Disappointing Experience at Iberico
I recently visited Iberico and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to slow service throughout our visit. The food was fairly average, which was unexpected given the restaurant's reputation.
However, the most concerning issue arose during our payment process. After settling our bill, which was thoroughly checked and confirmed to be 6,208,965 VND, we received a call from a staff member 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant. They insisted that we had underpaid and sent us a revised bill that included an additional 3,000,000 VND for a bottle of wine we hadn't ordered. After several discussions, the staff finally admitted that there had been a mistake with the table numbers.
This experience left a sour taste regarding your service, from the slow service to the unfounded demand for extra payment. It's disappointing to be asked to pay for something we did not order, especially after both parties had verified the transaction during checkout. I hope the management takes serious note of this and improves communication and processes to prevent such incidents in the future.
