Giant's Causeway, Antrim Coast

A really neat place to visit. If you don't want to pay for to go into the Visitor's Centre, there is parking just down the road for £10. Access to the site itself is free. Note it's quite a walk from wherever you park (30 min) unless you pay to take the bus. Despite being busy, with some patience you will be able to get photos that make it look like you're the only one there! Be careful, as the stones can be quite slippery.

I enjoyed seeing this geological foundation and cannot compare to anything else I have seen. The weather that morning provided a most spectacular view. Being quite early, there were few others there. The tour buses were in line as we left.

Amazing and mind blowing view. Clear sky and clear water just soul satisfying moment. Giants Causeway is a lovely place , need to walk along the coast and enjoy the nature. Giants Causeway is world Hertiage site and once when in Ireland one must visit this place.

Fabulous place . A good 1km walk to get to the actual place . Also people who do not want to listen to audio etc can skip the visitor center and park the car in a Separate parking centre (10 pounds).

This is a beautiful natural occurring rock formation. The walk down and back up can be tiring but a bus is provided for persons with mobility limits.

We had a lovely day at the walkway. Its hard to believe that it's natural but watch your step on slippy wet columns when exploring. We didn't bother with the visitor centre, as you can access the walkway to the causeway via a gate above the visitor centre. The little bus at £1 per person on the way back up from the shore was very handy!

Beautiful place to visit, you don't have to go through the visitor centre if you don't want,you can park up the road and walk back,it only takes a few minutes more,if you go into the visitor centre car park and you don't have a booking they will direct you to the other carpark,it still costs 10 pounds though and there are public toilets available
