Hôtel Bienvenue

We stayed here for 3 nights in December as part of a celebration for my partners birthday. We couldn't be happier with the hotel and all the staff there. Special shout out to Patricia who helped me organise a bottle of champagne and birthday decorations in the room to come back to after a day sight seeing. The location is also great, on the edge of Montmartre and a nice walk up to Sacré-Cœur to get the heart rate up. The room was spacious and clean with lots of nice touches like quality bathroom amenities. I'd definitely stay here again and will reccomend to friends.

The Hotel Bienvenue is a gem of a small hotel. The service and attentiveness of the staff was 5 star quality. Location was within walking distance of many nice bistros and bakeries, as well as easy metro and bus access. Next time I am in Paris, I will be staying here again. Room was spacious, bed comfortable with nice linens. Do have breakfast at the hotel. Very excellent hotel in all respects.

We booked this hotel at a very good rate, so our expectations were probably quite low, but I was amazed at how good and cozy this hotel is. A nice handwritten postcard is a very nice personal touch, as well as a personal guide of Paris they sent by email. Majda at reception was extremely quiet and welcoming, she offered me a choice between three rooms, which was also very unexpected and nice. And the room itself is very cozy, I was also surprised by high-level details of everything in this hotel, starting with teabags and Villeroy and Boch dishware in the room. It is true that the hotel would benefit from some renovation, for example, the doors, carpet and bathtub were quite shabby, and the room is quite small, but it was quite expected from Paris so given the good rate, I wasn’t disappointed by those things at all. Also, breakfast was unexpectedly good. Although there is nothing warm, even boiled eggs are cold, everything they offer including yoghurt is very luxurious and there is even fresh orange juice. But keep in mind that if you want some hot dish, like omelette, you have to pay extra on top of breakfast price. Overall, a very nice stay, a very cute Parisian hotel, with a cozy garden inside that we couldn’t benefit from because of rain and cold, but if I can afford the summer rate, I would love to be back there and joy the garden as well)

We stayed for 2 nights in the Bienvenue Hotel and were positively surprised. Warm welcome, cosy room and tasty breakfast. The hotel is in a small, calm and car free street close to the big department stores Galeries Lafayettes and Printemps and the nice neighborhood of Rue des Martyrs. We will come back !

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Bienvenue for our stay in Paris; the first time we had visited the city. The hotel was beautiful, clean, centrally located, and every staff we encountered was kind & helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city. We also sprung for the breakfast add on for each morning. While the spread wasn't crazy impressive, the convenience of it, and the fact that it ran until 10 a.m., allowed us to roll out of bed and have something to fuel us for a full day out in the city.

Pros: The location is great, lots of decent restaurants and grocery stores nearby and about a 10-15 to different Metro locations. The lobby is beautiful and made for Instagram, every corner from the entrance to the sitting area to the restaurant are made to be shot and IG'd.||Cons: The rooms are ok. We got a Double room and while it wasn't the most spacious, it was adequate. It was clean and because its a carpeted, there was a muskiness but we just kept the window open while we were in the room which helped. The elevator (ONE elevator) fits one person at a time so if you're traveling in a pair or group, expect to be squeezing into spaces and waiting around. ||Extra Cons: The service was laughable. It ranged from answering your question --> rolling their eyes at every question asked. Don't expect any sort of 'service'- if you're thinking you can ask for recommendations or anything beyond very basic yes/no answers, you'd be wrong. Its very much a we're here to check you in, give you your keys and that's it sort of situation but I guess you get what you pay for. Your money is truly just paying for the room and you're on your own, if you want any concierge services, this is NOT the place.

Everything was superquick from booking to check-in, luggage storage and check-out. The hotel is very pretty and rooms are reasonably sized. Prices are very competitive. Thank you very much for the super service we‘ll come back.

This hotel was great!! It was walking distance to the metro and lots of places. The hotel staff was so helpful to get me anything I needed. They let me check in early and even prepared breakfast for me to go since I had a very early flight. The hotel room was clean, very pretty, and had everything I needed!! I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody!!!

This hotel has so much potential, but is visibly lacking upkeep. Style is great, their front desk staff is kind but the rooms are tired and worn. Upon checking in, we were given a room with gnats, lots of mold, a cracked toilet seat, worn carpet, and overall musty smell. We asked to move rooms but every double room was full that night, so the staff accommodated switching our rooms the following day and applied a discount to our stay for the first night. However, the room we were moved to was tired and worn once again with dirty carpet, signs of mold, crooked sconces, and scratched up walls. Beds were also uncomfortable. Location is good, they need to address the mold, give it a deep clean and do some repair work. Not what I would expect for a four star hotel. Wish we would've stayed while it was being cared for and hope they turn it around.

Located in the 9th Arrondissement, the Bienvenue is tucked away on a short one way street with a couple of other small hotels. Close to a good number of restaurants & shops with a couple of grocery stores around the corner. We had a triple room with 3 twin beds. Looked like they had quadruple rooms available also. Our room was small (ok as we didn't come to Paris to sit in a hotel room). The bathroom was very small & ours could've used a new shower door as it leaked. The room has a safe & mini bar although ours didn't keep the drinks cold. That said, we were here in late June during the heatwave & the air conditioner kept our room cool & comfortable. There is a nice terrace for meals and drinks. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant, the aroma was enticing. Elevator is one person only & an experience. If you're on a higher floor you'll get some exercise. Overall, ok with some old world charm & something different from the chain hotels. Extra star for the friendly and helpful staff & location.

This cute little boutique hotel located in the 9th was such a great little find. The branding and design are super fun, the courtyard is a great place to have your morning coffee and the rooms were decorated nicely! The elevator in the building was easily the smallest of ever seen but, don't be alarmed as all the nuts and bolts have been updated to 2019 standards. Even still, I avoided because I don't love European elevators. ;) Friendly staff, great location and a great little breakfast if you're interested. For me, it's a Parisian crossiant outside of the hotel lobby.

This was a great hotel with a great location very close to the Caday metro station. It was also like 100 meters from a small grocery store that came in handy as you pass it when you go to and from the metro. The hotel staff was very accomodating and spoke English very well. Our room stay came with a free breakfast that was ample and held us over well. We stayed with another family and we both agreed that this was a great place to stay. Also recommend buying metro tickets buy the week. It was a better deal. My only.comment to the hotrl.would be to have the cleaning folks scrub the tiles a bit harder as we had some of the orange colored mildew in the shower on floor 1.
