"Having published two bestselling cookbooks and made the spiralizer a household tool, it was only natural that sisters Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley would set their sights on opening up a café. Of course, it's not just any café: They've opened in the department store's brand new Body Studio—a major part of the shop dedicated to wellness—and serving up their grain-, gluten-, and refined sugar-free food from morning till night. Expect flaxseed muffins and green juices; bone broths; chicory lattes; colorful, spiralized salads; and many other Hemsley hits."

The Hemsley Café offers a special delight for those with a foodie passion and interest in wellness. However these are absolutely not prerequisites to enjoy eating there. If you *do* admire the Hemsley + Hemsley approach to wellness and food then the café menu and café appear to be a fantastic way to experience their food ideas brought to life. During both my visits the staff have been very friendly and welcoming and appeared to be happy in the environment – something that really helps put a diner at ease. One staff member in particular – Andrew – was absolutely fantastic at responding to my enquiries about some of the dishes and also splitting the bill for the small group I ate with. Water was served and kept topped up continuously so there was no need, as in many restaurants and cafes, to buy bottles for the table. I would like this to be a feature of more venues. A real surprise hit for me and a fellow diner was the hot chilli and garlic Sriracha sauce, served as a no-charge compliment. This creamy sauce had an intense and charismatic flavour, not too hot, but zingy and uplifting for anything it was spooned over. It was liked plenty enough that second servings were requested and I spread most of one onto half of a flax seed burger bun half in addition to liberal application across salad. Delicious!

Worst food I have had in quite a while. The Saba noodles salad had noodles stuck together and were hard and raw in the middle. This place should not exist at least not in Selfridges&Co! Very dissatisfying.

So healthy, so tasty! You should try the beef ragu with courgetti, absolutely amazing. If you are around, you must try... you will be surprised

Gorgeous, tasty food. Not too light, not too heavy. Perfect for a shopping pit-stop. Loved it and will be back! Also is gluten-free.

Such a calm, simple and pretty place amidst the hustle and bustle of Selfridges. This restaurant opened about a month ago in the new Body Studio area of the store. When I visited, I met the two chefs, who actually chose my dinner for me, the tomato tart with salad. They were super welcoming and friendly! I also had a pretty cocktail. The food was fresh, delicious and healthy. I will definitely come back again. Tip: This restaurant has gluten free options.

We went for lunch and came away very happy and full! The go go green smoothie was delicious and the salmon fillet was perfectly cooked with a crispy skin- go for a good mix of the salads, the pesto quinoa was scrumptious! If you're feeling extra hungry then the carrot cake is a must! All portions were generous! Can't wait to go back.

The restaurant itself was decorated really nicely and had a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The food however was disappointing. I had the salmon 'burger'. Which at £15 was small and didn't taste of very much. The accompanying salad was simply shredded cabbage, which although pleasant wasn't anything special. Wouldn't return or really recommend

Yelp
Cute cafe inside Selfridges for a meal or light bites. They also have a variety of juices, teas, coffee if you just want to sip some drinks and rest your feet. The wait staff also mentioned they had gluten free options and seemed to have an awareness of their food ingredients for people with allergies.

Yelp
Stopped in here to have a quick coffee and was very disappointed. Both the cappuccino and the lavender hot chocolate were room temperature. The latter tasted like lavender dish water and I'd wager there's more cocoa in a fresh bag of flour. To make matters more unpleasant, the servers were sullen and unresponsive. Getting a bill was difficult and no effort was made on anyone's part to make us feel welcome or thank us for coming in. Not returning, not worth the visit, there's a Starbucks about a block away, just go there.

Yelp
I took one star off because I got really frustrated (keep in mind I was starving at this point) when I could not find this restaurant. It's located on the 4th floor (or was it the 3rd?) of a high-end shopping plaza and my husband was just not having it. So by the time we got there... and we had to wait because it's just a smaller joint... no one was really happy. But then comes the food and drinks. It was on my bucket list to dine here and I am really glad I did. I just felt GOOD clean eating and there was so much flavor in each dish. I highly recommend the Primavera soup - it was my favorite. Staff was very friendly and it was a cost-friendly lunch to boot.

Yelp
And here for lunch on Wednesday. There are not very many tables, so you should get here early if you want to eat. Service was a bit slow and a little pretentious. Menu limited. But. When the crab cakes finally came, they were hot and fresh and utterly delicious. The accompanying salad with avocado was perfect. It was a very good sized portion. The soup was was watery and tasted of nothing. I don't know why it was served with almond butter. The matcha tea latte was pretty good. I'm giving it a 4 because my meal deserved it. Not sure I'd come back though..

Yelp
I'm a HUGE fan of the Hemsley Girls cook book. Basically, that's all I cook! Literally :) So imagine my excitement when they finally opened their cafe in Selfridges! Cute little cafe in the new Body Shape area. Particularly expensive but then again what did we expect? Food is great - as always the Hemsley girls, but reality is we can easily do anything on that menu at home - truth is I already do. So I think this one is going to be a huge hit with those who do not cook at home but love the whole concept of healthy but heartwarming food. The courgette quinoa bread is wonderful! Definitely something I will try at home.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to try this restaurant while on holiday in lovely London. It's small, so prepare to wait a bit however the quality of the food was excellent. I had the salmon and found it very tasty. For desert I had the almond strawberry tart. It was flaky, delicious and had the perfect amount of sweetness. I will definitely return in my next trip to London.

Yelp
Extremely tasty. Choice of different healthy options, nice ambiance, lovely staff. Me personally, i had beef ragu with courgetti, very very tasty and i also had Kombucha, which wasnt really my thing, but all in all very good quiet place to enjoy something healthy for your body & soul. I will definitely go back.

Yelp
We had a nice lunch. The place specializes in healthy eating, so many dishes were vegetarian and (I think) vegan. My granola was very tasty. The wifey tried a more complete English breakfast, which was good except that the sausage was extremely dry. Not a bad option if you need a snack.
