Amazing experience. Absolutely brilliant and lovely staff! The staff were so professional and caring, truly outstanding service. Food on property was also very nice, great restaurants and great breakfast. The property is also very scenic and the rooms were great. ||The hotel also let use their well equipped departure lounge as we waited for our late night flight. ||Would recommend!

What a wonderful place – here at the Hilton Northolme, you can truly relax and enjoy the beauty of Mahé. The resort is stunning and very well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful – everyone (whether security, gardeners, waiters, or management) has a smile on their face and does everything they can to ensure that guests have a wonderful time – you really feel at ease. The resort offers access to several beach areas where you can snorkel and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The infinity pool is also beautifully designed. The different restaurants offer good food, and the pricing is reasonable by Seychelles standards, not overpriced. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. In our room, we had a technical issue with the air conditioning, and after we reported it, technicians arrived within minutes to resolve the problem. I absolutely cannot understand the criticisms mentioned in other reviews – it seems to me that those people are just looking for faults rather than enjoying this wonderful place. I highly recommend the Hilton Northolme.

Amazing location. Great views. Fantastic staff with a shout out to Gorvachov (& his sister Reagan back in Ethiopia)! Lounge if you get there before check in time. Tropical paradise reminds me of Fiji, Tahiti or Hawaii! Beautiful breeze and breathtaking views

Amazing hotel with lovely staff and great location. We arrived quite early (around 11:00 AM), but the staff were kind enough to offer us early check-in and breakfast (thanks also to Gold status). Everyone we met was kind and helpful. The location was very relaxing, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The food offered was tasty—especially the seafood platter, which had a generous amount of fried seafood. I’m also obsessed with the breakfast curry! Being able to rent snorkel gear and kayaks was a big plus, and we had a great time snorkeling. We are very happy that we chose this place to spend our time in Seychelles, and we will definitely come back for sure.

Every day was waking up in Paradise. The locale, service, rooms, food, were all superb. One can leave the facility, but a car service is recommended due to the distances and hills. But, who would need to? This was an exquisite place to relax and refresh. ||The attitude of the staff was warm and friendly … they went out of their way to ensure that everything was available, promptly.||I will most certainly be back to The Seychelles, and to the Hilton Northolme in particular.

We recently stayed here for 14 nights to celebrate our Silver Wedding.|On the morning of our anniversary the breakfast staff brought us a decorated plate of pancakes with a piped message of chocolate icing wishing us a happy anniversary - when we returned to our room the staff had been in to make our bed with a pair of love swans (towels) and a message made out of flowers and leaves to celebrate our special day.| Our villa 208 was amazing it was almost a tree house with complete privacy overlooking the Indian Ocean with amazing wildlife to watch, cleanliness was astounding and every member of staff were so courteous and friendly.| The bars had a good selection of drinks and when I asked if they had any Guiness they said that they would obtain me some the following day which they did and the sunsets are amazing.| Breakfasts are brilliant with a wide choice of products and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.| When our stay was coming to the end its the first time ever that we have felt sad that our holiday was coming to the end - a truly wonderful place and the people are so nice that it felt that they wanted you to be part of their family - TRULY PARADISE

I stayed here for my bday and it was wonderful. The staff was lovely and Surman answered every question I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was everything I could have wanted. Also, Nelson was my tour guide, set up by the hotel, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was a great bday trip.

Experience in a hotel, which is supposed to be "home away from home" is always made complete with the warmth and hospitality from the staff, which is almost completely lacking in this property, esp. the ones in charge of the reception.|Staff present in F&B were the only ones who made it a bit worthwhile. And of course the room lived up to the mark.|We had booked a rental car, which did not show up, and most irritatingly not even communicated to us until we called after awaiting for an hour. You can imagine how horrible the service was at the reception.|Understaffed restaurants, with no provisions made to make guests comfortable while dining. |For the night of Dec 31st, all guests were forced to pay for a exceedingly long session of sit down dinner where even the basic comfort was not arranged. The humidity and heat made me call sick, among many others who were sweating to no ends.|Late check out, even for half an hr, was strictly curbed. |Seychelles is a warm and beautiful place to visit, but please avoid this property if value for money to you means anything beyond infrastructure and amenities.
