Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa

All of the staff are so kind and great you with so much warmth that you feel so welcome. The entertainment team are so much fun. They have activities all throughout the day that are good for all ages. My kids loved the aqua trampoline with Miguel in the pool and salsa dancing on the beach (can't recall his name). The circus show was the coolest of all the evening shows. The food at the coastal grill was delicious and the portions are great. The Italian restaurant was underwhelming but thankfully the buffet was still open so we just went and got full over there. The buffet building is currently being renovated but they opened up the convention ball room for the buffet. The buffet has great selections, tasty food, and wonderful attentive service staff.

Overall the holiday experience here has been good. Several room issues to begin with - no air-con on arrival, bathroom door didn’t close, hairdryer wanted blow up on first use and several showers in the dark as the master socket doesn’t always activate the bathroom lights! The maintenance team did their best to fix the issues swiftly. The staff though are amazing, so many stand out members to mention, Nicaury, Yamy, Dania & Eriverto on the Lobby Bar, Johenny and team at the pool bar and ‘Pablo from Hollywood’ for all the exercise classes and giggles. The setting for the hotel is fabulous, the views from the beach are absolutely stunning.

Experience has been incredible!!! Everyone took such great care of us - Dania Rodriguez y Carlos at On the Rocks kept the drinks flowing and couldn’t have been friendlier. They were very attentive and made us feel super welcome! Can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved everything about Dreams La Romana! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding. A special mention to Yesica Rodney at the beach service – she was excellent, always so friendly and attentive. Also, Joanna Céspedes at the buffet is just so lovely and welcoming every single day. Honestly, I can’t praise the entire staff enough – everyone at the resort goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our honeymoon stay at this hotel. Each restaurant offered a varied menu, so every day we could try a different cuisine. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beach was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. We also loved the fun activities such as water fitness classes on SUPs with Yuliana, the rum tasting with Miguel and Bachata lessons with my soulmate Ernesto, which made our experience even more memorable. I also have to mention bartender Yeifri and his most creative drink inspired by the Pornstar Martini with fresh passion fruit 👌🏻 Best of luck for all of you guys from Anna & Kacper room 4324 🤍

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Diana, Dania, Jackowo, and Yamelin are simply the best! Every single day they made my stay unforgettable with their bright smiles, kindness, and incredible energy. They prepare the best cocktails in the entire resort — always with love, fun, and perfection. They don’t just serve drinks; they create a wonderful atmosphere full of laughter and good vibes. Thanks to them, “1 for the Road” became my favorite place in Dreams La Romana. You can truly feel that they love what they do, and that makes every guest feel special. Thank you, ladies, for making my vacation so amazing! You are the heart of the resort — beautiful inside and out!

Best resort all inclusive in DR. Beach is gorgeous, white sand, clear blue water, super quite, kids friendly. Pools are beautiful too, with a nice view to the beach. The water park is super cool! The hotel is not too big, so you can go walking anywhere. Room was perfect, super clean and comfortable... Service is outstanding, all employees are very well trained to make everyone feel welcome and meet their needs, even in the beach there's always someone asking if you need or want anything and they make sure you get it. Restaurants don't need reservation, the food is very good, my picky eater daughter said everything was AMAZING. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was very good, and the service, specially from Miguel, was great. It was our second time visiting this hotel and we're already looking forward to go back!

Mare restaurant is very good at lunchtime we always order the catch of the day which is generally grouper and the fish skewers. The fish is translucent and flakey with plenty of moisture the head chef Darlin has a very good team who understand the importance of cooking fish perfectly. Also our waitress Kensia is very attentive and has a lovely personality and smile.
