We stayed at Hilton Kuching from 23/8 to 25/8, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Our original plan was to stay at another hotel, but due to a last-minute booking issue, we decided to call Hilton directly. From that very first phone call, everything was handled smoothly. The operator was so helpful, and I managed to book instantly via phone.||||Upon arrival, check-in was seamless, and the hotel was able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms without any hassle. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and professional, and what truly impressed us was the Hilton Magic Team, who even WhatsApped me to check on our room arrangements, such a thoughtful touch.||||The rooms themselves were newly refurbished, modern, and very comfortable, with an absolutely stunning view facing the waterfront. Waking up to that scenery was just amazing.||||Breakfast was another highlight – a wide spread with plenty of local and international options. We especially loved the Mee Kolo (a must-try!) and the freshly pressed juice station, which was such a refreshing addition.||||To top it off, we had a change of plans and needed to check out a day earlier. Despite the very short notice, the front desk immediately said they would speak to the finance manager, and I later received a text confirming that we would be refunded for the unused night. This level of flexibility and customer care really exceeded our expectations.||||Overall, Hilton Kuching truly saved our trip and turned what started as a stressful situation into a memorable, enjoyable stay. From the warm hospitality to the excellent rooms and food, everything was spot on.||||We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kuching!
