I booked in with Abbie to go copper from previously being brunette with balayage blonde. I was nervous before as I have never done such a drastic hair change before but Abbie talked me through the whole process and the two colour mixes she prepared. The whole experience was so great and I loved the result - so vibrant but also natural. Exactly what I was after. And 3 weeks post appointment, it is just as vibrant because I have been using the aftercare shampoo and conditioner Abbie recommended. Will definitely be returning 🍊🧡

I see Dayana; she is a talented and thoughtful stylist who is very skilled. My hair always looks perfect after being in her chair! Not to mention, she is wonderful and warm to chat with. Thank you, Dayana :)

I recently moved from Sydney to London and was anxious about finding a new hairdresser. (A big decision!) But I needn’t have been worried, as I quickly found Xavier at George Northwood. He’s always a great chat and his attention to detail is unmatched. He even managed to cut me a fringe that doesn’t require blow drying?! Magic. I’ve been umming and ahhing about whether or not to write a review, as I don’t want his calendar to fill up before I can book my next appointment! But I wouldn’t have found Xavier without other people sharing their experience, so I’m paying it forward…

First time in London and walked in for a wash and blowout. The salon is great, it’s clean and welcoming. Great customer service from reception. Elliot did an amazing blowout, he was super friendly and I will definitely return next time I’m in London. Highly recommended This salon and Elliot.

I’ve been having my hair coloured at George Northwood for several years, and it struck me today that I’ve never written a review, so I thought it was about time I expressed my thanks and appreciation in writing . I’ve had my hair coloured by several different colourists at George Northwood over the years, all of whom have been excellent. I used to see Agy, who is really wonderful, but she was on leave for a while. I now see Rebecca, who is a very talented and outstanding colourist, and I feel lucky to have found her. She always does a really amazing job with my colour! Rebecca really listens to you and is very open about trying things, but at the sane time she is honest and won’t do something you want if she thinks it’s not right for you. In short, she’s your dream colourist! Also, she is genuinely lovely, friendly, kind, and attentive. Thank you Rebecca for the wonderful colour you do for me every time! Special mention to Chiara , the girls on reception, and also those who shampoo and give great little head massages, who are all very helpful and lovely too!
