Footpatrol London

Walked in this store as I walking around London and I was looking forward to going in as I had shopped from Footpatrol online before, but I was disappointed. The store was very small and cramped. Luckily, there were not many people inside the store which made it easier to walk around, but I can imagine it's awful when it's busy. The staff were not very welcoming other than just briefly saying hi and they all seemed to just stay around the counter at the front talking and chatting to each other. I would not really consider visiting again to be honest. However, Footpatrols online customer service and their website/app is much better and I have hardly ever had issues, and if I had, they have been dealt properly.

Worst shop ever. Two times in a row I received the mistaken product. The customer support didn’t help with anything. I recommend to avoid buying sth from them.

Just made a purchase online, phoned to cancel/amend 2 mis after placing order. Was told to call back in later as the system needed at least 40 mins to update. Just called back, person handling the query couldnt seem to find the order even though provided order number and name. Then asked what 'what was the link' i purchased through. Finally found the order and informed me didnt know if could be cancelled and will received confirmation in a few days.... not very confidence inspiring and dont think i'll be using footpatrol again

Enter the raffle and receive the email to confirm the order, but still not able to get the shoes after two weeks. No reply from the customer service as well. Poor experience.

When you won a raffle you will never get the shoes. Contact them for refund but i am still waiting my money. Terrible experience DONT BUY

Ignore the bad reviews. Good packaging, arrived 4 days after ordering, right size, right colour, right everything. The only thing I’d recommend is start mentioning the package courier in the track&trace email, now I looked it up at your website. Will be ordering here again.

For my brother in laws 40th Birthday I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 boots from Size which arrived in a tatty box and the black tick peeling off the rear of one of the boots, not great bit these things happen so I returned them for a refund. I found the same boots on Footpatrol's website and so ordered them again. And guess what they arrived in a tatty box with the same tick pealing off. Checking out both companies it seems they are both owned by JD sports and based on the incredible coincidence of this experience I imagine share a warehouse. I am shocked that their quality control for returns (clearly marked as faulty on returns labels) can end up back in customers hands, and in this case the same customer from two brands under the same owner!!. A complete and utter waste of my time and super embarrassing when buying as a present!

THINK TWICE if you want to order from their website and you live outside the UK. They are using Skynet, the jankiest delivery courier known to humankind. My order never arrived after one month of waiting and the tracking number never worked. Terrible, unhelpful email support from Footpatrol’s customer service too.
