Absolutely terrible experience with FoodPatrol. I shop online extremely often and have a lot of experience with returns. I followed all their instructions exactly, yet my package was returned to me by the shipping provider or customs, not by FoodPatrol themselves. I understand that part isn’t directly their fault. What made it unacceptable is that after I used their contact form on the website to ask for help, I never got any response. When I finally called their hotline from Germany, the agent had no clue how to help. I had to explain the case to him three times. And then he just told me I’d have to buy a new shipping label myself. He even said that if it happened again, they couldn't do anything about it. Then he rudely hung up on me. This left me completely alone with the problem, with no guidance on how to prevent it in the future. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had – I'll never shop there again.

Terrible customer service, they took the liberty to recall my package without my consent when I only reached out to them and ask for package diversion. Terrible experience. Do not buy.

Don’t buy from footpatrol , looks like fake company . had sent two parcels for return above 200 pounds. Refunded for 1 . On enquiry what I haven’t received full refund , customer service team was very unhelpful. Basically replied back saying we haven’t it , even after email confirmed of received. Lost my money . Never buy from them .

I've received wrong sneakers, spend loads of money to make a call, made a return and the sneakers haven't been picked up from the post for more than a month already! Support does not reply, I feel like I was scammed by this company

Ignore the bad reviews. Good packaging, arrived 4 days after ordering, right size, right colour, right everything. The only thing I’d recommend is start mentioning the package courier in the track&trace email, now I looked it up at your website. Will be ordering here again.

For my brother in laws 40th Birthday I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 boots from Size which arrived in a tatty box and the black tick peeling off the rear of one of the boots, not great bit these things happen so I returned them for a refund. I found the same boots on Footpatrol's website and so ordered them again. And guess what they arrived in a tatty box with the same tick pealing off. Checking out both companies it seems they are both owned by JD sports and based on the incredible coincidence of this experience I imagine share a warehouse. I am shocked that their quality control for returns (clearly marked as faulty on returns labels) can end up back in customers hands, and in this case the same customer from two brands under the same owner!!. A complete and utter waste of my time and super embarrassing when buying as a present!

They have some cool shoes here but the staff was more involved with chatting to each other than paying attention to the store. They weren't particularly interested in selling us anything, so we didn't buy anything. If this were my business, I'd take a look at how many potential sales I was driving away.
