rosewater as the main ingredients. It was delicious. Not too sweet, but different from anything that I have tasted before. The service was friendly, and I believe the owner was there, he gave me suggestions on what to try and thanked me for coming in.
google avatar

Olivia L.

Yelp
The drinks and smoothies are delicious. From what I've seen in the neighborhood, they're making good blends. I've tried the Filthy Hippie and Strawberry Wild Orange Kefirs thus far. It tastes fine, but I can tell the price of its cup is a little expensive. The service is also pleasant.
google avatar

Cori Z.

Yelp
Such a cute little juice and smoothie bar! I usually be the pb and j smoothie with blueberries and it's great. I also always pick up the immunity gold when I feel under the weather, it's magic when you are feeling a little sick. They also have custom herbal blends but I have not tried them yet.
google avatar

Eun H.

Yelp
Super healthy drinks without the healthy taste. Its actually yummy yet you can tell it's healthy. Perfect drink for those who care about their immune system and eating clean. Beautiful little space and friendly service. It's definitely one of the best juice shop I've been to and I'll definitely come back when I'm weho area!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been here a few times and love it. The employees are very friendly and the juices and smoothies are good. I tried their pineapple and coconut kefir smoothie which is delicious. They also had a 2 for 1 special on their wellness shots so I stocked up. I usually never buy smoothies from here since they're between $12-14 so kinda overpriced in my opinion but hey I understand I still like their juices. I'll be back again during my weekend runs.

Yelp
Sitting at home, withing nothing to do I decided to run real quick and use one of my OTM Club perks at Lifehouse. The shop is located on the busy Sunset Blvd; however plenty of meter and street parking available on the side streets. When I arrived, the shop was empty (due to the current situation) however everything was pristine. The woman working behind the counter seemed like she did not want to be there(which I get), and told her I wanted to redeem my perk. She then told me that they were out of Pineapple, and replaced for Strawberry. I was fine with the substitution, and while she was making my drink, I observed the other offerings which most of the smoothies/drinks ranged between $12-14. The drink reminded me more of a slushie more then a smoothie. The flavor parings were meh, and didn't have that flavor profile to really compliment one another. I wonder if the pineapple would have made the difference? Something was off, I felt I was sucking down a snow cone vs a drink. Again, maybe it was just the current situation, or maybe they were out of other fruits, but not sure if I will return.
google avatar

Yelp
Usually get this delivered but was in the area so decided to go in. It was dead, The service was not very welcoming nor did either one of the women seem like they wanted to serve a customer. The girl that brought out my drink legit just sat it down and walked off lol. I had it in mind that I would see the drink made so that was weird for me to just see it coming from the back like it was pre-made. Drink was good though but Will most likely find a different smoothie spot.
google avatar

Anita K.

Yelp
This place is definitely worth a try. I love the ambience and the drinks are pretty delicious. The Green Mint was very tasty and the Orange Kefir was FIRE. Also their elixirs are so low sugar but very yummy! I couldn't believe it! I only knock it a star because the smoothies could be a little thicker, to feel like you get more out of it. And I wish it was a little cheaper. I've been able to get a few things thanks to the staff being super dope and giving me some coupons at a Yelp event I attended but I wish those prices were normally just a few dollars less to make it more reasonable for my local juice place!
google avatar

Kristen M.

Yelp
Kaya was so helpful and knowledgeable on all the nutrients of each menu item! I got the Shroom Shake and literally downed it in 2 seconds - SO DELICIOUS 10/10
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
Ordered the mint chip smoothie which was $14. If o wasn't in a "treat yourself" mood then I would never get it! However, it is very good and loaded with good things! Interior is what I actually came for, and that was a dream! Service was good, the guy new a lot about the ingredients. I don't know how much i recommend it because of the price, but if that doesn't matter to you- the go!
google avatar

Emily B.

Yelp
Great shakes and great location! Parking is easy to find depending on the day! Employees were vary friendly!
google avatar

Chloé C.

Yelp
Cute interior decor. Would i be back? Probably not. This is located on a busy street where there's metered parking right in front. The smoothies are overpriced- $14 for one. Its regular sized. I got the cookie dough one and honestly it was so sweet and not what I wanted in the morning. I am not a fan of mint chip but I knew that one was popular. May need to stick to Earthbar. I felt the drink reminded me more of dessert
google avatar

Ellie S.

Yelp
Parking: street parking (I walked here, so I'm not 100% sure). The interior is really clean and chic. Very white! You feel clean just walking in. Smoothies are $12-$14. They taste more like juices because they're not as thick as a typical smoothie. They were still very refreshing. They were also filled with all of these ingredients I've never heard of... sounds healthy to me! the place also has a loyalty rewards program. Not sure if this will be my go-to juice spot, but it hit the spot for me today!

Sandie B.

Yelp
Stopped here to pick up some of their vegan cookie dough, which is AMAZING.One star knocked off because the woman working there wasn't wearing a mask, nor did she seem to even have one on her.

Yelp
First off, I love being a member of the OTM Club. I get to try food from places I've never had before and this spot was an excellent choice. I came here for the "Off the menu" Banana Dream Cream. It's a cup of pure goodness made with maca, tocos, activated cashews and walnuts, dates, coconut oil, coconut milk, banana, vanilla, lemon juice, lakonto and Himalayan salt. OH my was it AMAZING! I will definitely be back to this place, it's feel good food that nourishes my body and tastes better than a dessert without the guilt....
google avatar

Yelp
It's hard in LA when there are 1000s of juice bars, and to be frank they all feel the same. This place is a bit refreshing from the massive chains, but I wouldn't call it anything super unique. It has its charms. Lifehouse has an interesting selection because they aren't your standard juice bar. They carrier lots of vitamin blends and mixes you can add to your smoothies, yogurt, or even juices at home while also selling the standard juices. They have a few other menu items from desserts to breakfast so if you're looking to try something different they probably have it. It's a slow place; I have never seen it packed so service is fine. I wouldn't call this location spectacular by any means since the one in Century City though smaller their staff have been able to clear the explain their products and health benefits in depth. Still it was an enjoyable experience and it's a bright shop so mood and vibes are good.

Haley S.

Yelp
Honestly, I did not have the best first experience here, so I originally gave two stars. However, within 15 minutes of posting my review, the owner contacted me to let me know that he had already refunded my money, which I was not expecting. What was more surprising was that (1) the owner's message was a sincere apology for my experience, for which he personally assumed 100% of the blame even though I did not personally interact with him and (2) I am pretty sure he messaged me privately instead of publicly responding to my review as a means of counterbalancing the low rating. I am going to go back this week and give this place a second chance. However, I updated my review to five stars before going back because companies that are run by people with integrity and empathy should be supported for their efforts rather than punished for what might have been excusable human error.

Yelp
I went in today to get a few items. I asked if I could get the two free shots with a $10 purchase which was advertised. The cashier refused and said "that only comes with delivery" I was baffled. I live down the street and wanted to save an employee from having to deliver to me when I could just pick it up on my way to get groceries. I asked why and she said it only comes with delivery. I then asked if I should go back home and call them to deliver it - she responded "I don't want to do this back and forth with you so I'll give you half off of one" So I ended up making a $35 purchase and tipped her $5. But needless to say I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! Not sure what kind of service this is... I understand these times are scary and it's not ideal going to work, but I'm working too. Our company is currently donating face masks to other essential workers. I think this is a time to be helping the community and offering each other kindness, not a time to be difficult. So many people have lost their jobs, this is the time to appreciate having one. I really enjoyed Lifehouse until this awful experience. The other male cashier has a heart of gold!

Morgan H.

Yelp
Came in with my 4 month old Dalmatian puppy today to get an açaí bowl and some fruit for her after our walk at Runyon. Everything was going great and bowl was yummy but what really irritated me was the girl working behind the counter. She rudely made a comment about how my dog seemed too thin and thought I was mistreating her by not feeding her enough. Dalmatians are typically slender and in her terms "frail", please mind your own business and I will not be coming back. Don't bring your dogs in with you unless you want to be insulted.
google avatar

Mischa L.

Yelp
Saw that they used Maranatha Organic almond butters in my strawberry smoothie- I'm a fan. It wasn't too sweet and the size was perfectly filling. Refreshing after a hike in the Hollywood Hills. Easy parking and the girl working was super nice.
google avatar

Shannon P.

Yelp
The smoothies are tasty, okay? I can't speak to the veracity of their health claims, or the quality of the ingredients, but dangit if they ain't delicious! This review isn't about the quality, but about the AFFORDABILITY. I live in this neighborhood. It's on the cusp of Hollywood/WeHo and while we boast some really cool spots, it feels miles away (and in actuality is) from the picturesque, diabolically clean, model-esque BoysTown. Don't let the rents fool you: My hood is a tad gritty, y'all. I say this to point out the absolute absurdity of charging anyone within throwing distance $14 for a smoothie. This price isn't for add-ons or modifications or a large (there's one size). Nope, the standard price is fourteen dollars. 1-4. As in almost an entire Jackson. Albeit chic and clean inside, it is still in my neighborhood. I wouldn't blink in BoysTown, or Santa Monica or even in sections of Beverly Grove. But here? I love the idea of a juice/smoothie place in theory and would have frequented it fairly regularly if it didn't make me feel like my pockets were being picked while I gaze at artsy renderings of folks like Gandhi (what would he make of this?!). The smoothies are tasty, okay? And I will never buy another.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
They offer very healthy smoothies tonics and elixir juices! I was able to sample some flavors such as the mud hut and the endless summer! Both were very refreshing I ended up getting a mango lassi, which was a little sour for me. I would have preferred just getting the mud hut. It is pricy around $14 but the ingredients are very natural. The ambiance of the store is hipster and very creative. I love the look of it! We just found parking in the residential area a block off from the store.
google avatar

Kellyanne J.

Yelp
Love this little spot. Yummy and healthy! I highly suggest trying it. And trying one of their tonics, and a coconut puddings (just make sure it's a thick enough patch, sometimes they can be too thin)
google avatar

Sandy Y.

Yelp
Hearing that there was a new juice bar in town, my friend and I drove down to try to find this spot and we were absolutely floored by the decor of this place. The glass front wall where you can look into everything going inside is absolutely simple, but really gives it that clean look as well with their simple Lifehouse Tonic logo overhead the store entrance. Once you step in through the door, you're greeted by the "This Must Be the Place," stamp on the ground which makes wonder, "how did they know I was looking for you!?!" We walked in and noticed the simplistic design of the counter space where there's a lone display case with some prepackaged juicing bottles and then you have the working kitchen in the back with the billboard menu plastered to the wall. However, what you really can't tear yourself away from is the wonderful bright dark emerald splashes of colorful paint against the white walls all over the sides of the place and just how bright and airy the entire room is. The clerk who was assisting us was super friendly and did a great job of perking our interests and introducing us to ALL the various products and smoothies Lifehouse offered raining from their organic well balanced smoothie to their clean immune boosting juices. We sampled all their pre-packaged juices and walked away with The Bunker (chlorophyll, lemon, magnesium, charcoal, erythritol, monk fruit) which was told to me to be great for hangovers and the Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus flower, ginger, lemongrass, orange peel, spearmint, rose petal, rosehips, camu camu, stevia leaf) which actually leaves a cool refreshing taste in your mouth after every sip. I can't wait to return next time to finally try their Greenhouse Chip (almond milk, cashew milk, mint extract, cacao nibs, barley grass, wheat grass, oat grass, maca, eleuthero, astragalus, cordyceps, tocos, cacao butter, almond butter, coconut oil, erythritol, monk fruit) which is their number 1 popular seller!
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place so much so I was really bummed when I got there at 8:38 this morning and they weren't open yet! I thought they were supposed to open at 8. I wanted a nice reward after my rumble boxing class but alas, no smoothie for me.
google avatar

Yelp
Life house Tonics + Elixirs is really differentiate themselves from other wellness bar and smoothie places as it uses extremely organic and high quality ingredients to make their drinks! Their tonics are packed with herbs and medicinal mushrooms (like the ones you get at Chinese herb stores) and taste amazing, if not better than regular smoothies! My friends and I came in after lunch, and we fell in love with the decor. They offer very clean simple lines with cool and neutral colors to complement the store. The teal watercolor wall is gorgeous, and we could not stop taking photos of the shop! The owner was very welcoming, and he introduced to us the various tonics that he offers and the healthy ingredients in each one. He gave us samples of his steeped elixirs to try including: The Bunker which is a light charcoal lemonade that was surprisingly really refreshing, The Fungi Palmer which is similar to an arnold palmer but they use medicinal mushrooms, Auga de Jamaica that tastes like a hibiscus tea with rose petals and other types of herbs, In the end, the three of us ended up getting their blended tonics which we fell in love with! I got the Greenhouse Chip which is their most popular drink- it tastes like a mint chip but includes almond milk, cashew milk, mint extract, cacao nibs, wheat grass, barley grass, and more. There was fresh mint that was added to the smoothie straight from their plant, and I couldn't even taste the wheatgrass even though they put a large amount! My friends got the Mud Hut and the Love Shack- the mud hut was similar to a chocolate smoothie but way better- I actually couldn't decided if I like the Mud Hut or the Greenhouse Chip better. The Love Shack had pearl powder in the smoothie which is great for the skin/ complexion, and this one was similar to a strawberry smoothie but includes coconut, goji berries, rose water, passion flower, and more. The people at Lifehouse are so passionate and knowledgeable of their tonics, you can tell they really believe in a person's wellbeing and the products they offer! Everything from the aesthetics to the taste was perfected to every minute detail. Chinese herbs are typically known to have a bitter and sour taste, but the drinks here don't taste anything like that! So ecstatic to have found a place that offers extremely healthy yet reinvigorating and tasty smoothies!

Yelp
Located right on Sunset Blvd in WeHo. Super cool new wellness bar. Lifehouse Tonics offers innovative, high quality health drinks freshly prepared with organic, wildcrafted, non-gmo, vegan, ingredients and infused with tonic herbs, superfoods, and medicinal mushrooms. Definitely a first for me. I tried the following drinks... Greenhouse Chip: (one of my faves!!!! SOOOOOO good) --It has almond milk, cashew milk, mint extract, cacao nibs, barley grass, wheat grass, oat grass, maca, eleuthero, astragalus, cordyceps, tocos, cacao butter, almond butter, coconut oil, erythritol, stevia Love Shack: It's so freshing & delicious. It has coconut water, coconut meat, strawberries, goji berries, bulgarian rose water, pearl, passion flower, brahmi, ashwagandha, mucuna It's a small, cute location with great lighting. Staff is super friendly & they're so helpful explaining all the different drinks. Street parking is available, it can be hard since it's right on Sunset. Overall, it was a cool experience trying these tonic drinks. xo Naomi

Yelp
Amazing! I had the Greenhouse Chip and am sold. It was unbelievably delicious and good for you, alkaline forming and loaded with chocolate chips. What's not to love :) The place is very clean, friendly and we got great service. This will be a daily stop for me!

Yelp
Best smoothie I've had in LA. Amazing consistency, flavor and overall ingredients. Finished and felt satiated but not overly full. Recommend Blue & Cookie Dough.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Great service. Stephanie helped me out a ton, and was really knowledgeable about all of their smoothies. It was a tough decision to choose, because they all sounded so great-- she was a great help! Loved the banana cream pudding! Mint chip and blue light smoothies also delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Cafe Gratitude smoothie bar x infinity! Living for the mushroommunity Absolutely love the aesthetic, and all the yummie and super hard to find superfoods & ingredients Lifehouse has to offer. Can't wait to make this a regular spot :)!
google avatar

Patricia R.

Yelp
Yeah, okay, these are delicious. But if I'm spending this much on smoothies, I expect the staff to be helpful at the very least. I had heard great things about this place, walked in super excited, and every question I asked the girl that was helping me was answered with: "I mean, everything is good". When I asked what her favorite was: "I like them all equally". I was the only customer at the time so there was no excuse for the lack of eye contact and overall attitude of annoyance. Two girls walked in after me and were treated the same way. Overall rating: Price: 3/5 Smoothies: 5/5 Yogurt: 5/5 Staff friendliness: 1/5 Parking: 2/5 (metered out front if you're lucky)

Yelp
So glad I stumbled upon this place while walking in the neighborhood! I'm a sucker for cute, Instagram worthy spots and this place has that plus an extensive menu. Staff was helpful and friendly. I only got a detox shot, but the guy who helped me out was really informative and nice. I saw a lot of yummy looking juices on the menu I would like to come back and try! The shot in itself tasted better than other detox shots I've had at other juice places. Neat spot in a cool area, can't wait to try more stuff!

Yelp
Oh my goodness this place is amazing. My first visit. I was helped by a stephanie. She helped me choose juices to help calm issues i have with my skin. She is very knowledgeable and veey sweet. Thanks girly.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Epic Elixers, The shroom shake is my fave - with coffee and adaptogenic mushrooms in it - holy YUM! Best way to start my day!
google avatar

Devashis R.

Yelp
These smoothies are insanely delicious albeit somewhat expensive. All the shakes I had were great, and the staff was very nice. This caught me off guard a bit as most of the people I encountered nearby were somewhat standoffish. Not necessarily rude, just not overly nice. Also, if you join their rewards program, you can get a few coupons here and there to help offset the cost of these lovely badboys! Enjoy!
google avatar

Kylie H.

Yelp
The chocolate chip smoothie is to die for and I don't even like flavored drinks that much. It's expensive though. 14 dollars for it. I've never had to wait for a smoothie. The interior is nice and instagramble/snapchatable. Parking is easy too. I usually park in one of the streets in the residential side( just turn into one of the streets and you can find street parking for free). They have small shots in small glass bottles and some vegan snacks. Update: the quality kind of fluctuates depending on who makes it for you. Update2: the owner saw my update above and refunded me for one drink and gave me a coupon to get another drink!! 5 star customer service!!! They do care about customer satisfaction!! Will be going back soon!

Yelp
I stopped by Lifehouse on a stroll with my friend in the neighborhood. We were drawn to the unique juices and menu that they provided and decided to check it out. We met Solana and she was very sweet and informative. She let us sample all of their available juices and my favorite is definitely Endless Summer (blue). Stop by Lifehouse for a refreshing drink and great conversation!

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about Lifehouse T+E. A part of me loves their 15 ingredient smoothies+juices that all sound super healthy and great, but the other part hates the $14 price tag that comes with it. If you can get past the price, then there probably won't be any complaints about this place. The workers are usually pretty nice- knowledgeable, provide samples, give you the extra if they accidentally make too much, etc. Some of my favorites here are the Greenhouse Chip smoothie (tastes like mint chocolate chip) and Lifehouse Cold Brew. I also like grabbing a couple of their immunity shots with their Fungi Palmer when I'm feeling sick. This is definitely a grab-and-go type of place because it is a small shop with not tables or chairs.

Yelp
Another establishment that doesn't teach employees basic etiquette when it comes to customers. Communication is key "I'll be right with you" don't just stare down at the next guest to move on to the next order. I just don't understand lol!

Yelp
I had the shroom shake. It's a flavorful combo of mocha and nut milks and it's amazing. I would try everything in this joint. Very clean place; service was very helpful.
