"Ballonparken, Islands Brygge. At Islands Brygge you will find a hidden and unique area called Ballonparken - it´s a small village with only 100 adults and 50 children running their own community. Ballonparken was first used as a military base in the 18th century. You can hardly see the village from the main road and a lot of people in Copenhagen don´t even know it exists. When you first enter, you will feel like walking into a whole new time zone - it is amazing. Some call it little Christiania - but I think that this community is what Christiania always have dreamed of. A small community left in peace and quiet."
