Had an excellent 3 nights stay last week at this truly premium and well-maintained property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Red Sea and Jeddah Corniche. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The fitness centre staff were very helpful and professional. Special appreciation for Mr. Mutaib Bin Mansour from the front desk who was extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. He went above and beyond to assist with every request. The staff thoughtfully recommended some excellent nearby restaurants and also suggested some must visit tourist spots which really enhanced our overall experience. The staff's warm hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. A memorable stay and a hotel I would highly recommend.

My stay at the InterContinental Hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was exceptionally clean, and there was clear attention to even the smallest details, which made the experience feel comfortable and luxurious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a genuine smile and positive spirit. I would especially like to thank Maali Trabelsi, Asalah Binawi, and Abdulrahman Habib for their outstanding professionalism, warm attitude, and dedication. They truly made the stay even more special. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again.

We recently stayed at the InterContinental Hotel Jeddah for two nights with our family of four, including two adults and two children, and overall it was a very pleasant experience worthy of a five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The front desk staff, although clearly overwhelmed due to a busy counter, remained calm, professional, and genuinely kind. The gentleman at reception went out of his way to accommodate us and generously upgraded us to a spacious room with two queen-size beds. The room was large, comfortable, and perfect for a family, offering plenty of space for both adults and kids to relax. The hotel itself reflects luxury, cleanliness, and classic InterContinental standards. Public areas were well maintained, and the overall ambiance felt warm and welcoming for families. The only downside during our stay was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was producing excess humidity in the room. We promptly reported the issue, and management reacted quickly by sending an engineer. However, despite the effort, the problem could not be resolved, and we eventually had to switch the AC off. Aside from this minor inconvenience, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The excellent service, spacious accommodation, and friendly staff made our family stay memorable, and we would gladly consider returning in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a higher-category room — it was spacious, beautifully clean, and offered a wonderful view. The service throughout our stay was world-class: every request handled with care, and every detail spotless. The hotel feels calm, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. A big thank-you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone visiting Jeddah.

A great hotel in an ideal location. Very convenient to nearby resources. Very spacious and clean. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff are very helpful .But I had left my wallet in the room when I checked out and did not even realize it. I realized in the plane and called Mr Badr Al Rifai who helped locate the wallet and coordinated for it to be shipped to my US address. Also I want to recognize Mr Abdullah Mullah who helped with the wallet shipment. They have been in touch with me regularly and provided me withy assurance. I am very happy with the service of the hotel, especially these two individuals.

Family holiday October 2025 Reception and checkin was efficient. Concierge excellent service Rooms Despite emailing in advance and requesting the newly renovated rooms , we were still given the old rooms. The rooms are comfortable but outdated and needs a deep clean. Our cupboard door was broken and the light would stay on the entire time. The bathroom is old and has a partial glass over the bath and when using the shower tends to flood the bathroom. Balcony has no chairs . View was nice of the pool area . Club lounge. Service was excellent especially from Benedict and Fayaaz who were friendly and very accommodating. Al firdoz restaurant - breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options and food was tasty. Closes very timeously at 10.30am In room dining- their pizzas were very tasty Overall staff interaction was very good Location close to Corniche. About 1 km walk from the park. However it's abit further away from malls and the main waterfront and marina. It was good value for money. Overall the service was excellent . The rooms however require upgrading to be equivalent to 5 star standard.

The hotel we stayed was in a superb location near the cornice and King Fahd Fountain. The views from our room balconey were spectacular. Saff were very friendly and helpful. We will highly praise Vanessa AND Leslie who served us in the hotel restaurant. Vanessa actually gifted some head gear to my wife too. Their receptionist Maali impressed us with her Urdu language skills and gave my wife useful tips about shopping

Everything about our stay at the Intercontinental Jeddah Hotel was wonderful. Excellent hotel and the staffs are attentive and friendly. The hotel was super clean and our room was really spacious which felt luxurious in itself. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of foods and is really good! We will definitely stay again.
