It was awesome!! I was worried about long wait from the reviews but we got in right away and earlier than the opening time. We got there around 10:35AM on a Wednesday and there were 3 people in front of us already and by 10:45, it was 9 people in line and they let us inside. There are only 9 seats so it’s small but the atmosphere was nice. I usually can’t eat a lot but the 1.5 portion was good for me. It took us about 20-25mins to eat. Try to go earlier in the day before opening and avoid long lines. By the time we got out, there was a long line. Both food and service were great and would highly recommend it!

We waited in the cold for 2 hours. The queue was made up of foreigners from all round the world. Was it worth the wait ? You bet. Amazing beef. Must follow the rule of cooking no more than 10 seconds for best result !!! Service was utmost friendly.

With their excellent Google reviews, there is generally a long line. We went at 5pm to beat the rush and only waited 5 mins. The restaurant only seats about 9 people and people generally spend 20-30 minutes here. The queue goes down the stairs so if you see people waiting at ground level I would say that’s at least an hour wait.
The beef itself is exceptionally soft and tender. I wasn’t sure why they made a deal about offering one free rice refill, but upon eating it made sense. Everything presented goes very well with rice. They only have one thing you can order here and that specialisation shines through.
The restaurant can get very smokey with everyone doing their own final grilling on the mini hot plate. So if you are sensitive to cooking smoke, may want to keep that in mind.

One gets to grill the beef cutlet or eat it as is. The beef was tender and nicely complemented with the dipping sauce and wasabi. The side dishes that come along with the cutlet were tasty. Place is a bit small so had to wait for a while before getting a seat. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff able to converse in simple English.

Love the food here! The quality of the beef is good, the staff is very attentive. When the person beside us asked for extra rice, the chef immediately stopped what he was doing to get the rice for him.
This outlet has limited seats, so it’s a very cozy environment, expect long waiting times, but the food and attentive ppl are worth it!

It is one of the best beef cutlets I have ever had. Even though the restaurant opens at 11, the line starts forming as early as 10. The restaurant is very small and compact, typical of restaurants in Japan, but it still feels warm and cozy. The food is absolutely amazing, the meat is very juicy, and the coating on the meat is very thin. The meat is grilled on a hot stone, so it cooks very quickly. Unfortunately, the food must now be ordered as a set menu, which means not everyone can eat the side dishes provided.

A meal that greatly surpassed my expectations. This brand has so many outlets so I was just expecting run-of-the-mill quality, but the beef was to die for. Wished I got a greater portion. Leave each piece on the flaming grill for 10 seconds or so and enjoy. Perfection!

Great environment, experiential where you are able to control the beef cook level. Food are high quality and definitely worth the queue.
Although it is a small store but staff are extremely welcoming and they speak good english as well.
Will come back again!
