Delicious cheesecakes and sweets! We tried coconut custard, cookie monster, and red velvet - all were fluffy and just right. The cheesecakes doesn’t taste as heavy as NY cheesecake or as light as Japanese style; but somehow falls in between and just right. Recommend if you’re in the area!

The cookies are thick! I love the balance between a slightly crispy edge but still soft, moist, cookie. I had the white chocolate guava cookie. I like guava but it doesn’t enhance the flavor it kinda adds to the sugar content. They also have pie and cakes I would recommend trying and go back again.

So one day I get a notification from Uber Eats telling me I’m in the top 1% of orders at Fireman Derek’s... and I honestly didn’t know whether to celebrate or feel like a total fatty. But hey, I’ll take it—because it’s worth it. The cookies are literally to DIE FOR. The chocolate chip is absolute perfection. But really, they’re all dangerously good. As for the pies, I haven’t met one I didn’t love. Cookies and cream, salted caramel, key lime… all spectacular and just the right amount of indulgence. Whenever I’m invited somewhere, I always try to bring a pie or cake from Fireman Derek’s because it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. People love them! (and SO DO I). So, thank you, Fireman Derek’s, for making me a little fatter, but also a lot happier.

Top cakes in the middle of Coconut Groove! We enjoyed th NY plain cheesecake and a version with oreo (although it was quite hard to cut a piece). We'll come back for the coconut crustard, tres leches and maybe also the ice creams.

Fireman Derek's is a must-visit bake shop! Their signature dessert, the crack pie, is a caramel lover's dream. The cheesecakes are incredibly delicious too. Yes, it's a bit pricey per slice, but trust me, every bite is worth it. The flavors are rich, and the quality of the ingredients shines through. Once you taste their creations, the price becomes an afterthought. Treat yourself to the delectable delights at Fireman Derek's, and you won't be disappointed!

This is a little hole in the wall bakery. Their guava cookie is so good. We got one that was right out of the oven and it was so good that I ordered another one! The key lime pie is the best I had! And I love their empanadas! The cafe con leche is excellent here!

Pies were delicious! Loved the texture of the crust, which is always my favorite part of a pie. Would recommend showing up before the evening or ordering pickup, since pie options run low and you can only choose from what is left in the showcasing. Will definitely be back to try the one's I didn't get!
