Guido's Pizzeria & Tapas

The food was good, the place very nice and quiet. The employees of the place were very friendly. We could choose vegetarian options although not many options for children but plain pizza. I ordered a cocktail with whiskey and lemon but they gave me a lemonade and I had almost no whiskey. Good option to go out with family when you want to spend a little extra money and treat yourself.

I was on the hunt for some great Italian food and a chance to try St. Louis' famous toasted ravioli, and I'm so glad I found Guido's! The food was fantastic, the service was spot-on, and the ambiance was relaxed and welcoming. Guido's definitely hit the spot. I went on a weeknight without a reservation, and while it was busy, I was able to grab a seat at a table. The space is cozy, with both dining tables and a small bar. The vibe was warm and inviting, especially on a chilly evening. The service was excellent. My server was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed in a timely manner. No complaints at all. Now, let's talk about the food. I had to try the toasted ravioli to start, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful they were. So delicious, especially when dipped in the meat sauce! I'd definitely order them again. For my entree, I went with the homemade lasagna, and it did not disappoint. It’s probably one of the best lasagnas I’ve had—bursting with flavor. I cleaned my plate! Everything was amazing, and I can’t wait to return and try more items on the menu. Overall, Guido's was a great find. With great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the St. Louis area. If you're craving delicious Italian food, Guido's is the place to go!

This restaurant is a favorite for my family when visiting the Hill in St. Louis. They excel in both the Italian and Spanish cuisines represented on their menu. Service is typically excellent, and St. Louis summer heat took a break, and we were able to eat outside. We have eaten all of the tapas available and many of the pasta dishes and loved them all. Highly recommend!

Dinner was amazing. Sean did a great job taking care of us. My partner had the salmon special. The salmon and shrimp were cooked to perfection. I had the cannelloni. It was so comforting. We split a Caesar salad before the entrees. The dressing was so smooth and delightfully acidic. It was noisy, but we sat at the bar and it was a busy night. It probably would have been better if we had a table. We just chose not to wait for one to open.

Best cannelloni I’ve ever had!! They treat you like family. Not sure if it was the owner or manager that kept coming back to our table talking to us and the baby. They appreciate their customers and made me want to come back and give them my business. In addition to the food being so good.

Last week, we had our daughter and son-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here and could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Miguel was so easy to work with and everything was amazing, from the linens and flowers to the food and service—just wonderful! I cannot wait to go back and enjoy this place again and again especially when the new patio opens. Thanks so much!! The Schomaker and Fox Families.

This is my son's requested place to have his birthday lunch. He loves their tiramisu. We had great service by Lynda. She was great. Highly recommend

We wanted to try St. Louis pizza on our way through town so we made a pit stop at guidos. Loved the decor and waitstaff were friendly. Though we didn’t love the St. Louis style pizza crust it was no reflection on guidos. We are more NY style pizza fans. But, we loved giving it a shot. Our pizza toppings were very fresh and you could tell were good quality. If we have the chance on a return trip, I would love to give the Italian items on the menu a try.
