"Graycliff Cigar Company, Nassau Cigar aficionados can get an up-close look at the making of cigars at the Graycliff Cigar Company. Located in the historic Graycliff Hotel in Nassau, this boutique cigar company uses a select blend of tobaccos to create its award-winning cigars, includingthe Graycliff, Bahiba, and Cabinet Selection by Graycliff varieties. Visitors can tour the cigar factory to watch the 16 expert torcedores at work, and even take a cigar-rolling lesson to learn the art of cigar making for themselves. Afterward, enjoy one of Graycliff’s fine cigars with a tasting session of rums from the Bahamas and the Caribbean."

A cool cigar rolling place and a small shop inside with some drinks. Will treat you like a tourist instead of offering quality information. Nice and quiet outside sitting area is a plus.

Wonderful tour of this long established cigar factory…A must visit if you are in Nassau

Visited on a Sunday when our cruise ship docked. There were only 3 people rolling in the factory but we could simply walk in and watch them. We were there for a while before anyone came out to see if we wanted to buy anything and she was very disengaged and seemed bothered to have customers. The facility and experience was mediocre at best but worth a walk to see the area away from the touristy areas.

Very nice cigar spot in the Bahamas. It was about a 13-minute walk from Port, which wasn't too bad. Don't be alarmed because it is located down an alleyway, off in the cut. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. We walked in, and we had a great time watching the staff roll up the cigars. They were reasonably priced from $11 up to $25 if my memory serves me correct. I'd highly recommend this spot.

About a 15 minute walk from the port. Make sure you know where you are going before you make the trip. Not too hard to find just do some research and follow the signs. Overall a fun experience for cigar enthusiasts and the whole family. I booked a tour on the website for $10 a person. Laidback tour lasted about 15 minutes. If you’re a cigar aficionado temper your expectations as it’s a boutique brand and not a huge operation. I did appreciate the free cigars. There is also a chocolate shop nearby worth checking out.

The location is a bit hard to find for a first timer to locate. Customer service could be a bit better. The location itself is great for relaxing and smoking your cigar . But prices on certain items could be a bit lower.

We had a great experience touring this small family-owned cigar making business. The people were happy and fun to talk to. We each bought a sample of their best two cigars and enjoyed them with a local Kalik Gold on the patio.

Not what I expected. To sum it up in one word....SAD. No one was around to help get any cigars. Only 2 cigar makers were making any cigars. The whole place is very unkempt. It looks abandoned. I ended up smoking my cigar in the smoking area. Luckily we were dropped off by the taxi driver that was meant to take us back to the hotel for free. Otherwise if be upset to pay to come here and see if in the conditions it's in. The place can be a gold mine if it were fixed up and actually have more staff to greet you. We were greeted by the passengers from the cruise ship, and not the staff. All in all, Gray Cliff cigars aren't the best and I'll be sticking with the real cigars I know and love. The other areas such as the liquor tasting had a young girl serving liquor but then didn't know which liquor she just poured. Again, SAD.
