Karim's Mughlai Food

It's heartbreaking to see how a legendary & iconic name is being ruined by the poor management. Stinking & dirty restaurant. Servers are old & experienced but lacking the basic knowledge of hygiene & acting as 3rd grade roadside eatery servers. It is definitely not a family restaurant, customers & waiters fighting & abusing loudly, but no Manager came to calm down the situation, only waiters are teaming up to tackle the complaining customers. Food is good, breads are exceptionally good. It's a good idea to order food at home rather than going here. From dirty & unmanaged parking to the restaurant furniture, everything is filthy. Don't dare to use the washroom, you can't eat after that.

The manager named Nikhil is most arrogant and tasteless person ever met doesn’t know how he get the job in such a reputed restaurant with These sort of capability raw mutton was served in the name of Nihari tasteless restaurant with arrogant staff suggested not to visit there in any conditions not for families as because of arrogant manger nikhil

Mutton Nihari, Keema Kaleji, Mutton Seekh and Khamere Roti these are the items which I don’t think anyone in gurgaon makes better than them. So as the rain drizzle in hot weather in gurgaon it was time for me to visit again to eat these icon dishes. What I felt was there was slight dip in quality as the taste of Nihari the same that it used to be. But overall I liked the food a lot because of its service. The place needs renovations because it has been there for years.

Very bad food. They might have changed their chefs the food was very bad we paid 2600 and it was not worth a single penny.

Food is good.. especially the rotis... Wait time is a bit more.. comparatively..so that's that...

The Karim's have good name that I heard from my friends but when i went there i have a scary welcome though I pre-ordered the items still they make us to wait around 4o minutes. Then the service staff giving us a ridiculous behaviour. After all the give the dish call "MURG MASALLAM" pictures attached. The food food is so nasty that you don't even smell it. Our excitement suddenly went down to earth. We have a really ridiculous experience out there. I will suggest my friends to never go there even in emergency.

It really a real authentic food , still they can hold it so far . Must try Chengazi chicken Chicken Barra Mutton Barra Karim roll Mutton seek kabab And last for the dessert Fhirni

The taste of food is just like the Old Delhi's original Karim's but way more expensive. Service is good but ambience is not good. Need to work on furniture and lightning. The place wasn't very crowded even on Saturday night. The coke ordered was flat as they serve fountain coke and not bottle. Overall experience was decent.
