Thank you for the great hospitality. I believe the hotel needs renovation (interior and exterior) pains and to change the furniture to stay competitive in the market. The wall papers are not in good condition and there are many bubbles on the wall. The air condition window is directly on the bed and was not easy to sleep because of that. The welcoming by hotel staff was great and professional. The car valley staff was not available.

It is an old hotel that was built with high standards. The rooms have been renovated but you can still feel they are getting old. What I like about this hotel is the great service. You have nice restaurants (seafood restaurant and a Brazilian meat restaurant). The main restaurant offers a very good buffet for breakfast and dinner with a nice variety of food . The gym is good and big but some of the machines need to be renovated. In summary I like to he hotel and recommend it.

A very beautiful hotel, the staff were excellent and the amenities were of a high standard. We will definitely be staying again. The hotel is 15mins from the airport and also has a great view point to the King Fahd fountain at an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel.

My experience in Jeddah KSA was world class. There’s so much to say about the hospitality and vibe of the country. I want to especially want to thank Moayed at the front desk for his assistance on many levels. As a frequent traveler and visited the Middle East numerous times, KSA and the people were outstanding. Highly recommend the Kingdom and Intercontinental Hotel for travel.

A fine hotel in Jeddah located in the southern corniche area. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the city, yet is generally well-maintained. Staff are friendly and kind. The hotel has a few on-site restaurants, and a cafe. The hotel has a gym and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also has 2 buildings; one for suites and the other for normal rooms. I booked 2 rooms here, and while one room was excellent, the other room had fungus smell. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, stores, and shopping centers. The hotel pricing is average. Some rooms have great views to the Red Sea.

I can honestly say it was the worst stay of my life. To start, we were sent to a building that was in such poor condition it felt uninhabitable—definitely not worth 10 riyals. When we complained, the staff claimed that the building wasn’t part of their hotel, despite us receiving the keys from them. After raising our concerns, we were "upgraded" to the main building, but the new room was still far from acceptable. While I appreciate vintage charm, this place seemed stuck in time without any maintenance. The absence of a master switch meant I had to unplug lamps just to get some sleep, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, the room had a musty, fungus-like smell that made it hard to relax. As for the bathroom, the lack of a toiletries was shocking. They claimed they could provide one upon request—what a bizarre situation! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The lack of care and attention to basic amenities made for a truly unpleasant experience. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Very old and very small room . I will not recommend this hotel. You will find better one for the same price. A very old swimming pool. The only good point: the location .
