The food is as beautiful as the town here. Txoko was one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. The combination of amazingly tasty food mixed with precision service and breathtaking ambiance is next level. The meal we shared as a group will never be forgot. The chefs were cooking live on a flaming hot grill next to us on an incredible patio area. The aroma was intoxicating. As the food came out, the group would hush with anticipation and excitement. Each course was flawless in execution and flavor. We were all so blown away with this incredible experience. I highly recommend for you to come here and also enjoy what we had the chance to enjoy.

If you want to sit outside - make a reservation! The food and staff was great. We came on at the end of a very busy and sunny holiday weekend, so the menu was limited as they sold out of a few dishes. The fish cakes were very good with a presentation that was spectacular. The clams and prawns were as advertised. Great find!

What a special local experience. We were on a tour by The Best of Basque where our guide set up this reservation for us and boy, are we lucky he did! They were turning people away left and right. Pros: -What a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking a marina! Very comfortable. -Fish, fish, fish. This town is known for their seafood and locals come from all around on nice days for a fresh caught meal, so we did the same! Ordered the turbot that was cooked in the traditional method, on a charcoal grill, and served whole tableside. They then help you pull out the filets. Cons: -Minimal English, but enough to get by! What a wonderful place.
