"The Grand Hyatt Erawan offers a true five-star experience, from the house Mercedes to the helipad up on the roof. The over-the-top amenities, which make this hotel a favorite among corporate execs and stylish jet-setting families, also include the Erawan Spa Cottages, a cluster of resort-style villa suites that all face gardens. Oversize soaking tubs, rain showers, Nakamichi stereo systems, free-flowing cocktails, and a personal spa concierge are just a few of the many perks. Make sure to check out their Sunday brunch—it's regarded as one of the best in the city." - Jenny Adams

"Grand Hyatt Erawan epitomizes modern Bangkok —it's big, busy, and well-located. The hotel is almost its own stop on the Sky Train, and once you step outside, you're on one of the most active corners of metropolitan Asia. Although the Grand Hyatt is linked to a shopping mall via a sky bridge, the world slows down a touch inside the hotel. The comings and goings of suit-clad men and women and shoppers clutching huge bags creates a soft-edged urban atmosphere. The high-ceilinged, almost colonial-feeling lobby sets up a pleasing contrast with the clean lines, neutral tones, and natural light of the spacious rooms. The hotel is kitted out with lots of technological perks, such enhanced work desk lighting and LCD screen TVs, and the service is attentive."

"So, anything special this hotel is known for? Grand Hyatt Erawan does one of the best Sunday brunches in the city, one that attracts a lot of locals. There's also the Erawan Tea Room, which does an award-winning high tea. We'll definitely have to try the Sunday brunch. What about the neighborhood? Does the hotel fit in, make itself part of the scene? Help orient us. The hotel is located right next to Erawan Shrine, which is a popular tourist site. It's also directly adjacent to all levels of shopping at Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery, as well as MBK, one of Asia's largest malls. It sounds pretty central; that's perfect. Tell us what we missed—are there any tips you'd like to offer up? The Erawan Spa Cottages are a cluster of resort-style villa suites that all face gardens. I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. The staff's attentiveness, especially the housekeeping team, truly stood out. Despite the busy holiday season, my room was always attended to immediately after I left – an impressive level of service! The location is unbeatable, with several shopping malls just a short walking distance away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The sauna and steam room facilities were also excellent and added to the overall relaxing experience. If I had to be picky, the only downside would be the breakfast spread. It’s decent but doesn’t quite match the standard of other 5-star hotels in Bangkok. Room is a bit dated but probably due to my own preference. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible service. My flight landed in Bangkok very early in the morning and the staff at the hotel took such good care of me! They helped me secure an early check-in and let me relax in their guest lounge (with the best massage chairs I’ve ever experienced!) this is a fantastic start to my stay here!

I have had the pleasure of staying here twice this month. First with my husband and second with my parents. Both times we experienced incredible service from all of the staff. Everyone is very kind and attentive. The service is truly 5 stars. The hotel is classy, tasteful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We loved the lounge on the 17th floor and the breakfast buffet each morning was a wonderful spread of delicious foods. It's very convenient to access shops and malls nearby. Can't wait to return again!

Top quality hotel at the prime district of Bangkok. Wonderful festive atmosphere during Christmas month, and lots of fantastic food to offer in house. The rooms are spacious and speckless, with housekeeping twice a day. Really a wonderful treat and made my first trip in Bangkok all around unforgettable.

Great location, center of town, right next to the famous Erawan four face Buddha! Apparently being blessed by Buddha, it is one of the flagship of Grand Hyatt in the world, per location, architecture, hospitality, and service. Especially the globalist members, they would feel comfortable, respected, and very relaxing in the Grand Club lounge. Everywhere in the hotel you meet staff, they give you a full smile and greeting prayers.

I recently called to book a table at the hotel’s restaurant and inquired about credit card promotions. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered was unhelpful. Their tone was harsh and curt, making the conversation unpleasant. It felt like they didn’t care or want to help at all, which left a very negative impression. The food at the restaurant is decent, and this would have been my fifth visit. However, every time I called, the phone service has been consistently disappointing, with staff speaking in the same abrupt manner. If it weren’t for my friends wanting to dine there, I would have chosen another place. I first dined at this restaurant two years ago, and sadly, the service for Thai customers has remained just as poor ever since. Thai staff members seem to treat Thai customers with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, speaking harshly and showing no willingness to help, while they provide excellent service to foreign customers. It makes me wonder if the unfriendly response is because I’m Thai. This double standard is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the hotel management can improve this problem because the service doesn’t match the high standards I expected from a place like this.
